Obama Opens Second Term
the Same Way He Started
First... Talking About Me

RUSH: Obama said to the New Republic he´d get a lot more done without Fox News and Rush Limbaugh. The rest of the media´s in the tank. Everybody else has fallen in line. There is no opposition other than Fox News and Limbaugh. The way it works, and what this all boils down to, the Republicans, I mean, everybody knows they want to get along with Democrats. Everybody knows they want to socialize. They want their lives to have meaning, but Limbaugh is the one standing in the way ´cause what happens?

It is a good day when the most important subject Bam Bam can think of is, Rush Limbaugh. Bless you, Rushbo.

Oh, now I see - when the Bamster´s programs crash and burn, he´ll use the "Rush Limbaugh ate my homework!" excuse.

What a pathetic cretin Obama is.

Keep up the good work, Rushbo!

With all the attention that Rush gets why hasn´t he ever spoken in depth about the massive voter fraud of the last election?

Reply 4 - Posted by: oh-heck, 1/28/2013 6:17:52 PM     (No. 9145052)

Sorry Rush, he only talked about you in context of how difficult you made it for him to accomplish his socialist goals.

Reply 5 - Posted by: nonsense, 1/28/2013 6:41:52 PM     (No. 9145078)

It´s as if he wants one party rule, the Obama party, forget the Demonrats, they are of no use to him. One party rule is communism. Does the state controlled media think that we cannot figure that out?

Reply 6 - Posted by: excalgalcg, 1/28/2013 7:03:05 PM     (No. 9145109)

Ok Rush, Fox News has your back. Bret Baier just went through the bias of the news media. He praised Roger Ailes and Rupert Murdoch for being geniuses. While Charles K. sliced and diced Obama.

It seems to me, Rush Limbaugh is very important to Bam Bam. Must be driving Bam Bam nutz. LOL

Sounds like Obama is trying to get Republicans to get rid of Rush Limbaugh.
He knows Republican elites would like to marginalize conservative influence in the party. He also knows that the Republican Party will be essentially destroyed as effective opposition to his overall agenda without conservatives - "one party rule" with him as ruler.

Remember right after the election how "moderate voices" in the Republican Party were publicly attacking Rush by saying essentially the same thing Obama is saying in this interview?

They seem to think silencing Rush would be a death blow to ("extreme") conservatism. It´s interesting to notice who/what is defined as conservative by some today, and who is calling Rush, Levin, and others, extreme, while calling themselves conservative.

It will be interesting also to see if this Obama interview causes a renewed onslaught of attacks against Rush from some Republicans.

Cracks Widen In The
IRS Scandal Stonewall

Scandal Watch: New evidence makes it clear that the Internal Revenue Service campaign against conservatives wasn´t the result of two "rogue" agents, but was directed from higher up. The question is, how high up? The claim that a couple of workers in the bowels of an IRS office in Cincinnati managed to block tax-exempt applications from conservative groups for more than two years, while subjecting them to outrageous, intrusive and improper requests for information, started falling apart days ago. Last weekend, the Washington Post quoted a staffer saying that "everything comes from the top" at the IRS.

Scandal: The rest of us must answer IRS questions under threat of perjury, but the agency´s execs can take the Fifth. A Tea Party targeted by the IRS — and the FBI and OSHA and the ATF — thinks that´s unfair. We do too. Lois Lerner, chief of the IRS´ exempt organizations division when the Tea Party and other conservative groups were targeted for their opposition to President Obama, has invoked her Fifth Amendment right not to be questioned on her earlier testimony, her opening statement or any knowledge she may have of who ordered

Because Of Ideology, Benghazi
Terrorists Remain Free

National Security: The U.S. knows who and where five of the Benghazi terrorists are who murdered Ambassador Christopher Stevens and three other Americans. The Obama administration´s ideology keeps them free. Remember when, in the summer of 2008, soon-to-be Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama charged that President Bush´s strategy was to "engineer the distraction of the war in Iraq at a time when we could have pinned down the people who actually committed 9/11"? He was making several serious charges: • Bush, since he was the president, could have lit a fire under investigators to catch the 9/11 terrorist enablers.

CHILLING footage has emerged of a man with bloodied hands armed with knives speaking into a camera phone - just minutes after a soldier was allegedly beheaded. The tall black man talks brazenly with a London accent to the shocked onlooker who filmed the knifeman making a series of twisted rants after the terrorist attack. The knifeman and his accomplice are believed to have killed serviceman in the brutal knife attack after ramming the victim - who was wearing a Help For Heroes t-shirt - with a car. The two suspected terrorists were then shot when cops arrived.

