Public School Teaches
“White Privilege” Class

Fox News, by Todd Starnes

A school district in Wisconsin said they will review a high school diversity class that exposed students to radical leftist thinkers and promoted a critical race theory that alleges white people are oppressors. (Snip) The “American Diversity” class was taught to students at Delavan-Darien High School in Wisconsin, Fox News has learned. “They’re teaching white guilt,” one parent told Fox News. “They’re dividing the students. They’re saying to non-whites, ‘You have been oppressed and you’re still being oppressed.’” The parent, who asked not to be identified, has an 18-year-old son who was enrolled in the class and became

I wonder if we will ever be able to stop this gross misconduct. They sure do know how to play the game well. It is overwhelming and depressing.

More unchallengeable received Leftist "wisdom."

Had enough?

BTW, as these kids are deemed equipped to "[discuss] things in regard to cultural diversity" [a superlatively-benign take on the material, no?], we can be confident their math, reading, science, history, civics, etc. performance is quite first-rate, can we not?

It´s not just American "kids". When I was in China 2 years ago, I went to dinner with several co-workers. One was an Indian born woman in her mid-30´s who moved to the US for college, stayed and became an American citizen. She had a glass or two of wine and made a comment about the "white superiority complex" and then started whining how hard it was for a "woman of color". I said "enough, that´s offensive". She said it wasn´t and continued. The AA Director who was along to shop (she didn´t do any work) agreed with her. If I had said anything like that I would have been fired. If I complained nothing would have happened. I pretty much stopped talking to her after that and about 6 months later she moved to another job and the AA Director was layed off (lots of complaints from those that worked for her). The Indian woman left the company a few month later and burned alot of bridges. She is trying to get back into the company.

And the course material is from a lefty White professor and being handed out in Delavan which has a 1.7% Black population...

FTA: Students were also given a handout from University of Texas professor Robert Jensen arguing that people don’t have complete control over their fate

Another example of leaving even a single libtard loose in society is the same as having a single rotten apple in the barrel - you can´t leave a single one in America if you want the Republic to survive.

Walter Williams opined at the end of last October (Black & White Standards) that there are two different Standards being adhered to. Maybe we should be teaching that in schools. Outcome expectations seem to have diverged with the arrival of the charlatans of victimhood.

Do we have to have a destroyed economy or country to restart a convergence?

The "White Oppressors" created a civilization in Africa with laws and economies. Then they were invited to leave. The results speak for themselves.

This community is a small town in rural Wisconsin. The present day members and their ancestors are all hard-working, decidedly unprivileged people. This teacher picked the wrong community to try the ´white guilt´ trip on.

The left always has to blame someone for the results of their own actions. Obama blames Bush for everything, so these liberals think they can blame the world for their own failures.

Wonder how often it occurs to people that peddling ´white guilt´ is more than not a transparent attempt to deflect responsibility for garbage ethics on the other end of the spectrum?

Sort of like the current gun issues - the ´racial statistics´ in that area are totally off the table - for good reason - they´re reprehensible.

And while it wasn´t ´white oppression´ that created that problem - you´ll hear plenty of excuses to the contrary.

Race relations have never been more bogus - or more ´off the table´ than they currently are. A few minutes watching our ´affirmative action president´ make that pretty clear.

Parents these days have two options, either home school, or run and win seats on local school boards and clean out the trash.
If you don´t like what you see, you have to do something about it.

I am entirely with #13. We are way past working on this stuff piecemeal. Parents are responsible for their child´s education. Take your children out from under such ungodly and anti-American authority. If there is one teacher like this, trust me, he is not the only one.

Would it be considered racist to point out to some of these people where they would be today had their ancestors not been brought here as slaves? They would either be second class citizens in an Al-Qada run country or in abject poverty, dying of Aides.

WHITE privilege? A little behind the times in rural Wisconsin. She´s teaching a lesson from a hundred years ago. She´s teaching buggy whips and outhouses and "man will never fly." Today´s modern American priviledge, 21st Century privilege, is BLACK privilege.

