| RUSH: Marco Rubio, in the United States Senate, said the president "doesn´t have the guts" to admit that he doesn´t believe in the Second Amendment. Marco Rubio says that this dog and pony show (my words, not his) is not about ending gun violence. It´s exactly what our caller from North Carolina said that Bob Schieffer was doing when he goes out and compares the NRA to Hitler and says (summarized), "My gosh, if this country defeated Hitler, certainly we can defeat the NRA." What really is going on is a battle to defeat the Constitution,

Correct, but Obama will still take that oath of office just like believes any of it. He knows if he can take down the second, the rest will fall like dominos. He thinks the constitution is a list of ideals that only apply if he agrees with them , because he won. Many of his worshippers feel the same way.

The biggest joke of it all is that Stinky the Gunrunner sells more guns than anybody besides Iran. I don´t have exact figures but it looks to me that Iran and Stinky the Gunrunner are Al Qaeda´s No. 1 and No. 2 suppliers. Iran ships them direct, and always ...always ... Stinky sends them by third parties, whether it be "gunwalkers" or "rebels against Middle Easter tyrants". Insanity? Not at all. Stinky just isn´t on our side.

As I underestand DumBHO´s policy; he wants to disarm me and heavily arm
a) Mexican narco terrorists b) Syrian AQ affiliated groups so long as they will kill Assad c) AQ affiliated groups in Libya d) MB in Egypt including handing over billions in figher jets e) just about any government official who wants a fire arm including heavy duty weapons and vehicles in our cities

Now Al Franken says he "believes in principle" of gun control. That sorry sob believes in gun confiscation but won´t do anything about it BECAUSE HE WANTS TO GET RE-ELECTED! His political carrier is more important than his ideology.
Who would vote for these lying, carrier politicians who don´t have an ounce of character???
They make me sick! And it makes me sicker that this nation is populated with such stupid idiotic people whose vote is based on their monthly government checks.

For Hillary Clinton, any gender-related problems she encountered in previous races have been “wiped out,” and her gender would only be an asset if she runs in 2016, writer Anna Quindlen asserted on Thursday. “I think the gender issue as a problem or a deal breaker — ‘Can we have a woman as president of the United States?’ … it was wiped out,” Quindlen said at a talk at the Center for American Progress in Washington. “It was wiped out when she ran and nearly won in 2008, and it since has been even further wiped

On her radio show yesterday, Fox News provocateur Andrea Tantaros mouthed an impassioned defense of journalists against the intrusions of the Obama administration: Let me tell you how people and journalists are being treated these days. They are being stalked, they are being spied on. In Missouri, a news station fired an anchor who talked about the IRS shakedown. Yeah, fired. This is how corrupt the left is. And now, journalists can’t even get into the IRS offices in Ohio, where this alleged scandal started, without an armed guard. This is what is happening to our press.

The week that was as seen through the lens of the one and only Joel Achenbach. Reading the commentary on the IRS hearings, it’s clear that the overriding rule in Washington opinion circles is that the moment someone says they have done nothing wrong is when the presumption of guilt hardens into an incontrovertible fact of guilt, with only the punishment left to be decided. The corollary is that if someone exercises her Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination, she should be immediately incarcerated. To take the Fifth is tantamount to a confession, even though the actual

TWO RAF jets were scrambled to intercept a Pakistani airliner after two passengers allegedly declared: “We’re going to blow this plane up.” Stunned crew launched a terror alert yesterday afternoon after the men reportedly started a scuffle by trying to force their way into the cockpit of the Manchester-bound airline. The Typhoon war jets flew out from RAF Coningsby in Lincolnshire and escorted the Boeing 777 and its 297 passengers to Stansted in Essex. Two British nationals aged 30 and 41 — who are said to be of Pakistani descent — were last night being held

