Maybe he could stop releasing 93% of convicted gun criminals on probation! If serious, they´d make gun crimes a federal felony with steep mandatory sentences.
But then their atty friends won´t be so happy.

Forget about gun control. What this county needs is crazy people control, evil people control and fatherless boys control. Americans have always had guns but we never had all this crazy killing that goes on today and that´s because we never had trouble calling crazy people crazy, evil people evil, and fatherless children...well, you know. That´s the only thing that´s changed. It´s called PC, but it´s really censorship...and it´s deadly, literally.

Committing any felony with a firearm is in itself a federal felony with a mandatory 5 year sentence.
It´s hardly ever prosecuted by the feds.
Doubling/tripling prison space would be a good first step.

Los Angeles County coroner´s officials said Wednesday the body recovered from a fiery, single-car crash in Hollywood that apparently killed journalist Michael Hastings will likely undergo an autopsy Thursday. But an official cause of death and closure of the case is not likely for four to six weeks or perhaps longer, they said. An attorney whose firm represents two Benghazi whistleblowers said Gen. Martin Dempsey, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, lied to the Senate when he said there was never a “stand down” order during the Benghazi attack on Sept. 11, 2012. “What was fascinating is that he explained his lie to them,” Joe DiGenova, an attorney representing one of the whistleblowers, told CNSNews.com. “He actually said they were sent to Tripoli. Charlie Rose last night asked President Obama his new Syria policy. The president first objected to it being called a new policy. "I´m not sure you can characterize this as a new policy. This is consistent with the policy that I´ve had throughout," he said. Obama then explained the goal is regional stability, and especially in Syria. "Really, what we´re trying to do is take sides against extremists of all sorts and in favor of people who are in favor of moderation, tolerance, representative government, and over the long-term, stability and prosperity for the people of Syria," said Obama.
