| Redistribution: Americans have now elected twice a man who said he wanted to spread the wealth around. So how ugly is it going to get? The Senate Budget Committee says welfare spending will nearly double in 10 years. Using data from the Congressional Research Service and Congressional Budget Office, the Budget Committee´s Republican staff has added up what´s spent on cash aid, health assistance, housing assistance, and social and family services. All told, welfare spending will rocket from roughly $800 billion in the current fiscal year to about $1.4 trillion in fiscal 2022 — a nearly 80% jump.

Make those on welfare, clean up streets, highways, graffiti and wash government vehicles for 40 hours each week. Stop giving them more money for having babies and make them show up to collect their welfare and make sure you cross check them for multipul addresses and extra children they don´t have. You can bet that they would find a way to work and stop having babies out of wedlock pretty fast.

This is exactly what Obama wants. Welfare recipients are dependent on the government but those of us paying their way are going to run out of money especially when we are retired.

Although there may be many, I´ve personally known only one person who used the welfare system as an aid to help her out of poverty.
She lost her husband, and circumstances shortly became such that she could not take care of herself and her children. She very reluctantly "went on welfare", because she had no choice.
She immediately enrolled in nursing school, became an RN, got off welfare, raised intelligent, well-mannered, responsible children, helped those children get their college degrees, and provided an example of what can be done to get out of poverty if you are willing to work at it.
I´d say she paid back all that she was given and much more.
Sadly, I´ve known of many others who prove the veracity of this headline.

Certainly we have known for quite some time now that if you give a man a fish, you feed him for a day. If you teach a man to fish he will feed himself for a lifetime. Not only have we known that for a long, long time, but for many, many years before Welfare was started! The reason Welfare was started is now paying off for those who knew that too!

MA can´t find 19,000 welfare people and the Governor doesn´t care. I´m thinking getting on the MA welfare roll is a good way of milking the system while you can live in luxury elsewhere on MA´s dime.

Conservative radio host Mark Levin is very skeptical of the idea that President Obama had absolutely no idea about the IRS tea party targeting before the story broke in the news mere weeks ago. Levin declared adamantly that it is a “flat-out, bald-faced lie” that Obama didn’t know beforehand, citing prior reports by a few conservative news outlets picking up on the news well before the 2012 presidential election.
