While we pray for those murdered and everyone who might be in danger, we cannot forget that the media and its allies in the Democratic Party have set a standard when it comes to reporting on the possible political motives of mass murderers. Though they generally make things up to turn the death of innocents into a talking point against the Right, it´s still the left who set this precedent. And what do you know, Chris Dorner, the former-police officer suspected of being behind the murder rampage presently unfolding in Los Angeles, has apparently

This could explain a puzzling phenomenon, namely that the great majority of reader comments on the story at the NY and LA Times are pro-shooter and anti-LAPD. Of course most of them also criticize gun owners, the NRA, Republicans, the U.S. military, the Iraq war and, yes, in at least one case the atomic bombing of Japan in WW II. They are obviously canned and part of a campaign of some sort. Some seem to be submitted by people whose English, while fairly fluent, is a second language. A common theme is that the killer was justified, that he had no other choice, that the LAPD ought to be investigated, that this proves more gun control is urgently needed, and that the U.S. no business in the Middle East.

I was looking for someone to connect it all to Zionism, which is usually what happens in blitzes like this. I have always assumed that barrages like this were fired by teams of radical Islamic propagandists who think that they are cleverly fooling people and influencing public opinion - but on second thought, they might just be regular Democrats and Obama supporters.

This guy was certainly opinionated in his so-called manifesto. But opinions are like belly buttons, everybody has one. Some opinions are right and some are wrong, but an opinion is not a license to go out and murder people.

This guy is just the latest of a number of copy cats who have popped up after the mass murders that were perpetrated by "the joker" at Aurora. CO. Facts surrounding those guys, who are obviously all seriously mentally ill, make you wonder if they are not seeking worldwide publicity that is sure to come from the media by them committing criminally insane acts as they work through their individually planned suicide by cop scenarios?

# 7 There are five victums thus far. He started this by murdering a young couple in Irvine a couple of nights back. The woman was the daughter of one of the cops on his list.

You see now why this is so dangerous. He is acting just like a muslim, murdering everyone else associated with his "enemies."

A few schools in that city are closed tomorrow because there are children of other named officers that attend those schools.

This is a dangerous dude, and well trained, well armed, and I am sure well armoured.

RUSH: From Katie Pavlich at Town Hall.com: "According to new IRS emails obtained through a Freedom of Information Act request from Judicial Watch, former head of tax exempt groups at the IRS Lois Lerner was in contact with the Department of Justice in May 2013 about whether tax exempt groups could be criminally prosecuted for ´lying´ about political activity." So Eric Holder and Lois Lerner not only are liars, they´re in cahoots. Lois Lerner was asking the Department of Justice to criminally prosecute people like Catherine Engelbrecht. Climate change is damaging fish brains and

Fish are losing their survival instinct as the world´s oceans become more acidic because of climate change, researchers have claimed. The study confirms laboratory experiments showing that the behavior of reef fishes can be seriously affected by increased carbon dioxide concentrations in the ocean. Carbon dioxide released into the atmosphere is absorbed into ocean waters, where it dissolves and lowers the pH of the water. The new study is the first to analyze the sensory impairment of fish from CO2 seeps, where pH is similar to what climate models forecast for surface waters by the turn of the century. ´These results verify our laboratory

Toddlers show racial bias when picking playmates, a study reveals. They also take account of how fairly others behave. Researchers tested the reaction of white 15-month-olds as toys were distributed. Two white adults divided the toys, one equally and the other unequally. Seventy per cent of the toddlers chose to play with the researcher who distributed the toys fairly. But in a second test, when one researcher favoured a white recipient over an Asian one, they picked the ‘fair’ researcher less often, the journal Frontiers in Psychology reports. Washington -- A new video shows what looks like the largest and most dangerous gathering of al Qaeda in years. And the CIA and the Pentagon either didn´t know about it or couldn´t get a drone there in time to strike. U.S. officials won´t comment on that, but every frame of the video is now being analyzed by the United States. In the middle of the clip, the man known as al Qaeda´s crown prince, Nasir al-Wuhayshi, appears brazenly out in the open, greeting followers in Yemen. Former Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld says he has ´no idea´ whether his tax returns and payments are accurate. Rumsfeld made the claims in a letter that was sent to the IRS and shared on Twitter on Tuesday - and says he sends the same letter to the agency every year. He also says he doesn´t even know if earlier tax documents are accurate for him and his wife. ´I have sent in our federal income tax and our gift tax returns for 2013,´ it reads. ´As in prior years, it is important for you to know that I have absolutely no idea

