| If you thought the long-anticipated Hillary hearings were going to be a feet-to-the fire payback for Benghazigate, then maybe you should think again. In her back-to-back appearances Wednesday, departing Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton left Senate and House Republicans hitless, winless and basically befuddled. Little Leaguers enjoy a 10-run rule that brings such uneven contests to merciful endings — so the little nippers can lick their wounds and try again another day. If Congress had anything similar, Mrs. Clinton might have ended her testimony hours earlier, beaten rush-hour traffic

The left is blessed with something the rest of us don´t have.A lack of conscience.There´s nothing these people won´t lie or obfuscate about to duck accountability.
If nothing dishonest happened here,then there´s no reason not to be honest. All the rehearsals,false emotions and bursts of outrage are a sign this women and others are guilty as hell at at least dereliction of duty. If Clinton took her job and the death of 4 Americans seriously,,she would have fired or demoted anybody who didn´t keep her informed on security requests.
The other part of this that´s fishy is they´re making no attempt to arrest the perps even though they know who they are. The reason is simple,they would sing like canaries about who put them up to the attack.
Petraeus knows every detail about what happened.That´s why he had to go. For all we know his supposed affair was made up as an excuse to dodge hearings..If his affair was true,he could be blackmailed with the threat of adultery while in the military and lose all his retirement benefits.
The biggest problem on fact finding on Obama at any level is pure fear.If you enjoy living,then your lips have crazy glue on them.
Vince Foster shot himself with the wrong hand but hey that can happen to anybody.

Wrong, #1. Everything in Washington makes sense once you understand that nobody is there to protect the country, serve their constituents or even to placate their voters. They are all there, parties besides the point, to serve themselves, to accumulate money, to enhance their prestige, and to improve their abilities to force people to do what they want them to do. In this current case, if what I have just said wasn´t true, the Republicans would gutted, skinned, and barbequed her withing a half hour. They would have had her begging for mercy.But they didn´t. Why? I´ve just told you.

#4. No doubt there are posters here on Ldot who would blame Nuremberg on the republicans as well.
We´ve taken on O´s mantra of blaming everything on Bush and now we are blaming everything wrong on ´the republicans´.
As Krauthammer stated....we have one half of one third of the government. IOW, our power is limited but even with that we should have earned some modicum of gratitude instead of endless carping.
We are not in charge. Keep up the whining about our side and we will be saying hello to Speaker Pelosi.

Charlie Rose last night asked President Obama his new Syria policy. The president first objected to it being called a new policy. "I´m not sure you can characterize this as a new policy. This is consistent with the policy that I´ve had throughout," he said. Obama then explained the goal is regional stability, and especially in Syria. "Really, what we´re trying to do is take sides against extremists of all sorts and in favor of people who are in favor of moderation, tolerance, representative government, and over the long-term, stability and prosperity for the people of Syria," said Obama.
