Bill Clinton: Gun Control Push
Bringing Back the Tea Party

Breitbart´s Big Government, by AWR Hawkins

When Republicans won historic landslide victories in 1994, it was due in large part to the fact that a relatively moderate Democrat Party had promoted and passed an "Assault Weapons Ban" (AWB) which cut across the grain of gun owners of all parties and all walks of life. Fast forward to 2013, gun owners of all walks of life exist in even greater numbers, and the Democrat Party is showing them even greater disrespect. And now, radicalized Democrats are pushing a new AWB, which contains bans on many semi-automatic handguns, 20 and 30 round ammunition magazines, private gun sales

You know what makes me smile?

That Bill Clinton and Democrats actually think the TEA Party ever went away.

Obama has a very unique ability to keep his fingerprints off anything that goes bad.Whether he has bad luck or not,it´ll be someone else´s fault or a Bush era policy.Fast and furious and green energy loans were extensions of Bush programs so he got off the hook on those just by saying that..

Yeah, well, in this country, there´s a history of oppression generating push-back. Sometimes it takes a little while to get the ball rolling. After all, the people who "get their backs up" when somebody tries to clamp down on them are busy working, rearing their own kids, paying taxes to support the gov´t, "single mothers," an obscene $1.4 billion-a-year White House, paying the interest on $16 trillion in debt, and a few other things.

The poll cheating for the mid terms will be broad and blatant. But by then, all the courts will be stacked.

The assault weapons ban of 1994 may have had something to do with republicans gaining control of the House, but much more important was Bill Clinton´s arrogance, coupled with the behavior of House democrats when the Clinton scandals began to emerge. The Democrats were shameless in diverting attention to the travel office fiasco, the death of Vince Foster, and Whitewater.
In addition, the members of the black caucus, jiving around near the well of the House on several close votes, left an enormous bad impression on those voters who watched C span at all.
Finally, it was the genuis of Newt Gingrich to nationalize the House races, with Contract for America, that put the icing on the cake.
It could happen again, but not with the timid, inarticulate republican leaders in the House and Senate. We need new leadership.

THE REASON for the Second Amendment is, and always has been, for the population (the Militia) to retain the strength to resist and rebuke the government that oppresses.

The Second Amendment has nothing to do with hunting, gun clubs or target shooting -- it is an Eight Hundred pound gorilla (or elephant) sitting in the chambers and the oval office.

God bless James Madison and Samuel Colt.

The Framers of the Constitution did not envision the creation of a standing army. See Article I, Section 8. A fulltime Navy is provided for, but Congress can only appropriate funds for raising an army for no more than two years. Hence the need for a "well regulated militia".

What´s so hard for everybody, left and right, to understand about the original intent of Amendment 2? The populace was expected to be armed and trained in the use of arms in order to protect the Republic. Sort of like Switzerland, where every adult male is armed and a member of the militia.

Social Security stops trying

Washington Post, by Marc Fisher    Original Article

The Social Security Administration announced Monday that it will immediately cease efforts to collect on taxpayers’ debts to the government that are more than 10 years old. The action comes after The Washington Post reported that the government was seizing state and federal tax refunds that were on their way to about 400,000 Americans who had relatives who owed money to Social Security. In many cases, the people whose refunds were intercepted had never heard of any debt, and the debts dated as far back as the middle of the past century. “I have directed an immediate halt to further

Despite promises to the contrary, it appears that State Senator Wendy Davis (D-Fort Worth) voted on bills that affect her clients and favorably impact the bottom line of her law firm. “I have never done anything in a way that represents a conflict in my voting and something that would benefit me personally,” she said in an interview, but state records seem to tell a different story. The Dallas Morning News´ Senior Political Writer Wayne Slater (DMN) reported that Davis supported legislation governing a toll road project. That would be all well and good except for the fact that the

Democrats Lose Two More Special

Democrats have had a recurring problem in special elections this year: Their voters aren’t turning out. If a weak economy and continued Obamacare problems persist, the November elections could be a disaster for Democrats. Last week, Democrats lost two special elections they weren’t planning to. Arlington, Va., is a classic wealthy ObamaTown, filled with government workers and limousine liberals. Mitt Romney won only 29 percent of the vote in 2012. But last Tuesday, Democrats lost their first election for the five-member Arlington County Board in 15 years when John Vihstadt, a Republican running as an independent, won a vacancy on

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid said little as federal agents seized and then released cattle last week from the Bundy ranch, but there is little doubt that the highly charged episode was threatening to become a political headache for the Nevada Democrat. The Bureau of Land Management is headed by former longtime Reid aide Neil Kornze, who was confirmed by the Senate as BLM director on Tuesday, just as federal authorities descended on the cattle ranch outside Mesquite, Nev. Mr. Kornze issued a statement Saturday saying that the bureau would return the cattle and withdraw its agents from the ranch

On the defensive about their prospects in the midterm elections this fall, congressional Democrats have spent all of April savaging the Republican budget proposal, decrying the Koch brothers and championing a series of bills meant to ingratiate themselves to struggling middle-class voters. In promoting legislation that would extend unemployment benefits, increase the minimum wage and promote equal pay for women, the Democrats have declared themselves the party that will ensure a “fair shot” for all. Republicans, they insist, are the party of special interests. It has been a classic Washington messaging campaign for these partisan

On a trip to Moscow early in her tenure as secretary of state, Hillary Rodham Clinton played the role of international saleswoman, pressing Russian government officials to sign a multibillion-dollar deal to buy dozens of aircraft from Boeing. A month later, Clinton was in China, where she jubilantly announced that the aerospace giant would be writing a generous check to help resuscitate floundering U.S. efforts to host a pavilion at the upcoming World’s Fair. Boeing, she said, “has just agreed to double its contribution to $2 million.” Clinton did not point out that, to secure the donation, the State Department

Like him or hate him, there is no disputing that Rush Limbaugh’s very special brand of mixing right-wing politics with his flare for entertainment has produced one of the most successful radio programs in the medium’s long history. When it comes to tracking the cost of Obama family vacations, there are two primary challenges. First, the Obamas are prolific jet-setters, so there are many details to track. Second, the Obama administration, clearly embarrassed by these lavish and frequent family vacations, stonewalls the release of records at every turn. But we have been relentless in pursuit of this information. Our attorneys file the lawsuits and make our case, and our investigators pour through pages of records and crunch the numbers. And the information we’ve uncovered – information that would otherwise remain under lock and key – shows that the

I live in Las Vegas. I live and breath Nevada politics. Something is very wrong. Something smells rotten in the Nevada desert. And Senator Harry Reid’s fingerprints are all over it. I am of course referring to the Bundy Ranch siege. This was a dispute between a Nevada ranching family with rights to the land in question for 140 years and the BLM (Bureayu of Land Management). The government claims they haven’t paid grazing fees for 20 years. The result was a government assault on the ranch- including snipers with assault rifles, SUV’s, helicopters, airplanes and over 200 heavily armed troops. No

Look, everyone loves Sean Connery, particularly Sean Connery. That’s why he plays Sean Connery in every movie he’s in. People love that Scottish brogue so much, they don’t mind that he has it when he plays Juan Sánchez Villa-Lobos Ramírez, an immortal Spaniard in Highlander. The guy even won an Oscar for playing an Irish cop with a Scottish accent. Talk about sexist double standards: Meryl Streep has to master foreign dialects to get her golden statuettes. Connery just has to show up on time. In economics you devalue a currency by printing too much of it. In film you
