Voter integrity group True the Vote (TTV) filed a federal lawsuit Monday against St. Lucie County Florida Supervisor of Elections Gertrude Walker for failing to uphold election law and for failing to enforce record inspection rights under the National Voter Registration Act and the Florida Constitution. The lawsuit has been filed in light of the gross mishandling of the recount between Rep. Allen West and now Rep. Patrick Murphy by St. Lucie County election officials. "True the Vote´s lawsuit will provide information kept from the public. It will allow for a public debate on exactly what happened,

And this is just one example of the fraud perpetrated on this country by the corrupt Democrats in the last election.

We have nobody but ourselves to blame for allowing the Democratic Party become the cradle of dictatorship! The apathy exhibited by the average citizen is astounding!

I posted this link yesterday on another related thread, but here it is again for those who missed it. Of course, citizens could never get away with this kind of action in today´s leftist environment, but it shows the courage people displayed when they had to fight an unresponsive, corrupt government in their county:

Pardon my French, but it´s about dam- time! Let´s also look at some of the counties/districts/precincts where more than 100% of the registered voters voted DEMOCRAT with no votes for Romney!

Let´s open it all up. Forget about the agreement between the two parties (probably written by Reince Priebus and Karl Rove) that agreed to no recounts and no recriminations. The Dems would not abide by it if the situation were reversed.

The election was blatantly stolen by an anti-American traitor who twice used race to lull blacks and ignorant lefties into furthering his intended destruction of our republic. It continues apace.

West would have been rejected by the Dems, but he seemed to quit too easily and too soon, and with insufficient anger.

Give it another shot, sir.

We still have not a tweet from the Republican establishment on this. We keep expecting there to be a change with Democrats and the media. Well, things will never change then. What is needed is a political party that knows how to Fight. Fight back.

#9 Allen West was in it to win it and when he dug his his heels in to fight, the GOP stuck their hands in our pockets, lowered their heads and just shrugged. He saw the writing on the wall from the GOP regarding support.

Col. West is an ole Army dog who learned, "Live to fight another day."

Thanks for this information Katie Paclich! ...Keep shining the light on all those dank corners of corruption which would skew the American citizens´ votes!!!

The integrity of our precious and basic Right to have the votes of American citizens secured and counted correctly MUST not be corrupted in any way. Yet voter fraud and corruption of our votes keeps surfacing, and increasingly so every election. The laws need to be strictly enforced to prevent fraud!

Each & every citizen of the USA has the Right to vote LEGALLY in order to preserve the Liberty which so many have fought and died for throughout our country´s history!! ´´ILLEGAL votes´´ are just that and the perps must be prosecuted as corruption breeds MORE corruption.

Better late than never. It would have been better if the Republicans had supported West and gotten involved in this election count fight before the Dem was sworn in as the new congressman. However, the folks at True The Vote are doing a great job. Instead of sending money to the RNC, send it to TTV. I´d like to see them turn the Voting Rights Act against the Dems, who view this as "their law" to use against Republicans. I´m tired of the presumption of racism against Republicans that is embedded into the enforcement of this law. The sooner we turn it against the racist Dems, the sooner they get rid of this bad law.

Sending scores of armed agents along with helicopters and dogs to confront an elderly Nevada rancher over grazing fees may seem like overkill, but critics say it’s not inconsistent with the federal government’s recent approach to environmental enforcement. The simmering truce between the Bundys and the Bureau of Land Management comes after high-profile raids last year by armed federal agents on small-time gold miners in tiny Chicken, Alaska, and guitar makers at the Gibson Guitar facilities in Tennessee. That doesn’t include more subtle threats, such as recent efforts by the Obama administration to raise grazing fees or pressure

Rep. Joe Garcia (D-Fla.) is among the Democrats pressing Congress to take up immigration reform. On Tuesday, he told a conference call that deportations are breaking families apart and leaving children in foster care. "So the human toll has been horrific. This president, by implementation of existing law, has been forced to deport a huge number of Americans." Although Garcia may consider the deportees to be "Americans," legally they are not. But they might become citizens if Garcia and other immigration advocates get their way. Democrats are urging Republicans to sign their discharge petition, which would force a House vote on

Key members of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform expressed outrage at revelations made in newly released emails showing ex-IRS official Lois Lerner coordinating with the Department of Justice on prosecuting nonprofit groups. One committee member said the emails prove why the IRS is “scared to give up the rest of Lois Lerner’s emails.” IRS commissioner John Koskinen was recently threatened with contempt for stonewalling the committee’s investigation. Koskinen claimed in a hearing that it could take years to provide the documents requested by Oversight. “The release of new documents

I told her, "is it that obvious?" She laughed. I laughed. But she got me thinking. It happens sometimes. I´m not cool. But I´m ok with that. Good thing, because I never was cool. I live in Las Vegas. I live and breath Nevada politics. Something is very wrong. Something smells rotten in the Nevada desert. And Senator Harry Reid’s fingerprints are all over it. I am of course referring to the Bundy Ranch siege. This was a dispute between a Nevada ranching family with rights to the land in question for 140 years and the BLM (Bureayu of Land Management). The government claims they haven’t paid grazing fees for 20 years. The result was a government assault on the ranch- including snipers with assault rifles, SUV’s, helicopters, airplanes and over 200 heavily armed troops. No

Thank God for Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration J. Russell George. His investigation of what turned out to be the IRS abuse scandal may well have saved the Constitution and the nation. For his fair and impartial investigation into the Internal Revenue Service’s abuse of Americans who dissent from President Obama’s agenda, Democrats have called for an investigation of him. George should not be investigated, but perhaps the Democrats who want him investigated — Reps. Gerry Connolly (D-VA) and Matt Cartwright (D-PA) — should be. Their call for an investigation of the investigator might constitute interference with the ongoing investigation

On Saturday, I wrote about the standoff at Bundy Ranch. That post drew a remarkable amount of traffic, even though, as I wrote then, I had not quite decided what to make of the story. Since then, I have continued to study the facts and have drawn some conclusions. Here they are. First, it must be admitted that legally, Bundy doesn’t have a leg to stand on. The Bureau of Land Management has been charging him grazing fees since the early 1990s, which he has refused to pay. Further, BLM has issued orders limiting the area on which Bundy’s cows can

Casual marijuana use may come with some not-so-casual side effects. For the first time ever, researchers at Northwestern University have analyzed the relationship between casual use of marijuana and brain changes – and found that young adults who used cannabis just once or twice a week showed significant abnormalities in two important brain structures. The study’s findings, to be published Wednesday in the Journal of Neuroscience, are similar to those of past research linking chronic, long-term marijuana use with mental illness and changes in brain development. Dr. Hans Breiter, co-senior study author, said he was inspired to look at the effects of casual

Toddlers show racial bias when picking playmates, a study reveals. They also take account of how fairly others behave. Researchers tested the reaction of white 15-month-olds as toys were distributed. Two white adults divided the toys, one equally and the other unequally. Seventy per cent of the toddlers chose to play with the researcher who distributed the toys fairly. But in a second test, when one researcher favoured a white recipient over an Asian one, they picked the ‘fair’ researcher less often, the journal Frontiers in Psychology reports. And the babies are more likely to help those who share the same ethnicity, which is known as
