| French police arrested four suspected Islamist militants near Paris on Tuesday as part of an investigation into the recruitment of volunteers by al Qaeda insurgents in Mali, Interior Minister Manuel Valls said. France´s intervention in Mali to rid its former colony of Islamist fighters has prompted the authorities to increase security against possible reprisal attacks on its interests in mainland France and abroad. Anti-terrorism judge Marc Trevidic, who is in charge of the operation, told Reuters last month that France needed more robust local policing, better intelligence sharing and the ability to infiltrate small radical Islamist groups

Arrested? France is still under some delusion that murderous terrorists can be dealt with on civilized terms. They should have killed them in ´battle.´ With millions of unruly ´French-islamists´ in France, they will be facing WWIII. As soon as the enemy within gets their turbans in a twist, the people of France will suffer utter chaos.

Senators may confirm Penny Pritzker next month to lead the Commerce Department, a top Senate Republican said after a drama-free hearing Thursday. Conservative radio host Mark Levin is very skeptical of the idea that President Obama had absolutely no idea about the IRS tea party targeting before the story broke in the news mere weeks ago. Levin declared adamantly that it is a “flat-out, bald-faced lie” that Obama didn’t know beforehand, citing prior reports by a few conservative news outlets picking up on the news well before the 2012 presidential election. Levin said, “I don’t believe for two seconds that Obama wasn’t aware of this.”
