| Secretary of State Hillary Clinton confirmed this week that several employees who were "removed" from their positions in the wake of the Libya terror attack are still being paid and have not actually left her department. But she also gave a surprising answer when asked why: Her hands are tied, she said. Amid complaints from lawmakers that no government official has really been held accountable for missteps in the run-up to the attack, Clinton claimed current federal regulations limit what disciplinary actions can be taken.

It doesn´t take an act of Congress to fire a fed. employee. You give them a notice of intent to dismiss and they have 30 or so days to answer. Then they´re fired. I did it many times. Most supervisors are too lazy to do the paperwork up the chain.

Hillary, the congenital liar, does it again.
The ARB she keeps talking about, was advisory. ADVISORY. They would not have made a termination recommendation.
That is up to the head of the State Department!That would be Hillary. Fire them, let them appeal, and make their case, and at most, if a judicial decision maker rules that they should be reinstated, so be it.
Charlene Lamb, and the Kennedy fellow were guilty of failing to do their jobs. It is that simple.
