| All is not as it appears in the case of Richard Windsor, the alias used by outgoing EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson, apparently to shield email messages from discovery and disclosure. Under court order to cough up the email messages to Chris Horner of the Competitive Enterprise Institute, and having turned over a first installment of 2,100 such email messages earlier this week, the Obama administration is making this a case that might challenge the ingenuity of Sherlock Holmes. With Horner’s assistance, my daughter Eliana tries to pierce the fog of administrative war in her NRO column “Lisa Jackson’s gadfly.”

Remember when cass sun stein´s wife carol browner could not pass the EPA hearings so they made her Czar?
She destroyed her hard drive and resigned later on rather than answer questions. crickets.
The republicans should defund the EPA and let the states handle their functions.

I would be really interested to see if an e-mail sent from that account is found that is not on the list once the WH says "well, now you´ve got them all." There are bound to be e-mails still lingering on the receiving end in backup files somewhere.

Sunnstein´s wife is Samantha (?) Power, not Browner. Power was marginalized for her ugly campaign remarks but reappeared as primary archetect of "leading from behind" and the Libya debacle.
Browner was not named to a confirmable post becuase she would neveer make it after having destroyed her hard drives and claimng she never used email. Still lurking in the background with the other Socialists crafting our non-energy policy.
Fake email addresses are SOP for this admisnistration. For example, do you think Petreus was an outlier or one of the club? Solis resigned suddenly and it is a safe bet that she played the illegal game of conducting business through illegal channels. Ditto for the ex-Sec of Interior. My guess is that Panetta was too old and too wise to get caught up in the outright breaking of the law.

One of two men allegedly being questioned in connection with the Boston Marathon bombings was shot and killed by an FBI agent in Florida on Tuesday, (Snip)A friend of Ibragim Todashev said he and Todashev were being investigated as part of the Boston bombings. He said Todashev, 27, knew bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev because both were MMA fighters. The man claims he and Todashev were interviewed by the FBI for nearly three hours on Tuesday.
