| President Barack Obama and, for that matter, most of America seem woefully ignorant about a scandal unfolding at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. As hard as it is to believe, outgoing Administrator Lisa Jackson actually appears to have had agency personnel create a fictitious employee by the name of “Richard Windsor” so that Jackson could appropriate the Windsor’s email address for her own purposes. We’re not talking about some alias to be used for personal correspondence but a totally false identity in whose name official business was allegedly conducted created specifically to

I am not suprised. Obama zelot appointees operate on "the ends justify the means" principle. To them the only crime is getting caught. This administration is lawless.

i´m kind of surprised they would have to set up a fake e-mail account to hide any alleged corruption. The Republicans aren´t going to investigate anything anyway and, since the corrupt media is the propaganda arm of the marxist party they have nothing to fear from them either.

Should invaldate everything done by the EPA that needed Lisa Jackson´s signature, input, or consultation.
Most transparent administration, huh?
Republicans should be asking "what´s up with all the secrets, the fake identities, the cover-up"?

This appears to be possibly a scandal that could lead to criminal charges, but this too will pass. We the people are no longer represented in Washington by the House or Senate. The DOJ is a corrupt joke, selectively enforcing the law against only those who appear to be a threat to their and Obama´s agendas.

Since ´Richard Windsor´ was the one that conducted official EPA business as the head of the EPA, all of Lisa Jackson´s current and future pay and benefits should be placed in an escrow account which only Richard Windsor (and not Lisa Jackson) can touch. Ms Jackson should then be prosecuted for violation of acts regarding FOIA and government documentation.

There´s no reason for them to worry about this scandal. The conservative media is far too interested in Obama´s remarks about Hillary on 69 minutes.
Sometimes I think we have a ring through our nose and the liberal press points us in whatever way they want us to look.

I´ll bet she got a golden parachute retirement package on her way out the door with a signed non disclosure statement so she´ll never be able to discuss it,write a book or whatever.
When you´re a soldier in the war on climate change, the cause trumps anything you did to further the cause. She probably broke dozens of laws if you broke them all down. But like I´ve been saying for 4 years,Obama couldn´t care less about the rule of law and she´ll skip town going her merry way, living off the tax payers.
Obama just said the other day people need to be held accountable for their actions. This excludes her of course.
the person taking her place could be just as bad. This ugy has a history of being an animal nut so he could use them as an excuse to kill pollution.

#4, yep. I agree, it is hard to try and remain positive when everyday you are bombarded with stories that affirm what you are feeling. To watch your beloved country on this downward spiral is demoralizing. The worst part is the hopelessness that comes with knowing that not only is this the most lawless administration but no one has the courage to hold them accountable.

I agree with #2 and #16. This is not a one of a kind happening. My guess, and I´ll wager a pretty good one, is that this kind of shananigan is going on in other of the Obama administration. To see if Richard Windsor is collecting, I suggest that look for a SSN for him, Federal Income Tax returns, registered autos, travel tickets and hotel, resort and cruise line reservations. A parking assignment at EPA and an facitlity entry ID and badge. Was there ever a security check on "it" and what was his clearance level???? Again, my wager is that there are many other "Richard Windsor" types in the administration save orgs like CIA,NSA,FBI,CID et alia. In their cases, it is a real person who is using an alias as a need for his class of work.

The only thing that prevents them to do so is the remains of democracy. Otherwise the lawlessness would reach the levels of china/russia/cuba/venezuela or some african dictatorship. Oh come on. Do you really think these Marxists are going to reveal anything or obey the law? The Executive Branch is a communist party operation, period. They are dismantling the representative republic and will have completely dismantled by 2014. The House and Senate are irrelevant because they´ve chosen to be. The Fourth Estate is 98 percent Marxist. The courts are 51% tyranny based so of course they all have fake e-mails and so what if they get caught. They´ll make up new ones, force the outing of the whistleblower whose life will soon be destroyed. Have you read Rules for Radicals? Why does news like this surprise. Sarah Palin said Friday that the elite media would never let a Republican president get away with what Barack Obama has done in his push for new gun laws. The former Alaska governor recalled that the national press “tore apart” George W. Bush for using “fleeting images” from Sept. 11, 2001, during his 2004 reelection campaign. At the National Rifle Association’s annual meeting, Palin slammed Obama for flying the grieving parents of the massacre at Sandy Hook Elementary School on Air Force One and then “making them backdrops” at rallies. “That same media is now the reliable poodle-skirted cheerleader

To say that Sarah Palin shook things up by taking to Twitter to express her displeasure at the nonchalant nose-rubbing going on at the White House Correspondent´s Dinner Saturday night would be an understatement. The surviving suspect in the Boston Marathon bombings should not be treated as an enemy combatant, Senate Intelligence Committee Chair Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) said Sunday morning. “I do not believe under the military commission law that he is eligible for that. It would be unconstitutional to do that,” Feinstein said on “Fox News Sunday.” Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the sole surviving suspect in last Monday’s bombings, was taken into custody Friday. Federal officials said they plan to use a public safety exception to delay reading Tsarnaev his "Miranda" rights.

Mainstream media publications immediately exploited the passing of former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher on Monday to again advance their political agendas by falsely smearing former Alaska Gov. and Republican vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin. In a rush to write whatever they could to tarnish both, outlets like Politico and the Washington Post resorted to "reporting" on a fictitious story and an imaginary trip that have already been debunked years ago. The Post, a publication known for its liberal agenda, immediately "re-upped" the debunked story about Thatcher having snubbed Palin when Chris Cillizza,

What did President Obama do on the evening of 9/11/12 when our men were under attack in Benghazi? The invaluable Andrew McCarthy reminds us that Obama and Secretary Clinton had a 10:00 p.m. phone call of which many (including, I think, Chris Wallace) have lost sight. This morning when Wallace asked Obama aide Dan Pfeiffer what Obama was up to that evening, Pfeiffer declared the line of inquiry “offensive.” Translation: Obama and his minions would prefer to “move on” and are warning the likes of FNC off:(Snip for video)The Weekly Standard’s Daniel Halper has posted the rush transcript

The Treasury Department confirmed the timeline but said they did not know the details of the investigation until last week.(Snip)Marcus Owens ran the tax-exempt division at the IRS for 10 years. It began in earnest last Friday. A flash mob of latte drinking, tofu eating media that has done its best to quell, rather than fan the flames of truth, turned on one of their own. Jay Carney lay bludgeoned at the base of the podium, a victim of friendly fire. In the wake of one of the worst abuses of government power in recent history, many are rushing to frame the Internal Revenue Service scandal as simply an attack on conservative activists. That view risks creating a partisan political football and misses a fundamentally scarier abuse that exceeds the scandals of Watergate or any other prior government abuse. The IRS has admitted that since May 2010 it targeted grassroots-conservative organizations that had applied for tax-exempt status, unfairly subjecting them to rigorous scrutiny due to their political leanings. Such groups were told they were required to comply with IRS requests,

"We will not negotiate over the debt limit," Lew wrote. "The creditworthiness of the United States is non-negotiable. The question of whether the country must pay obligations it has already incurred is not open to debate." Lew said that while President Obama is willing to discuss plans to reduce the nation´s deficit with Congress, those talks must be kept separate from any effort to raise the nation´s debt cap.
