| Four days after President Obama pledged to "protect and defend the Constitution," the U.S. Court of Appeals ruled that he violated that oath in making several appointments last year. The court said Obama´s three "recess" appointments to the National Labor Relations Board weren´t recess appointments at all, since the Senate was still in session when he made them. Assuming the Supreme Court upholds the panel´s ruling, all the decisions the board made over the past year will be nullified, since without those three there weren´t enough members on the board to make any rulings at all.

Don´t count on the Supreme Court upholding anything that is Constitutional. They now MAKE law, not interpret law.

John Roberts is going to kill a lot of us thanks to his stupid wrong headed ruling on Obamacare.
Should he NOT vote to uphold the Constitution on recess appointments that aren´t recess appointments, he must be impeached. I will not stand for it, and neither should any other citizen.

Remember the courts ordering zippy to stop the drilling ban in the Gulf? How did that work out? The courts have no power over King Barky. He´s probably laughing his butt off while sipping his martini this evening. Courts schmourts.

Three U.S. senators have identified the missing parts of the response to the Benghazi terror attack. In a statement, Senators Kelly Ayotte, Lindsey Graham, and John McCain list "What We Do Not Know" about Benghazi: We do not know whether the President was made aware of the classified cable that, according to published media reports, Ambassador Chris Stevens sent in August 2012, stating that the U.S. Mission in Benghazi could not survive a sustained assault from one or more of the threatening militia groups that were operating in eastern Libya.

THE soldier butchered in broad daylight by Muslim fanatics yesterday has been named as Drummer Lee Rigby. In a speech today, President Obama is calling for the transfer for Gitmo inmates to the United States. "The original premise for opening GTMO – that detainees would not be able to challenge their detention – was found unconstitutional five years ago. In the meantime, GTMO has become a symbol around the world for an America that flouts the rule of law. Our allies won’t cooperate with us if they think a terrorist will end up at GTMO. One of two men allegedly being questioned in connection with the Boston Marathon bombings was shot and killed by an FBI agent in Florida on Tuesday, (Snip)A friend of Ibragim Todashev said he and Todashev were being investigated as part of the Boston bombings. He said Todashev, 27, knew bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev because both were MMA fighters. The man claims he and Todashev were interviewed by the FBI for nearly three hours on Tuesday. The friend said he left the interview, and when he came back to the apartment he found that there had been a shooting.

WASHINGTON – A top IRS official in the division that reviews nonprofit groups will invoke the Fifth Amendment and refuse to answer questions before a House committee investigating the agency’s improper screening of conservative nonprofit groups. Lois Lerner, the head of the exempt organizations division of the IRS, won’t answer questions about what she knew about the improper screening – or why she didn’t reveal it to Congress, according to a letter from her defense lawyer, William W. The fact that this bit of information was conveyed to the protesters by a Department of Homeland Security officer who was also in attendance.
