| Five Britons are feared dead after the Algerian hostage crisis ended in a murderous bloodbath yesterday. The four-day siege reached its climax after seven workers were executed in a final, monstrous act of violence by their Al Qaeda-linked captors just as special forces soldiers stormed the desert gas facility to try to rescue them. Their nationalities are not yet known. All of the 11 remaining militants – who had booby-trapped the complex with explosives – were later shot dead in a fierce gun battle. Scroll down for video

I have to wonder how much info the terrorist gained from the google satellite images. I fear we are going to lose that service since it can be used for nefarious means, even though it can be very useful for law abiding citizens. We´ve seen the dims trying to take guns away from us, I´m sure satellite information (and all sorts of internet services) are soon to follow.

This really sucks if your a hostage - but it sends a pretty clear message how the Algerian Government wants to deal with bad guys that take hostages - they don´t - storm the complex with the goal of killing all the bad guys - any hostages survive it´s icing on the cake. Seems heartless - but it works... This technique was perfected in Israel...

Shoot -- Hillary probably dutifully informed the Algerian Government we were coming, so they could be ready for us. That is something Obama´s Administration has our military doing now, btw. It´s our POLICY with these terrorist-infested middle eastern countries!

On “Fox News Sunday” last weekend, White House aide Dan Pfeiffer was asked about President Barack Obama’s whereabouts the night of the Sept. 11 attack in Benghazi. This was the night when we lost our first ambassador in 30 years, and when three other Americans were killed in an attack that lasted all night long at multiple locations within the eastern Libyan city. Since the president is commander in chief, one would think where he was and what he did during such an event would be of obvious public concern.