WASHINGTON - Americans increasingly think Democrats have a better plan for healthcare than Republicans, according to a Reuters/Ipsos poll conducted after the White House announced that more people than expected had signed up for the "Obamacare" health plan. Nearly one-third of respondents in the online survey released on Tuesday said they prefer Democrats´ plan, policy or approach to healthcare, compared to just 18 percent for Republicans. This marks both an uptick in support for Democrats and a slide for Republicans since a similar poll in February. Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius stepped down last week after overseeing the law´s

You can tell it´s an election year because so many noncrises are suddenly urgent priorities. Real median household income is still lower than it was in 2007, the smallest share of Americans is working since 1978, and the Russians are marching west, but Democrats are training fire on race, gender and the grievances of identity politics. "We have this congenital disease, which is in midterm elections we don´t vote at the same rates," President Obama said at a Houston fundraiser the other day. He means that the Obama Democrats are now what they call the "coalition of the ascendent," made

Like him or hate him, there is no disputing that Rush Limbaugh’s very special brand of mixing right-wing politics with his flare for entertainment has produced one of the most successful radio programs in the medium’s long history. Whatever the burning political question of the day, millions of Americans have relished the opportunity to tune into Rush’s program, knowing that he would quickly take that hot potato, throw a few gallons of verbal kerosene into the mix and elevate the matter into a five alarm fire with a just a few well-chosen words spoken in the style only Rush Limbaugh could

Less than a minute into his speech at the Boston marathon bombing memorial on Tuesday, Vice President Joe Biden went tragically off script and told the crowd of Boston bombing survivors that "it was worth it." After expressing how impressed he was with the tribute, he said somberly, "let me say to those ´quote survivors,´ my God, you have survived and you have soared. It was worth it. I mean this sincerely - just to hear each of you speak. You´re truly, truly inspiring." The audience sat in stunned silence until Biden declared, "I´ve never heard anything so beautiful than

Casual marijuana use may come with some not-so-casual side effects. For the first time ever, researchers at Northwestern University have analyzed the relationship between casual use of marijuana and brain changes – and found that young adults who used cannabis just once or twice a week showed significant abnormalities in two important brain structures. The study’s findings, to be published Wednesday in the Journal of Neuroscience, are similar to those of past research linking chronic, long-term marijuana use with mental illness and changes in brain development. Dr. Hans Breiter, co-senior study author, said he was inspired to look at the effects of casual

Look, everyone loves Sean Connery, particularly Sean Connery. That’s why he plays Sean Connery in every movie he’s in. People love that Scottish brogue so much, they don’t mind that he has it when he plays Juan Sánchez Villa-Lobos Ramírez, an immortal Spaniard in Highlander. The guy even won an Oscar for playing an Irish cop with a Scottish accent. Talk about sexist double standards: Meryl Streep has to master foreign dialects to get her golden statuettes. Connery just has to show up on time. In economics you devalue a currency by printing too much of it. In film you

When it comes to tracking the cost of Obama family vacations, there are two primary challenges. First, the Obamas are prolific jet-setters, so there are many details to track. Second, the Obama administration, clearly embarrassed by these lavish and frequent family vacations, stonewalls the release of records at every turn. But we have been relentless in pursuit of this information. Our attorneys file the lawsuits and make our case, and our investigators pour through pages of records and crunch the numbers. And the information we’ve uncovered – information that would otherwise remain under lock and key – shows that the

Democratic Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren wrote in her forthcoming book that she was “hurt” and “angry” by 2012 reporting on her fraudulent claim to Native American heritage. “What really threw me, though, were the constant attacks from the other side,” Warren wrote in her book “A Fighting Chance.” “I would almost persuade myself that I was starting to get the hang of full-throttle campaigning and then — bam! Out of left field, the state Republican Party, or the Brown campaign, or some blogger, would launch a rocket at me,” Warren wrote, adding, ”I was stunned by the attacks.” This reporter (blogger?) reported extensively
