| After all that ambassador talk went nowhere, the least the Obamas could do is toss Anna Wintour a nice Vogue cover and some lovely spreads of the White House. (There´s a chance that´s all Anna really wanted, anyway.) The Washingtonian reports that a team from Vogue was seen "moving cameras into the residence" early this morning for a photo shoot with Annie Leibovitz, who shot Michelle´s last cover for the March 2009 issue. I gave up Vogue when she first appeared in its pages. And let them know why I would no longer be a subscriber (after many years).
I have a feeling that something awful is going to happen to this issue at the library.

Looks as if after the election they have altered their outlook of their "base" of voters. I don´t see people on food stamps and
Section 8 housing and other Government benefits buying Vogue - more like the 1% they castigate. These two people are the most arrogant hypocrites that even ever graced the National scene.

I can´t remember the last time a model was on the cover of Vogue. It is not about fashion anymore. I will not buy anything as long as Anna Wintour schmoozes with the Obamas and the Hollywood lib crowd.

Anna´s BF owes $1.5 million in back taxes.They have plenty of money to be world je tsetters and friends of Obama but won´´t pay their taxes,yet you always see these liberals claiming they´d be happy to pay more taxes.

WASHINGTON- Senator Elizabeth Warren has found a publisher two months after the Massachusetts Democrat began shopping her book proposal. House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell Issa on Wednesday displayed a string of emails showing his failed efforts to get an update from the Treasury Department inspector general’s office about its investigation into the IRS practice of targeting conservative groups who sought tax-exempt status. One of two men allegedly being questioned in connection with the Boston Marathon bombings was shot and killed by an FBI agent in Florida on Tuesday, (Snip)A friend of Ibragim Todashev said he and Todashev were being investigated as part of the Boston bombings. He said Todashev, 27, knew bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev because both were MMA fighters. The man claims he and Todashev were interviewed by the FBI for nearly three hours on Tuesday. The friend said he left the interview, and when he came back to the apartment he found that there had been a shooting.

The wheels came off the Obama administration yesterday. We learned of a startling assault on freedom of the press by the Department of Justice, following the revelation last week of the unprecedented information-gathering foray by that department against The Associated Press. Then, a few minutes later, the Justice Department’s inspector general released a report declaring that the US attorney in Arizona used the leak of a confidential memo to try to discredit a whistleblower in the notorious “gun-walking” scandal known as Fast and Furious (which got two federal agents killed). The leak was called “egregious.”

WASHINGTON – A top IRS official in the division that reviews nonprofit groups will invoke the Fifth Amendment and refuse to answer questions before a House committee investigating the agency’s improper screening of conservative nonprofit groups. Lois Lerner, the head of the exempt organizations division of the IRS, won’t answer questions about what she knew about the improper screening – or why she didn’t reveal it to Congress, according to a letter from her defense lawyer, William W.
