Seven Reasons Why it´s a Photoshop

I´m sure we´ve all seen by now the "photo op" of President Obama shooting skeet. If he´s shooting skeet then I´m Daffy Duck. Skeet [clay disks of bright colors] are thrown by a machine from two towers erected to the right and left of the shooter. (There are other set ups like ones used for "sporting clays" but that isn´t represented in the White House photo release.) Usually, the skeet is thrown about ten or more feet above the ground. The shooters are arranged in a semi-circle at various stations around the semi-circle. The "group" of shooters lines up

It´s not about whether this picture is fake or not...it´s about the President, and on that count, it´s safe to say that he is a complete fake. His whole presidency has been one big "PhotoShop".

If his white house handlers were willing to release a badly photoshopped birth certificate, why would they worry about accuracy in the photo?
He is immune to charges of fakery.

I never did trap shooting or skeet shooting, but immediately recognized the photo as questionable. He looks like he´s aiming at a target, with the gun level. And his stance says he has never shot a gun before. Every time I´ve seen pictures of someone using a shotgun, they are aiming the gun upward, not level.

After looking at this photo, I certainly give credence to the report that said that after just a very few minutes, he could not get out of there fast enough.

I believe it is an intentionally bad photoshop.
Obama and his posse WANT people challenging the authenticity of this photo.
Not only is it a distraction from Obama´s miserable performance and policies, bit it allows the Left to say "There they go again. Those crazy right wingers just won´t give Obama a break. They have to disagree with the President and challenge him on everything. They´re such racists."

No. Our tactical approach should be;
-Concede the photo is legitimate (even though that is not likely);
-Make fun of Obama´s obvious lack of shooting experience. Laugh at him, just like when he wore mom jeans to throw out a baseball like as girl at a game.
-RIDICULE HIM (per the Saul Alinsky playbook). We know he cannot stand to be ridiculed or criticized.

How dare Mr. Harlin suggest the photo is a photoshop! The photo was released by the White House, they wouldn´t lie to us.....Would they?

Aren´t skeet thrown into the air to shoot? He is "shooting" like something is standing in front of him. Possibly moochelle or perhaps a picture of W. He´s a total fake so this story is so perfect for him.

Reply 11 - Posted by: jntsrgn, 2/3/2013 9:55:02 AM     (No. 9155606)

Reason #8: the wadding is beginning to appear from the barrel yet there is no evidence of recoil in the idiot´s body or stance.

Reason #9: His fore hand is way far out on the barrel and will burn the snot out of his fingers after more than 1 shot. Its as if he posed with a longer object or a Marine guards rifle then they cropped in a shotgun.

The smoke you made reference to in the photo comes for gas ports drilled in the barrel on both sides to prevent muzzle jump upward to give a shooter a faster return sight picture for the second shot if needed. Your remarks tell me you haven´t shot very often of any clay bird sports. This is popular now for over 10 years. But, it´s a fake picture. The gas is only ported out one side, not both.

At this point, what difference does it make?

Reply 16 - Posted by: ADNova, 2/3/2013 10:29:48 AM     (No. 9155653)

The angle of the barrel is meaningless. He could be shooting trap, which can come out low, or sporting clays, some of which are even rolling on the ground. Even skeet has low crossing birds. None of it matters.

You´d be better off spending your time organizing for an electable senate candidate in the state where you live. Trying to find one who doesn´t say dumb things about rape would be a nice start.

While a posed photo seems like a small matter, I´ve got a very liberal brother who is an avid hunter. If nothing else gets his attention to BO´s fakery, this might. I´ve heard my brother discuss hunting trips & how the other hunters performed. He takes it seriously enough that he won´t drink while hunting or hunt with others who do. He also won´t hunt with people he doesn´t know well or ANYone who has little experience with fire arms - he knows that is dangerous. I also hope that he´s heard about BO´s proposed gun bans - because my lib brother DOES feel strongly about the right to bear arms & I don´t think he would continue to believe in a president who wants to take away gun rights. This might change a few libs minds.

The gun was not fired. The smoke is obviously added in. They didn´t add it in for the left side ports as it would have clouded the picture.
His hair color and the foliage suggest this was last year.
What´s with the dark glasses? I figure it was just to look badass.
I don´t have many guns for sport or recreation. Most of mine are for defense. Skeet and trap do sound fun. I might have to try it.

Let´s recap. On Aug. 4, obama played golf in afternoon and later he boarded Marine 1 for Camp David-----didn´t he take Reggie (baby) love with him that weekend? If so, it wasn´t skeet he was shooting/snorting or cavorting. The WH photoshopped says 10:19 PM recorded time. Oh well, guess he had huge stadium lights installed for this special occasion just as he had to purchase the two multi-million black buses for his speaking tour.

Now that this Photo Shop point has been made - quite effectively BTW - I hope that we can focus on other things.

Busting a photshopped picture released on behalf of "He Who Must Not Be Blamed" isn´t going to change hearts and minds. His legions of excuse makers want nothing more than to divert us from this man´s serious failures, like the nation debt, al-quaeda in Africa, hurricane Sandy victims (the list goes on.)

I will be turning off the Super Bowl during any memorial (pimping) for Newtown victims.

I am not concerned in the least about this "photo-shoot" of the pResident. Nothing he says or does makes any sense, so nothing
his White House handlers pass out to the citizens has any meaning. As the disgraced Hillary Klintoon would say, "What difference does it make?" A waste of time. Anything to distract the citizens from the damage he is doing.

Yes, we know that obama isn´t going to take Joe Biden´s guns, Joe Biden is taking obama´s skeet guns or just a fall to test the public reaction.

IOW poltical game to fool the sheeple. I would be so ashamed if I had voted for the corrupt devilish-duo.

Is the "smoke" supposed to be shot spray or a faancy spraywater gun?.

GREENBELT, Md.- NASA released a dramatic and revealing image of an erupting Alaskan volcano Thursday taken by astronauts aboard the International Space Station. The photograph is of the Pavlof Volcano, located in the Aleutian Arc about 625 miles southwest of Anchorage, the space agency said. The oblique perspective of the photo taken from the ISS when it was about 475 miles south-southeast of the volcano reveals the three dimensional structure of the ash plume, often obscured by the top-down view of most remote sensing satellites, NASA said.

WASHINGTON — At times on Thursday, it seemed President Obama was taking part in a debate rather than giving a speech. Deep into an address at the National Defense University, where Mr. Obama sought to redefine America’s approach to fighting terrorism, a heckler repeatedly interrupted from the back of the room, demanding an end to drone strikes and the closing of the Guantánamo Bay detention center in Cuba. The heckler — though she objected strenuously to being described that way — was Medea Benjamin, a co-founder of Code Pink, a group opposed to United States military actions.

When you get right down to it, the political targeting and stalling of tax-exempt applications by the IRS was an effort to defund the Tea Party. Rick Santelli, one of the Tea Party founders and my CNBC colleague, was the first to make this point. I’ve taken it a step further: The IRS was taking the Tea Party out of play for the 2012 election, as it looked to avoid a repeat of 2010 and another Tea Party landslide. There are a lot of numbers out there.

On “Fox News Sunday” last weekend, White House aide Dan Pfeiffer was asked about President Barack Obama’s whereabouts the night of the Sept. 11 attack in Benghazi. This was the night when we lost our first ambassador in 30 years, and when three other Americans were killed in an attack that lasted all night long at multiple locations within the eastern Libyan city. Since the president is commander in chief, one would think where he was and what he did during such an event would be of obvious public concern.
