The Five‘s Andrea Tantaros introduced a segment about today’s 40th anniversary of the passage of Roe v. Wade by showing a portion of a new ad celebrating the occasion from the Center for Reproductive Rights. The ad, titled “Happy 40th Anniversary, Baby” features actor Mehcad Brooks speaking seductively to his “baby,” in this case the Constitutional right to have an abortion, decided by the Supreme Court on this day in 1973. In a doctors office this morning I learned from the VIEW that 70% of Americans support abortion.

I saw that ad on TV last night and didn´t get what was going on until it was over but then I don´t pay rapt attention to most things on TV. When I go back and watch it, it´s like taking a look straight into Hades. I´m still practically speechless - I really don´t know what to say except that anyone who thought that ad was a good idea is doing Lucifer´s work.

It was a peek into the mindset of what passes for advertising in today´s wretched hollywood society.

There is no constitutional right to an abortion. The Roe vs Wade decision was a tortured conflation of the "due process" clause of the 14th amendment with the penumbral "right to privacy" determined by other spurious court decisions.

70% polled think that its ok for a woman to have choice
but if you made the poll to read do you think a woman has the "choice" to murder her child I wonder what the polls would reflect
Just saying
every nation that has engaged in infantacide has been deposited in the dust bin of mediorcity. for the trolls who are sure to jump on this one, the worship of baal was infanticide by burning alive their infants, the spartans did it by leaving their new born children on a mountain top and we do it by killing the child while still in the womb
We are so judged by our Lord and maker
my heart tears for the 50 million + children killed by the god of CHOICE

Wow, that was creepy.

The guy´s laugh reminded me of a "Devil" type character.

Interesting he say "looking good, baby." Created rather horrid pictures in my mind.

I really think these people worship Moloch.

The term ´´reproductive rights´´ is such a misnomer. A woman always has the right to reproduce, or not, except in cases of rape. Once the decision is made to do the reproducing act, the right has been excercised. Getting pregnant is a consequence of excercising the right. Murdering a child, born or unborn, is not a right.

Almost as many babies have been aborted ,just in the US, since 1973, than all the combat deaths in WW2....
and folks wonder what happened to America.
The Democrats and their agendas of death are what.

Mehcad Brooks is wonderful as TK on ´Necessary Roughness´ but after viewing this "celebration" of abortion I´ve removed the show from my DVR.

#12, you beat me to it. I´ve watched Necessary Roughness on USA network from the beginning. Their season preview is scheduled to air tonight. They just lost a viewer. I couldn´t possibly watch the show ever again after seeing that disgusting display by this actor. Nor will I watch anything I know this actor is in again. Memory is a hard thing to erase.

#6, good post. The truth is, innocent little babies made in the image of God are being sacrificed on the altar of convenience and selfishness every day. America will not escape judgement for this.

Just when you think the Devil´s Disciples can´t get any worse--they do?

Abortion isn´t bing celebrated by the aabortion pimps, the power to rule their opponents is the heady elixer they are drunk on and what does it make them do and approve? Yuk!

Re # 1, IMO that 70 % includes those who will not interfere with a woman´s choice to ride themselves of the rains of an indisscretion. it is a holier than thou view just as those who would take away all abortion. A compromise could be found if both aaabsolutist groups would go for the are but legal aabortions politicains lia and say they perfer or maybe no longer need to lie about.

Worse than "tasteless" and "insensitive"... "Hitleresque" and "evil" are the terms I would have used.

Washington - Peace, one of two turkeys pardoned by President Obama last year, was euthanized Monday, according to an official who insisted the timing of the death - days before the Thanksgiving holiday - was not suspicious. Rebecca Aloisi, vice president for marketing at the Mount Vernon Estate, confirmed that Peace had been dead after a weekend "illness." Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid said Wednesday that he will try to push through a change to Senate rules that would limit the GOP’s ability to filibuster bills. Speaking in the wake of Tuesday’s election, which boosted Senate Democrats’ numbers slightly, Mr. Reid said he won’t end filibusters altogether but that the rules need to change so that the minority party cannot use the legislative blocking tool as often. “I think that the rules have been abused and that we’re going to work to change them,” he told reporters. “Were not going to do away with the filibuster but we’re going to make the Senate

Conservative radio host Mark Levin is very skeptical of the idea that President Obama had absolutely no idea about the IRS tea party targeting before the story broke in the news mere weeks ago. Levin declared adamantly that it is a “flat-out, bald-faced lie” that Obama didn’t know beforehand, citing prior reports by a few conservative news outlets picking up on the news well before the 2012 presidential election. Levin said, “I don’t believe for two seconds that Obama wasn’t aware of this.”

President Obama on Thursday nominated Victoria Nuland, a State Department official involved in the editing of the administration´s talking points on Benghazi, to be the next assistant secretary of state for European and Eurasian affairs. Nuland, a career foreign service officer who was until recently State´s top spokesperson, had long been expected to be nominated the post to replace Philip Gordon, who Obama picked to serve as Middle East coordinator for the National Security Council. Nuland´s nomination -- which requires Senate confirmation -- could come under scrutiny from Republicans who see her as playing a central role in shaping

Anthony Weiner’s New York mayoral candidacy was only made more improbable today after he revealed that he visited a Houston psychiatric facility following his resignation from Congress in 2011. Haunted by scandal surrounding his sexually explicit online communications with women, the Democratic former congressman sought treatment for his compulsive behavior from mental health professionals at the Gabbard Center. According to its website, the facility provides “3-day outpatient psychiatric evaluation,” particularly to “professionals who are in personal or professional crises.” While Weiner did not disclose

Washington rumor has it that Obama wants to be U.N. Secretary General. There are several reasons that make that likely, and if it´s true, it throws new light on a lot of Obama´s oddities -- including his Royalty Bows, his Apology Tours, his Muslim Sellout, and the Benghazi Cover-Up. But first -- why would Obama be planning to become the chief of the U.N. before he has even finished his second term?

On Wednesday, Drummer Lee Rigby of the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers, a man who had served Queen and country honorably in the hell of Helmand Province in Afghanistan, emerged from his barracks on Wellington Street, named after the Duke thereof, in southeast London. Minutes later, he was hacked to death in broad daylight and in full view of onlookers by two men with machetes who crowed "Allahu Akbar!" as they dumped his carcass in the middle of the street like so much roadkill. As grotesque as this act of savagery was, the aftermath was even more unsettling

MARK LEVIN: So why didn´t Chairman Issa hold an investigative hearing a year ago? Why didn´t Chairman Camp, all Republicans, hold an investigative hearing a year ago, and all the other tripping over themselves right now? I´ll tell you why. Because the establishment Republicans, the RINO Republicans, despise the Tea Party. They despise the conservative movement. We exist to be managed, to be shuttled to the polling place, to vote for their candidates. The Karl Roves of the world, and all the rest of them. They fight us in the primaries, they fight us at the grassroots.

Fox News chief Roger Ailes has sent a memo to his subordinates at the leading cable news network. He sent this memo to his staff today in connection with the federal investigation into an alleged leak to Fox News reporter James Rosen, a story that the Washington Post’s Ann E. Marimow broke earlier this week. The memo’s a masterpiece, too. For all those who wonder what it is about Ailes that endears his people to him — and that makes him such a good interviewee for any media reporter lucky enough to get an audience