A Washington state Democrat is accusing Republicans of “throwing American infrastructure … under the bus” after a bridge collapse there this week. The portion of Interstate 5 in Washington that runs over the Skagit River collapsed on Thursday after a truck hit an overhead support structure, but Rep. Jim McDermott (D-Wash.) cited the incident in an interview as proof Republicans were blocking infrastructure investment to hurt President Obama politically. “Well, they have clearly spent the whole last five years trying to tear the president down, but they have done it by throwing the American infrastructure and

The complexity of Washington scandals as they unfold usually involves many moments at which it is possible to lose sight of the forest for the trees. Two such instances have come into sharper relief in recent weeks. One is that we still have no good explanation for U.N. ambassador Susan Rice’s talking points for her round of talk show appearances the Sunday after the 9/11/12 attack on the U.S. diplomatic compound in Benghazi. A second is that focusing on the question of whether the loss of four lives there could have been

To say that the Benghazi consulate attack on September 11, 2012, has blossomed into a full-blown scandal for Dear Leader Barack Obama and for former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton would be an understatement. Much of the media attention has, rightly so, focused upon the e-mails that contradict statements by White House press secretary Jay Carney and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton about talking points revisions. The e-mails show that talking points alterations were instigated by top officials in the Obama administration, as well as from the State Department.

Washington rumor has it that Obama wants to be U.N. Secretary General. There are several reasons that make that likely, and if it´s true, it throws new light on a lot of Obama´s oddities -- including his Royalty Bows, his Apology Tours, his Muslim Sellout, and the Benghazi Cover-Up. But first -- why would Obama be planning to become the chief of the U.N. before he has even finished his second term?

On Wednesday, Drummer Lee Rigby of the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers, a man who had served Queen and country honorably in the hell of Helmand Province in Afghanistan, emerged from his barracks on Wellington Street, named after the Duke thereof, in southeast London. Minutes later, he was hacked to death in broad daylight and in full view of onlookers by two men with machetes who crowed "Allahu Akbar!" as they dumped his carcass in the middle of the street like so much roadkill. As grotesque as this act of savagery was, the aftermath was even more unsettling

MARK LEVIN: So why didn´t Chairman Issa hold an investigative hearing a year ago? Why didn´t Chairman Camp, all Republicans, hold an investigative hearing a year ago, and all the other tripping over themselves right now? I´ll tell you why. Because the establishment Republicans, the RINO Republicans, despise the Tea Party. They despise the conservative movement. We exist to be managed, to be shuttled to the polling place, to vote for their candidates. The Karl Roves of the world, and all the rest of them. They fight us in the primaries, they fight us at the grassroots.

WASHINGTON —In a dramatic departure from existing White House procedures, President Obama requested today that his staff start cc’ing him on stuff. “Look, I know a lot of you think I’m really busy and you don’t want to bother me,” the President reportedly told his staff in an Oval Office meeting. “But cc me anyway. It’s good for me to keep up on what’s going on around here.” “It’s not good when I turn on the news and they’re talking about something at the White House and I’m like, whoa, when did that happen?”

The Boy Scouts of America (BSA) have reversed their longstanding membership guidelines to allow homosexuals to join the organization. In an email to CNSNews.com, the BSA public affairs office said the vote on the resolution to “remove the restriction denying membership to youth on the basis of sexual orientation alone” was passed with 61.44 percent in favor and 38.56 percent opposed. “For 103 years, the Boy Scouts of America has been a part of the fabric of this nation, with a focus on working together to deliver the nation’s foremost youth program of character development and values-based leadership training,”

Abuse Of Power: Any scandal investigation that expects a "Eureka!" moment, a White House e-mail, or Oval Office smoking gun will be misguided. In fact, the dots are already connected directly to the president. Barack Obama is not foolish enough to have a tape recording system hidden in his desk. And his administration staff are not careless enough to send one another incriminating e-mails. If the president was behind the IRS unlawfully harassing conservative groups seeking tax-exempt status, we can be sure the communications were all sotto voce and in persona, like any good Chicago political operator.
