| While we pray for those murdered and everyone who might be in danger, we cannot forget that the media and its allies in the Democratic Party have set a standard when it comes to reporting on the possible political motives of mass murderers. Though they generally make things up to turn the death of innocents into a talking point against the Right, it´s still the left who set this precedent. And what do you know, Chris Dorner, the former-police officer suspected of being behind the murder rampage presently unfolding in Los Angeles, has apparently

This could explain a puzzling phenomenon, namely that the great majority of reader comments on the story at the NY and LA Times are pro-shooter and anti-LAPD. Of course most of them also criticize gun owners, the NRA, Republicans, the U.S. military, the Iraq war and, yes, in at least one case the atomic bombing of Japan in WW II. They are obviously canned and part of a campaign of some sort. Some seem to be submitted by people whose English, while fairly fluent, is a second language. A common theme is that the killer was justified, that he had no other choice, that the LAPD ought to be investigated, that this proves more gun control is urgently needed, and that the U.S. no business in the Middle East.
I was looking for someone to connect it all to Zionism, which is usually what happens in blitzes like this. I have always assumed that barrages like this were fired by teams of radical Islamic propagandists who think that they are cleverly fooling people and influencing public opinion - but on second thought, they might just be regular Democrats and Obama supporters.

This guy was certainly opinionated in his so-called manifesto. But opinions are like belly buttons, everybody has one. Some opinions are right and some are wrong, but an opinion is not a license to go out and murder people.
This guy is just the latest of a number of copy cats who have popped up after the mass murders that were perpetrated by "the joker" at Aurora. CO. Facts surrounding those guys, who are obviously all seriously mentally ill, make you wonder if they are not seeking worldwide publicity that is sure to come from the media by them committing criminally insane acts as they work through their individually planned suicide by cop scenarios?

# 7 There are five victums thus far. He started this by murdering a young couple in Irvine a couple of nights back. The woman was the daughter of one of the cops on his list.
You see now why this is so dangerous. He is acting just like a muslim, murdering everyone else associated with his "enemies."
A few schools in that city are closed tomorrow because there are children of other named officers that attend those schools.
This is a dangerous dude, and well trained, well armed, and I am sure well armoured.

War On Terror: As jihadists bomb Boston, behead a soldier in London and firebomb police in Sweden, President Obama has decided America´s actions have offended them and it´s time to retreat. In arguably the weakest national security speech by a commander in chief, Obama denied Thursday that our terrorist enemy is inspired by Islam — while at the same time appeasing Islamic critics by apologizing for drone strikes and agreeing to throttle back on such precision bombings, and close down the terrorist prison at Guantanamo. He vowed to wind down further military actions in the war on terror,

Abuse Of Power: Any scandal investigation that expects a "Eureka!" moment, a White House e-mail, or Oval Office smoking gun will be misguided. In fact, the dots are already connected directly to the president. Barack Obama is not foolish enough to have a tape recording system hidden in his desk. And his administration staff are not careless enough to send one another incriminating e-mails. If the president was behind the IRS unlawfully harassing conservative groups seeking tax-exempt status, we can be sure the communications were all sotto voce and in persona, like any good Chicago political operator.

Press Freedom: The president worries about the "chilling effect" of leak investigations as his attorney general signs the warrant labeling a Fox News reporter as a violator of the Espionage Act. The hypocrisy is breathtaking. ´I am troubled by the possibility that leak investigations may chill the investigative journalism that holds government accountable," President Obama said with a straight face in a speech Thursday at the National Defense University. "Journalists should not be at legal risk for doing their jobs." Indeed, investigative reporting should not be a criminal offense — just ask Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein, whose digging unearthed Watergate.

