In January, a unanimous Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit held that the president violated the Constitution by making "recess appointments" when the Senate was not, in fact, in recess. If you think this is just another one of those dry, lawyerly technicalities, think again. One of the Constitution’s essential checks and balances is the requirement of Senate "advice and consent" for presidential appointments. The Recess Appointments Clause of Article II provides a narrow exception to that requirement:

Contempt of the law isn´t something we´d normally expect from a ´Constitutional Law Professor´, and it´s something we shouldn´t accept from our ´elected officials´. It´s past time to hold Obama accountable for his abuses of Federal law, and those are numerous.

Just asking.
Would not matter anyway as senate Marxist democrats would vote him not guilty as was Clinton.

It contains a passage on the back-and-forth between labor and the Chamber that has a quote from a Rubio staffer that is going to raise eyebrows, to say the least: “There are American workers who, for lack of a better term, can’t cut it.
