| When Ted Nugent sat down with Piers Morgan in Texas tonight, he delivered the CNN host his most explosive interview since last month’s showdown with Alex Jones. Morgan began by asking Nugent to explain to him, “in the least inflammatory way possible” why Americans need the AR-15 assault rifle. When Nugent began talking about the millions of Americans who own guns and have “never caused a problem, never had an accident and will never commit a crime,” Morgan responded by listing off the number of gun murders and suicides each year in this country. “Do you care about murders?”

Disappearing audience. Disrespect for our Constitution. You´d think Morgan would take a hint and get the hell out of our country. "There´s a debate to be had", says Morgan. If there is, it´s not yours, Englishman.

Piers has found a subject that will bring people to watch his boring show. He will ride this subject as long as we keep tuning in. Quit watching him, quit paying attention to him, and he will go away.

Morgan gives Englishmen a very bad name. He needs to break his nose and get it out of our business. Thanks Uncle Ted. Someone needed to say it Piers are for fishing and always have their feet under water.

Jolly good show!
I always enjoy watching the mentally challenged. They´re so genuine and sincere. They absolutely adore and worship their parents.
Most of the borderline challenged people know they´re different, but are mostly okay with that, if they´re treated well by those who should provide them with sanctuary.
Morgan´s a little more deficient, he doesn´t realize it, so these people spouting facts at him should be a little gentler, out of sympathy, of course.

Violent crime rates in the USA = 466 per 100K Violent crime rates in the UK = 2031 per 100K
I´m thinking that trumps Morgan´s rant.

Texans love folks to come on down and sit a spell.
But what we don´t like are people, like Morgan, that come here and try to make Texas like the liberal hell hole they just left. We have a saying that bears remembering before folks show up "Don´t mess with Texas" and goes double for the Texans that live here.

"We need to lock up the bad guys and when people show dangerous, murderous intent...we didn’t stop them because we’re worried about hurting their feelings."
So let me get this straight, Mr. Nugent. It is okay with you if we lock up people who have not committed any crime...but it is not okay with you if we change the ´do not sell´ lists so that these people´s names go on the list and they can´t purchase weapons? You would rather lock them away than lock away their right to purchase guns?
Wow, I knew some people worship the Second Amendment, but I didn´t realize it took such priority that locking up folks who have not committed crimes was okay.

Normal people understand what Ted Nugent meant when he stated "We need to lock up the bad guys and when people show dangerous, murderous intent...we didn’t stop them because we’re worried about hurting their feelings.".

Let me get this straight. Some people like #9 want to continue to ignore the ´assault´ part of assault and battery. The threat, verbal or written is the assault part, the physical act of violence is the battery part. Of COURSE threatening someone puts you on a ´list.´ You can´t display your concealed carry pistol and not risk being charged with assault. People lose their license/permits over that kind of thing. Meanwhile obvious threats to the community run around alarming society, but no one can arrest them thanks to the activism of the ACLU and their fans.

Every Memorial Day, when I run into the grocery store to pick up those last minute items for the three day weekend’s picnic, I’m met with members of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) selling their poppies. We cherish, too, the poppy red/ that grows on fields where valor led; It seems to signal to the skies/that blood of heroes never dies-- “We Shall Keep the Faith” by Moina Michael -I remember as a kid that it was very common to see paper poppies being sold around Memorial Day. You could even go to the post office and purchase one

Michelle Obama certainly knows how to work a room! In this case, it was a kindergarten classroom at Savoy Elementary School in Washington D.C., where the patrons were, well, pint-size. The first lady paid a visit to the youngsters, brightening their day with some silly dance moves performed in unison and imparting an important message about hard work and perseverance.Awww. According to the Huffington Post, Obama encouraged the kiddos to "try new things and not be afraid to fail, because we have all failed," and referenced Kerry Washington (also in the audience),

Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio will appeal a federal judge´s ruling that his agency systematically singled out Latinos in its trademark immigration patrols, marking the first finding by a court that the agency racially profiles people. Tim Casey, the lead attorney representing America´s self-proclaimed toughest sheriff in the case, said an appeal of the finding that the agency racially profiles people was planned in the next 30 days. The decision by U.S. District Judge Murray Snow in Phoenix backs up years of allegations from Arpaio´s critics who say his officers violate the constitutional rights of Latinos

Conservative radio host Mark Levin is very skeptical of the idea that President Obama had absolutely no idea about the IRS tea party targeting before the story broke in the news mere weeks ago. Levin declared adamantly that it is a “flat-out, bald-faced lie” that Obama didn’t know beforehand, citing prior reports by a few conservative news outlets picking up on the news well before the 2012 presidential election. Levin said, “I don’t believe for two seconds that Obama wasn’t aware of this.”

President Obama on Thursday nominated Victoria Nuland, a State Department official involved in the editing of the administration´s talking points on Benghazi, to be the next assistant secretary of state for European and Eurasian affairs. Nuland, a career foreign service officer who was until recently State´s top spokesperson, had long been expected to be nominated the post to replace Philip Gordon, who Obama picked to serve as Middle East coordinator for the National Security Council. Nuland´s nomination -- which requires Senate confirmation -- could come under scrutiny from Republicans who see her as playing a central role in shaping

Anthony Weiner’s New York mayoral candidacy was only made more improbable today after he revealed that he visited a Houston psychiatric facility following his resignation from Congress in 2011. Haunted by scandal surrounding his sexually explicit online communications with women, the Democratic former congressman sought treatment for his compulsive behavior from mental health professionals at the Gabbard Center. According to its website, the facility provides “3-day outpatient psychiatric evaluation,” particularly to “professionals who are in personal or professional crises.” While Weiner did not disclose

MARK LEVIN: So why didn´t Chairman Issa hold an investigative hearing a year ago? Why didn´t Chairman Camp, all Republicans, hold an investigative hearing a year ago, and all the other tripping over themselves right now? I´ll tell you why. Because the establishment Republicans, the RINO Republicans, despise the Tea Party. They despise the conservative movement. We exist to be managed, to be shuttled to the polling place, to vote for their candidates. The Karl Roves of the world, and all the rest of them. They fight us in the primaries, they fight us at the grassroots.

WASHINGTON —In a dramatic departure from existing White House procedures, President Obama requested today that his staff start cc’ing him on stuff. “Look, I know a lot of you think I’m really busy and you don’t want to bother me,” the President reportedly told his staff in an Oval Office meeting. “But cc me anyway. It’s good for me to keep up on what’s going on around here.” “It’s not good when I turn on the news and they’re talking about something at the White House and I’m like, whoa, when did that happen?”
