| Ahead of the pomp and decorum of the 57th presidential inauguration next Monday, the president will hold a private swearing in from the White House the day before. President Barack Obama will take his oath shortly before noon on Sunday in the Blue Room of the White House, administered by Supreme Court Justice John Roberts. This is in accordance with the Constitution, which dictates that the president´s term begins at noon on January 20. Since that falls on a Sunday, the public inauguration will then be held on Monday.

I hate to say it but I kind of agree with Larry O´Donnell on this one. A politician puts his hand on a Bible or three and swears to uphold and defend the constitution, neither document meaning anything to him.
Obama and his ilk could swear on a stack of bibles as high as the Washington Monument, and I still would not expect him to keep and honor his oath. Might as well swear on a porno magazine for all the meaning it has. So maybe we should just dispense with a Bible.

When will people wake up to the fact that this man is the anti-Christ? This election stealing demon is nothing more than a communist jihadist gay murderer who is going to take away our weapons and send all of us to "Christian Reassignment" camps in Western Arizona.
If you care anything about this country it´s time to stockpile weapons, ammo, food and provisions for coming revolution.

An oath means nothing to him. He pretends to be an American. He pretends to be a Christian. He pretends to uphold the Constitution. He pretends to believe in freedom and liberty. He pretends to believe in an oath he swears to on a bible. Give me a break!

He might be against Christ, but he certainly isn´t the AntiChrist. The AntiChrist is IN PLACE OF Christ, and will be FAR, FAR more appealing and charming than Preezy. More even than say, Bill Clinton.
I don´t care what he swears on. If he means it, he means it; if he doesn´t, it doesn´t matter if it´s the original manuscripts.

The emergency operating room where doctors tried to save President Kennedy´s life after he was shot has been broken into pieces and covertly stored in crates for years, guarded as if it were a state secret. As the 50th anniversary in November of the President´s assassination nears, an investigative team from local Dallas station WFAA went digging for the exact location of the broken tiles and medical equipment used on that fateful day. They found that the room was formally destroyed in 1972 when Parkland Hospital was going through an expansion and Trauma Room 1 had to be demolished.

Every Memorial Day, when I run into the grocery store to pick up those last minute items for the three day weekend’s picnic, I’m met with members of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) selling their poppies. We cherish, too, the poppy red/ that grows on fields where valor led; It seems to signal to the skies/that blood of heroes never dies-- “We Shall Keep the Faith” by Moina Michael -I remember as a kid that it was very common to see paper poppies being sold around Memorial Day. You could even go to the post office and purchase one

A 17-year-old boy and 22-year-old man were killed within hours of each other in separate West Side attacks Friday night, and a 29-year-old man was killed on the South Side, officials said. The youngest of the three killed was with an 18-year-old friend; both were shot about 11:30 p.m. in the 400 block of North Central Avenue in the Austin neighborhood. GUJRAT, Pakistan- At least 17 children were killed and 10 others injured when a gas cylinder on a school van exploded Saturday in northeastern Pakistan, officials said. The van, carrying 20 to 25 children, caught fire after the cylinder exploded, Dawn News reported. The driver survived but a teacher was reportedly killed, the BBC reported. The children, ages 5 to 15, were just a few miles from their school in Gujrat when the compressed natural gas canister exploded.

Conservative radio host Mark Levin is very skeptical of the idea that President Obama had absolutely no idea about the IRS tea party targeting before the story broke in the news mere weeks ago. Levin declared adamantly that it is a “flat-out, bald-faced lie” that Obama didn’t know beforehand, citing prior reports by a few conservative news outlets picking up on the news well before the 2012 presidential election. Levin said, “I don’t believe for two seconds that Obama wasn’t aware of this.”