First Amendment: Even Barack Obama´s cheerleaders are gagging at the latest news of spying on reporters. But will they also understand that this is just part of a much broader attack on freedom? The president told Ohio State graduates three weeks ago to tune out those who warn that "tyranny is always lurking just around the corner." Since then — pardon our paranoia — the news has been thick with warnings. First was the revelation that the Internal Revenue Service had been targeting conservative groups for extra scrutiny. Next came the news that the Department

On Wednesday, Drummer Lee Rigby of the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers, a man who had served Queen and country honorably in the hell of Helmand Province in Afghanistan, emerged from his barracks on Wellington Street, named after the Duke thereof, in southeast London. Minutes later, he was hacked to death in broad daylight and in full view of onlookers by two men with machetes who crowed "Allahu Akbar!" as they dumped his carcass in the middle of the street like so much roadkill. As grotesque as this act of savagery was, the aftermath was even more unsettling

RUSH: Here´s Mike in Greenville, North Carolina. Great to have you, sir, on Open Line Friday. Hi. CALLER: Thank you, sir. I really appreciate it, Mr. Limbaugh. It´s a pleasure to be on your show, and let me do two things. First of all, I´m saying from the good people of North Carolina to you, good health. RUSH: It´s Open Line Friday. The greatest career risk taken in modern American big, major American media, turning the content of the program over to rank amateurs. Compared to me, highly trained broadcast specialist. And that´s when we go to the photocopies. On Friday, whatever you want to talk about is hunky-dory, so have at it. Whatever: question, comment, a brief sentence and a hang-up. If you want to call in protest, if you want to pretend you´re Code Pink. You know, how about that?

Conservative radio host Mark Levin is very skeptical of the idea that President Obama had absolutely no idea about the IRS tea party targeting before the story broke in the news mere weeks ago. Levin declared adamantly that it is a “flat-out, bald-faced lie” that Obama didn’t know beforehand, citing prior reports by a few conservative news outlets picking up on the news well before the 2012 presidential election. Levin said, “I don’t believe for two seconds that Obama wasn’t aware of this.”

President Obama on Thursday nominated Victoria Nuland, a State Department official involved in the editing of the administration´s talking points on Benghazi, to be the next assistant secretary of state for European and Eurasian affairs. Nuland, a career foreign service officer who was until recently State´s top spokesperson, had long been expected to be nominated the post to replace Philip Gordon, who Obama picked to serve as Middle East coordinator for the National Security Council. Nuland´s nomination -- which requires Senate confirmation -- could come under scrutiny from Republicans who see her as playing a central role in shaping

What´s so interesting about 60 tea partiers protesting the IRS in San Jose, California on Tuesday, May 21st? The fact that this bit of information was conveyed to the protesters by a Department of Homeland Security officer who was also in attendance. What was a DHS agent doing at the San Jose Tea Party protest? (snip) they weren´t just spying on us in San Jose and monitoring us in San Francisco, they were watching us throughout the entire state

Anthony Weiner’s New York mayoral candidacy was only made more improbable today after he revealed that he visited a Houston psychiatric facility following his resignation from Congress in 2011. Haunted by scandal surrounding his sexually explicit online communications with women, the Democratic former congressman sought treatment for his compulsive behavior from mental health professionals at the Gabbard Center. According to its website, the facility provides “3-day outpatient psychiatric evaluation,” particularly to “professionals who are in personal or professional crises.” While Weiner did not disclose

MARK LEVIN: So why didn´t Chairman Issa hold an investigative hearing a year ago? Why didn´t Chairman Camp, all Republicans, hold an investigative hearing a year ago, and all the other tripping over themselves right now? I´ll tell you why. Because the establishment Republicans, the RINO Republicans, despise the Tea Party. They despise the conservative movement. We exist to be managed, to be shuttled to the polling place, to vote for their candidates. The Karl Roves of the world, and all the rest of them. They fight us in the primaries, they fight us at the grassroots.

Fox News chief Roger Ailes has sent a memo to his subordinates at the leading cable news network. He sent this memo to his staff today in connection with the federal investigation into an alleged leak to Fox News reporter James Rosen, a story that the Washington Post’s Ann E. Marimow broke earlier this week. The memo’s a masterpiece, too. For all those who wonder what it is about Ailes that endears his people to him — and that makes him such a good interviewee for any media reporter lucky enough to get an audience
