There´s going to be an even larger incentive not to earn ´´too much money´´. Dem voters probably have it calculated to the penny when they should shift any earnings under the table so Obamacare will be free for them, and ´shared´ by everyone else.

Since it is only Constitutional as a tax, no one needs to pay any attention to it.
There are no provisions in Obamacare for the collection of a tax.
The moment you call it a penalty or a mandate, it is un-Constitutional.

Sounds like Justice Roberts was correct in calling the ´mandate´ a tax. Those who normally pay little or no income tax will not be subject to the mandate penalty.
Roberts will have another crack at Obamacare this June and this time, I suspect, he will not be as forgiving. There are several issues - among them unequal taxation among the 57 states. Those folks in the opt-out states are not subject to the tax - while those in the the opt-in are subject. Supposedly that violates something in the Constitution about unequal taxation (Hello ´´long game´´). Hopefully a suit addressing that specific issue will be among the several suits taken up by the Court.

Wow, I just realized today that I am obama´s long lost cousin so I can´t ever be deported, I am muslim so I don´t have to comply with anything that I don´t like (paying interest, jail for killing innocent folks) and I am also not making much money anymore so I won´t have to be subjected to this healthcare penalty.
Now, my brother, who is a Catholic on the other hand, he ain´t so lucky.........

The phrase "shared responsibility" makes me ill. I simply do not understand how anyone who is paying attention (and that might be the key) can deny Obama is a Marxist.

The article didn´t show those exempt. How do you feel about your physician being exempt for religious reasons while you are forced to pay ?
Exactly where will amnesty figure into the picture ? States haven´t expanded Medicaid yet.
I am still ticked that Congress not only exempted themselves from Zippycare but any upcoming gun control. Never mind state officials paying as little as $8.00 a month for coverage thanks to taxpayes.

The truth be known, the entire Obama Care law was designed not to work in the end, and to be a precursor for the introduction of a single payer government run health care system for the masses, with the politicians and the rich and famous who can afford to pay for their own health care being allowed to maintain a first class private health care program.

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services says it wants as many as 20 percent of its workers to "telework," use an "alternative work schedule," or do both, in order to "reduce green house gas emissions," decrease "employee stress," and give these government workers more time for "planning and preparing healthy meals." So says one of the HHS "performance measures" detailed in an appendix to the department´s latest strategic plan. HHS´s performance measure "4.D.05" says: "Increase the percent employees on telework or on Alternative Work Schedule." Telework means working from home via phone and computer.

It is most often used by the powerful on anyone less powerful as a symbolic sacrifice. Steven Miller, the now former acting commissioner of the Internal Revenue Service, is the latest victim of ritual sacrifice. House Oversight Committee Chairman Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) formally demanded that retired ambassador Thomas Pickering submit to being deposed by the committee next Thursday. Treasury Secretary Jack Lew on Friday urged congressional leaders to raise the debt limit and insisted that the White House is not going to negotiate over the increase because lawmakers have "no choice." "We will not negotiate over the debt limit," Lew wrote. "The creditworthiness of the United States is non-negotiable. The question of whether the country must pay obligations it has already incurred is not open to debate."
