Biden reveals brush with
gun massacre

Washington Times [DC], by Dave Boyer

Vice President Joseph R. Biden on Thursday revealed his own brush with a school-shooting massacre in defending the far-reaching package of gun-control regulations that President Obama endorsed this week. Mr. Biden told a U.S. Conference of Mayors meeting in Washington that it was “pure coincidence” that he was in Lancaster County, Pa., on Oct. 2, 2006, when a deranged gunman was killing students nearby at a tiny Amish school. “I happened to be literally — probably, it turned out, to be a quarter of a mile [away] at an outing when I heard gunshots in the woods,” Mr. Biden recounted.

His experience was not as bad as Hillary´s plane landing in Bosnia and her having to run through sniper and machine gun fire. She ran all the way from the plane to the airport with all those bullets zinging by. She said so herself.

Look up Nickel Mines, PA in Google Maps. It´s in the middle of Lancaster County Amish farmland - not exactly a place where a Vice President is going to hang out. I didn´t notice a golf course either. He may have been somewhere else in Lancaster County that day, but I doubt that he heard the gunshots.

A brush, you have to be joking..I can beat your "brush" any day of the week you bozo, and I sure as hell didn´t become a gun grabbing bonehead liberal afterwards. My brush saw seven people killed in cold blood, thats when when I decided to conceal carry. Biden´s story is reminiscent of Hillary´s chopper landing under fire, but what can you expect from a lib liar. Libs...they are always heros in their own minds. By the way Joe, stolen any speeches lately ?.....plastic bannana Joe

So your solution to a madman´s killing spree is to disarm responsible citizens who obey dangerously stupid laws? Sounds about right, given your intellectual abilities. Tough guys run to the sound of gunfire, Joe. They don´t whisper how close it came to them.

Joey "B" was also "probably": (A) A coal miner in Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania during his youth (B) A legendary football star at the University of Delaware (C) Attended the Syracuse University College of Law on a "full scholarship," graduating at the "top" of his class (D) A close personal friend of Neil Kinnock, the former leader of the British Labour Party (E) Spends a lot of time at Home Depot Stores and (F) Still dines on a regular basis at Katie´s Restaurant in downtown Wilmington, Delaware.

Liar. biden like obama and the clonton´s and almost all democrat politicians cannot tell the truth. Its troubling biden can tell this outrageous falsehood with full confidence that even if the story is refuted beyond the shadow of a doubt that the corrupt press can be counted on to cover for him with burial of the story. This country has criminal leadership. This county is crashing.

The one room West Nickels Mine School ( now demolished ) was in the midst of agricultural fields , not woods.
I don´t expect the MTM- the Manti Te´o Media ,

Biden could say he walked on the moon and the MTM would report it as fact.

Piled high amid a trail of destruction, these tragic horses are among more than 100 thought to have been killed in the Oklahoma tornado. As well as human lives that were lost, farms around the suburb of Moore took a direct hit from the giant twister which swept up everything in its path with winds of more than 200mph and the power of up to 600 nuclear bombs. Witnesses who cowered in terror described seeing ´horses and stuff flying around everywhere´ and returning to find ´scorched earth´ and crumpled buildings. They came across distressing scenes of horses

A mother-of-two described tonight how she put her own life on the line by trying to persuade the soldier’s murderers to hand over their weapons. Cub scout leader Ingrid Loyau-Kennett selflessly engaged the terrorists in conversation and kept her nerve as one of them told her: “We want to start a war in London tonight.” Mrs Loyau-Kennett, 48, from Cornwall, was one of the first people on the scene after the two Islamic extremists butchered a soldier in Woolwich, south east London. She was photographed by onlookers confronting one of the attackers who was holding a bloodied knife.

In between all the political brush fires that have engulfed the White House in recent days, President Obama and wife Michelle Obama have still managed time for vacation planning. The nation’s first family is looking to cool their jets this summer at a house in Farm Neck on Martha’s Vineyard, according to the Boston Globe. Obama and his family are no stranger to Martha’s Vineyard, having made three previous summer visits to Blue Heron Farm in Chilmark. They skipped going there last summer, and their favorite Blue Heron Farm house might not be available anymore.

House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell Issa said embattled IRS official Lois Lerner waived her Fifth Amendment rights and will be hauled back to appear before his panel again. The California Republican said Lerner’s Fifth Amendment right to avoid self-incrimination was voided when she gave an opening statement this morning denying any wrongdoing and professing pride in her government service. “When I asked her her questions from the very beginning, I did so so she could assert her rights prior to any statement,” Issa told POLITICO. “She chose not to do so — so she waived.”

The dam protecting the IRS scandal began to crack today when Lois Lerner, the IRS official who announced, and apologized for, the improper singling out of conservative-leaning organizations by IRS employees under her command, announced through her criminal defense lawyer that she will not testify as scheduled tomorrow before the House Oversight Committee. Rather, she will assert her Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination. This marks an enormous milestone in the IRS investigation. It can now be taken as more or less established that crimes were committed by Obama administration employees. Lerner’s lawyer tried to minimize the significance

The wheels came off the Obama administration yesterday. We learned of a startling assault on freedom of the press by the Department of Justice, following the revelation last week of the unprecedented information-gathering foray by that department against The Associated Press. Then, a few minutes later, the Justice Department’s inspector general released a report declaring that the US attorney in Arizona used the leak of a confidential memo to try to discredit a whistleblower in the notorious “gun-walking” scandal known as Fast and Furious (which got two federal agents killed). The leak was called “egregious.”
