Tigers Woods is attempting to win his ex-wife Elin Nordegren back with a $200 million deal, according to the National Enquirer. The shamed golfer, 37, is desperate to win his ex-wife back, according to the magazine and has offered the hefty pre-nup deal. Elin, 33, who won a $110 million divorce settlement from the sportsman, is believed to have told him she will consider the proposal - but only if he includes a $350 million anti-cheating clause into the wedding contract.

Sounds as though maybe Eve would like yet another bite at the apple...

If she sinks her teeth in farther this time...
she can do a lot more damage.

Woods is emotionally stunted and socially inept from spending his entire youth on a golf course. Served him well financially, but not elsewhere.

All she has to do is be patient for a couple of years, follow him around with a camera and she will walk away with $350 mil. I´d marry him for that.

I really love my wife. Early in our marriage I suffered through a few years of odd dreams where my wife was depicted as leaving me and refusing to speak to me.

I would awake in a sweat,...terrified. Even if you are a moron, we may realize that morons love their wives, and that perhaps these have been the worst days of Tiger Woods´ life. I shudder to think of myself in his position, and would give anything to have to reclaim my wife if she left me. Easily.

I don´t believe in divorce. Therefore, I am glad Elin is doing this.

Tiger wants his career back. Elin seems to have been the element that made it great. I think there´s reason to believe him when he says he will be faithful. Life on all fronts have not been the same for him since he failed Elin. I want to see that whole thing fixed and this family be made whole again. I am hopeful.

#16, Tiger has a brand...some like it, some don´t, but it attracts attention...yeah his endorsements are fewer and his earnings down from just over $2mil each and every week in 2010, to $1.5mil a week in 2011, to $1.2 mil a week in 2012 (according to Forbes´ low estimates) but he has years left to earn a little scratch...and to pick up on my #12, remember the authorative reports during the divorce of Tiger agreeing to a settlement of $750 and $800mil? That sum was a far cry from the $20mil prenup and way above the less than $100mill media reports she got...

California’s unemployment rate is rotten and holding steady. In March, according to the Los Angeles Times, the rate was 8.1%. In February, it was exactly the same. The Bureau of Labor Statistics reported that the state only added 11,800 net new jobs in March, many of them in construction, government, education, and health services. The greatest gains were in professional and business services, with 3,100 new positions. But the jobs numbers in hospitality, manufacturing, and leisure dipped, and the biggest drop came in financial activities, as the slowing rate of mortgages forced banks to fire employees. SCARBOROUGH, Maine- John C. Houbolt, an engineer whose contributions to the U.S. space program were vital to NASA´s successful moon landing in 1969, has died. He was 95. Houbolt died Tuesday at a nursing home in Scarborough, Maine, of complications from Parkinson´s disease, his son-in-law Tucker Withington, of Plymouth, Mass., confirmed Saturday. As NASA describes on its website, while under pressure during the U.S.-Soviet space race, Houbolt was the catalyst in securing U.S. commitment to the science and engineering theory that eventually carried the Apollo crew to the moon and back safely. His efforts in the early 1960s are largely

Democrats have a problem and everyone knows it. President Obama calls it a “congenital disease.” If they can’t control it, Obama could spend the final years of his presidency battling not only a Republican House but also a Republican Senate. Democrats don’t vote in midterm elections. That’s an exaggeration, of course, but the core of the Democratic coalition is made up of many people who turn out to vote only in presidential elections. The Republican coalition — older and whiter — suffers less from midterm falloff. So much has been made of the building blocks the president assembled to win his

Once the province of activists and stoners, the traditional pot holiday of April 20 has gone mainstream in the first state in the nation to legalize recreational marijuana. Tens of thousands gathered for a weekend of Colorado cannabis-themed festivals and entertainment, from a marijuana industry expo called the Cannabis Cup at a trade center north of downtown, to 4/20-themed concerts at the legendary Red Rocks Amphitheater — acts include Slightly Stoopid and Snoop Dog — to a massive festival in the shadow of the state capitol where clouds of cannabis smoke are expected to waft at 4:20 p.m. MDT Sunday.

The White House is going to war with another fox — and this time, it’s personal. The Wall Street Journal reports that a red fox has been causing chaos around the White House, tripping security alarms, digging up Michelle’s garden and distracting the president from his duties. The Secret Service won’t give any details about how often the fox trips the White House’s obviously sophisticated security alarms, but rest assured, officials say, they’re watching. President Obama was apparently “stunned” to see the fox roaming freely down the oft-photographed White House colonnade, home to the world’s shortest, but most dramatic, outdoor strolls. Earlier this week, we hosted a Passover Seder at the White House, and joined Jewish families around the world in their re-tellings of the story of the Exodus and the victory of faith over oppression.