Earlier this week, in a feeble attempt at humor on Facebook, I posted: “If you haven’t been audited by the IRS during the Obama administration, can you even call yourself a conservative?” Given the scale of the abuses, I should probably just shorten it and say, “Only RINOs don’t get audited.” My wife and I got audited in 2011, with the IRS examining every inch of our adoption the previous year. The process was painful, but we got through it, and our refund may have been adjusted by a few dollars (the amount of the adjustment was so small, I don’t actually remember).

Obamas looking at
Farm Neck vacation?

Between Benghazi, the IRS badgering the Tea Party, and assorted other brush fires, it’s hard to imagine President Obama will have time for a vacation this summer. But apparently he will. There’s been no official word from the White House, but we’re hearing the Obamas have their eyes on a house in Farm Neck on Martha’s Vineyard. During three previous visits, POTUS and FLOTUS and their daughters Malia and Sasha stayed at Blue Heron Farm in Chilmark. But British architect Norman Foster has since bought the place for $21.9 million.

RUSH: There´s a blog post here at the Washington Post by a guy named Ed Rogers. And his post basically says that a special prosecutor in the IRS matter is inevitable. "This administration’s management of the Obama Internal Revenue Service scandal so far consists of a slow-walking, rolling disclosure of facts; equal parts equivocation, amnesia and indignation from IRS witnesses; deer-in-the-headlights non-responses by the White House press secretary; parsed, lawyerly statements from the president himself; and now one of the central key players is taking the Fifth.

Former Rep. Anthony Weiner, whose career in public life came to an abrupt end when he sent lewd pictures to a college student on Twitter, jumped back into politics on Wednesday by announcing a bid for mayor of New York City. “Look, I’ve made some big mistakes and I know I’ve let a lot of people down,” the Democrat said in a 2-minute video announcing his bid. “But I’ve also learned some tough lessons. I’m running for mayor because I’ve been fighting for the middle class and those struggling to make it for my entire life.

The dam protecting the IRS scandal began to crack today when Lois Lerner, the IRS official who announced, and apologized for, the improper singling out of conservative-leaning organizations by IRS employees under her command, announced through her criminal defense lawyer that she will not testify as scheduled tomorrow before the House Oversight Committee. Rather, she will assert her Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination. This marks an enormous milestone in the IRS investigation. It can now be taken as more or less established that crimes were committed by Obama administration employees. Lerner’s lawyer tried to minimize the significance

The wheels came off the Obama administration yesterday. We learned of a startling assault on freedom of the press by the Department of Justice, following the revelation last week of the unprecedented information-gathering foray by that department against The Associated Press. Then, a few minutes later, the Justice Department’s inspector general released a report declaring that the US attorney in Arizona used the leak of a confidential memo to try to discredit a whistleblower in the notorious “gun-walking” scandal known as Fast and Furious (which got two federal agents killed). The leak was called “egregious.”

WASHINGTON – A top IRS official in the division that reviews nonprofit groups will invoke the Fifth Amendment and refuse to answer questions before a House committee investigating the agency’s improper screening of conservative nonprofit groups. Lois Lerner, the head of the exempt organizations division of the IRS, won’t answer questions about what she knew about the improper screening – or why she didn’t reveal it to Congress, according to a letter from her defense lawyer, William W. Taylor 3rd. Lerner was scheduled to appear before the House Oversight committee Wednesday.

House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell Issa said embattled IRS official Lois Lerner waived her Fifth Amendment rights and will be hauled back to appear before his panel again. The California Republican said Lerner’s Fifth Amendment right to avoid self-incrimination was voided when she gave an opening statement this morning denying any wrongdoing and professing pride in her government service. “When I asked her her questions from the very beginning, I did so so she could assert her rights prior to any statement,” Issa told POLITICO. “She chose not to do so — so she waived.”

Former Democratic National committee chairman Howard Dean considers the controversy over Benghazi a “joke” and “silly.” “Benghazi is a laughable joke,” Dean proclaimed twice in a discussion with Republican National Committee communications chairman Sean Spicer last week. “With all due respect, governor, when four Americans die serving this country, that’s not a joke, sir,” Spicer responded. “Oh, stop it,” said Dean. The former Democratic presidential candidate also said that there were “no serious questions being asked about Benghazi” and brushed it off as an effort by Republicans to score political points.
