| FBI agents have raided the West Palm Beach, Fla. eye clinic owned by Dr. Salomon Melgen, the wealthy donor to New Jersey Democratic Sen. Bob Menendez who allegedly procured prostitutes for him — some of them as young as 16 — during trips to the Dominican Republic. (Snip)According to the Miami Herald, records obtained from the Palm Beach County recorder show Melgen also “has an outstanding IRS lien of $11.1 million for taxes owed from 2006 to 2009.” It’s unknown whether the FBI is investigating his tax delinquency, his association with Sen. Menendez, or both.

Comments: Menendez is expected to be handed the chairmanship of the "powerful" Senate Foreign Affairs Committee when Kerry moves on. Will Harry Reid put a hold on that?

Eye clinic?!?! Now the oleaginous NJ Democrat has been handed his excuse: "I couldn´t tell that they were 12 years old. That´s why I needed the clinic´s help. But I´ve been denied that vision care by mean spirited Republicans. I pledge that I will work tirelessly so that all Americans have access to proper eye care.
Head of the Senate Foreign Affairs Committee is the ultimate irony for this sexual predator.

WHY should we continue to pay taxes when this Dr. owes $11.1 million from 2006 - 2009? WHY should we continue to pay taxes so the Obamas can have lots of expensive vacations and he can award F-16s and $millions to Egypt? We are being conned, hoodwinked, robbed!!

And yet the illegal immigrant working in his office was on the sex offender list.
Why wasn´t this pervert jailed or deported?
This entire case against Menendez is curiouser and curiouser.

Now you people clearly do not understand NJ politics. Sen. Wetback is a Democrat. Democrats in NJ have carte blanche to engage in any acts, legal or felonious, they that choose to. Our NJ Supreme Court has already ruled that Democrats can do anything they choose to do, without having to bother with the trivialities or the law or the state Constitution. Do you all understand now ?

This ´doctor´ owes 11.1 million to the IRS? If that were you or I we would already have had all our assets seized and our bank accounts frozen. I wonder if Menendez has been running interference for this guy?
Apparently he can give huge sums to Menendez but can´t pay his taxes. And you have to earn a lot to owe that much money. Medicaid fraud maybe?

Seven months we’ve been waiting for someone, anyone, to ask the White House staff what was President Obama doing on the night the Benghazi attacks took place. We have researched this on our own and have him tracked from 4pm to around 7:30pm (EST). But after 7:30pm it is a total BLACKOUT – an unknown void of information. Finally after seven MONTHS. Chris Wallace asks White House Communications Director, Dan Pfeiffer, what was President Obama doing. (Snip) they are hiding what actually took place that night. They are desperately trying to cover the President’s intentional uninvolvement.

White House advisor Dan Pfeiffer said “the law is irrelevant” when asked by ABC’s George Stephanopoulos Sunday about whether President Obama thought the IRS’ targeting of conservative groups was illegal: Stephanopoulos: What does the president believe? Does the president believe that would be illegal? Pfeiffer: I can’t speak to the law here. The law is irrelevant. The activity was outrageous (Snip) Stephanopoulos: You don’t really mean the law is irrelevant, do you? Pfeiffer: What I mean is whether it’s legal or illegal is not important to the fact that the conduct doesn’t matter.

A former Philadelphia police officer, once hailed as a hero and given a seat next to the first lady at a 2009 speech by President Obama, has been arrested and charged with rape and other crimes. Authorities allege that Richard DeCoatsworth left a party with two females early Thursday and took them to another location, where they allege that he produced a handgun and “forced the two females to engage in the use of narcotics and sexual acts.”(Snip)DeCoatsworth was hailed as a hero after he was shot in the face during a traffic stop in September 2007 but still

Treasury officials were made aware in June 2012 that the IRS inspector general was reviewing the office that handles tax-exempt applications, but a letter from October shows that the inspector general did not highlight the audit as a top concern for the agency. In a memo dated October 15, 2012, to then-Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner about IRS challenges for 2013, Inspector General J. Russell George noted other problem areas, but made no mention of the investigation taking place at the time of the agency´s intense scrutiny of conservative groups seeking tax-exempt status.

It eventually comes down to who — who at the IRS was responsible for targeting conservative and Tea Party groups for special scrutiny. Because, after all, you can’t put a “system” in jail. You can’t put a report in prison. You can’t indict a department for corruption. At the end of the day it’s people who are responsible for using the enormous powers of the Internal Revenue Service to go after other people and groups because of their political beliefs. U.S. Rep. Kevin Brady (R-Texas) told the tale of one of his constituents who applied for tax-exempt status for her Tea Party group in July 2010.

Flesh-eating bacteria amputee Aimee Copeland now uses the latest technology in prosthetic hands to chop vegetables, pick up tiny items like Skittles, and comb and iron press her hair. With the bionic hands, Copeland is looking forward to cleaning her house -- she´s a neat freak, she tells CNN -- and cooking her own food. She´s something of a foodie but has been able to eat only microwaveable foods, she adds. What did President Obama do on the evening of 9/11/12 when our men were under attack in Benghazi? The invaluable Andrew McCarthy reminds us that Obama and Secretary Clinton had a 10:00 p.m. phone call of which many (including, I think, Chris Wallace) have lost sight. This morning when Wallace asked Obama aide Dan Pfeiffer what Obama was up to that evening, Pfeiffer declared the line of inquiry “offensive.” Translation: Obama and his minions would prefer to “move on” and are warning the likes of FNC off:(Snip for video)The Weekly Standard’s Daniel Halper has posted the rush transcript

PRESIDENT OBAMA: You are the mantle of Frederick Douglass and Booker T. Washington and Ralph Bunche and Langston Hughes and George Washington Carver and Ralph Abernathy and Thurgood Marshall and, yes, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. These men were many things to many people and they knew full well the role that racism played in their life. It began in earnest last Friday. A flash mob of latte drinking, tofu eating media that has done its best to quell, rather than fan the flames of truth, turned on one of their own. Jay Carney lay bludgeoned at the base of the podium, a victim of friendly fire. Ironically, the attack was reminiscent of the one in Benghazi he has repeatedly denied the Administration he represents bears any responsibility for. “Changed twelve times?!” came the cries. And with good reason. We were misled; no, lied to.

The Washington Post on Monday reported that Obama’s Department of Justice was investigating journalists before they started wiretapping the Associated Press – for one, Fox News correspondent James Rosen in 2010. Their headline wasn´t "Obama Team Also Spied on Fox News." Fox wasn´t in the headline, on A-1 or on A-12, where the story continued. Newly obtained court documents “reveal how deeply investigators explored the private communications of a working journalist — and raise the question of how often journalists have been investigated as closely as Rosen was in 2010.” Reporter Ann Marimow began:

So actually asked CNN´s Candy Crowley of her guest Sen. WASHINGTON – White House senior adviser Dan Pfeiffer said Sunday Republicans owe Susan Rice, the U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, an apology for alleging she played a part in formulating the White House’s response to the attacks in Benghazi, Libya, last year that killed four Americans. Pfeiffer said on ABC’s “This Week” that the release of more than 100 pages of Benghazi emails and notes show “beyond a shadow of the doubt” that accusations she tried to change the narrative of what happened in the attacks was false. "And, frankly, I think that many of the Republicans
