Attorney General Eric Holder and his Department of Justice have asked a federal court to indefinitely delay a lawsuit brought by watchdog group Judicial Watch. The lawsuit seeks the enforcement of open records requests relating to Operation Fast and Furious, as required by law. Judicial Watch had filed, on June 22, 2012, a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request seeking all documents relating to Operation Fast and Furious and “specifically [a]ll records subject to the claim of executive privilege invoked by President Barack Obama on or about June 20, 2012.”

Well, surely there is something to be afraid about or Holder would not be asking the information be released.
I would like to think there is someone in our court system who still holds truth and the continuation of the laws of this land to survive this administration and keep our nation from complete distruction.

holder doesn´t want the bother of having to sanitize, redact and shred documents. Plus, he instinctively refuses to comply with laws which he considers worthless. Laws don´t apply to democrats. Laws, tax laws and otherwise, are for the great unwashed.

In 1972, Obama´s model for presidential leadership, Richard Nixon, kept the Watergate break in and other illegalities well hidden. But events, from a plane crash that killed one of his WH hush money couriers to the disclosure of secret taping of all his conversations, soon unraveled Nixon´s well run coverup. The disgraced Nixon resigned just 2 years after his landslide reelection.
Obama´s almost identical authorization and subsequent coverup of illegal acts in F&F are slowly, grudgingly coming to the surface. The key difference this time is that while the NY Times and WaPo hated Nixon, these papers and the TV news media worship Obama. So, there are no Woodward & Bernsteins seeking the facts from an Obama WH "Deep Throat", no matter how lucrative it could be. Sadly, if someone in the WH or FBI was willing to disclose the facts, today´s NYT would run smear pieces, disclosing his/her name, rather than investigating.
F&F, the 30+ Solyndra scandals, the Benghazi lies and much more should eventually coalescence into impeachable offenses that even some Democrats will find troubling.

In line with Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel’s order for troops to have their workplaces searched for “degrading or offensive” materials -- part of an attempt to curb sexual assault in the military -- the Navy will inspect even its bathrooms. While what’s degrading or offensive is open to interpretation, the material can include song lyrics and “inappropriate cartoons.” In a memo sent on June 13, Navy Secretary Ray Mabus ordered that all sailors, Marines, cadets and civilian employees have their workplaces searched by June 28.
