| TAMPA -The state´s attempt to simplify its complex and antiquated hospital payment system could inadvertently shrink the area´s number of aspiring doctors, putting a strain on hospitals. Nearly half of the University of South Florida´s medical residents spend two to three years in supervised practice at Tampa General Hospital, one of six specialized statutory teaching hospitals in Florida. Salary, benefit and malpractice insurance costs for each of the 301 resident doctors run $100,000 a year. USF Health and leaders at the Level-1 trauma hospital were troubled to learn they may lose the $10 million a year now designated

Do you think that ANYONE in the Obama Administration cares about Health Care. THEY will never be without the best health care available. They care about the "message" that they care, so that they can get re-elected by low or no information voters. Obamacare is the TITANIC of legislation, but even the rafts have leaks.

This is somewhat the same problem as that of public schools. Federal, state, and local levels all input money and devise rules on what is done and forbidden.
Three bosses make things worse. Toss in the public employee and teachers unions and you get a bigger mess.
The result is that more and more power shifts upward to a Department Of Education in Washington which answers to no one and actually benefits from chaos.

Now to worry. Congress ´looking to make cuts´ will allow special VISAs for third world doctors to come here and work for next to nothing and do nothing to help you.
If Congress had the same health plan as you, the story might be different.

Jackson for his past comments on social issues, the Christian minister says he is battling what he calls the “mainstream media’s caricature” of him. Politico reporter Jonathan Martin is jumping from the six-year-old politics site to become the national political correspondent for the New York Times. A release from the New York Times says this is a big move: The job is a storied and special one at The Times, and has been home to such giants as Robin Toner, Adam Nagourney, Rick Berke, and, of course, R. W. Apple. As big a move as it is for the New York Times, it may be double for Politico, for Martin offers the sort of reporting that the site badly needs.

The fact that this bit of information was conveyed to the protesters by a Department of Homeland Security officer who was also in attendance. Conservative radio host Mark Levin is very skeptical of the idea that President Obama had absolutely no idea about the IRS tea party targeting before the story broke in the news mere weeks ago. Levin declared adamantly that it is a “flat-out, bald-faced lie” that Obama didn’t know beforehand, citing prior reports by a few conservative news outlets picking up on the news well before the 2012 presidential election.