Let´s see, with Obamaphones, EITC, childcare credit, foodstamps, public housing, free school lunch, free school breakfast, free cable TV, medicaid, how many black people is every employed white person carrying on his back? Giddyup.

I assumed this article was going to be about the fantastic perks Wisconsin union teachers receive, not to mention gold plated health care, etc. I thought the privileged white class would be the teachers. My mistake.

Whenever I hear this kind of dribble, I ask myself why NO ONE speaks up and says .......... ALL Groups, Every Ethnicity has been ´oppressed´ some place, some time.

A half million Europeans were slaves in North Africa ......... From prehistoric times forward almost all subsequent immigrations conquered and enslaved the previous one in Western Europe.

Everyone´s ancestors have been misused, killed, by ´others´.

Stop teaching Victimology and Entitlement. for goodness sake ............ ´All men are created equal.

President Obama on Thursday nominated Victoria Nuland, a State Department official involved in the editing of the administration´s talking points on Benghazi, to be the next assistant secretary of state for European and Eurasian affairs. Nuland, a career foreign service officer who was until recently State´s top spokesperson, had long been expected to be nominated the post to replace Philip Gordon, who Obama picked to serve as Middle East coordinator for the National Security Council. Nuland´s nomination -- which requires Senate confirmation -- could come under scrutiny from Republicans who see her as playing a central role in shaping

America´s 100 million cable and satellite subscribers are forced to pay ever-higher bills for a growing number of channels they do not watch. The American people are being ripped off. Meanwhile, services such as iTunes and Netflix have led a revolution in how consumers purchase and experience music and video entertainment. They have upended entire industries to allow consumers to buy digital content where they want, when they want. Amid all this change, two entrenched interests — the cable television and video programming industries — have teamed up to use federal regulations to stack the deck against consumers.

Conservative radio host Mark Levin is very skeptical of the idea that President Obama had absolutely no idea about the IRS tea party targeting before the story broke in the news mere weeks ago. Levin declared adamantly that it is a “flat-out, bald-faced lie” that Obama didn’t know beforehand, citing prior reports by a few conservative news outlets picking up on the news well before the 2012 presidential election. Levin said, “I don’t believe for two seconds that Obama wasn’t aware of this.”

President Obama is a little uneasy with the way journalists have been dragged into the Justice Department’s aggressive pursuit of national security leak investigations. In fact, he has ordered Attorney General Eric Holder to conduct a 45-day review of the department’s guidelines on the issue. That bit of news was buried in the middle of the president’s hourlong speech today at National Defense University. “Journalists should not be at legal risk for doing their jobs,” President Obama said. “Our focus must be on those who break the law.” And then the news: “I have raised these issues with

Anthony Weiner’s nascent mayoral campaign is off to a rough start. Weiner made his candidacy for mayor of New York official in the wee hours of Wednesday morning, and since then there’s no indication that the process is going particularly well. The former rising star in the Democratic Party can’t shake the scandal that forced him to resign from Congress, and he may be throwing fuel on the fire. Asked this morning whether there was another shoe to drop in the sextweeting scandal that ousted him, Weiner admitted, Well, yeah.

White House press secretary Jay Carney could only explain his problems on Wednesday by telling reporters, "[T]here are a lot of you, and you´re good at your jobs and you´re smart." As easy as it might be for Carney to lob such insincere praise at former journalistic colleagues, such posterior osculations must be embarrassing for a White House so accustomed to having the press in its back pocket. Carney´s job has become more difficult in the past two weeks. Where his explanations were accepted at face value in the past, he is now met with deep skepticism. Suddenly, the

WASHINGTON – First she refused to testify. Now Lois Lerner, the IRS official at the center of the agency scandal, is refusing to resign, according to a top Republican senator. Sources confirmed to Fox News earlier Thursday that Lerner, the head of the IRS division that oversaw the unit targeting conservative groups, had been placed on administrative leave, with pay. But Sen. Charles Grassley, R-Iowa, claimed she was only put in that status after refusing to step down. He said the commissioner was in his right to demand her resignation, and said taxpayers

Former Rep. I’m running for mayor because I’ve been fighting for the middle class and those struggling to make it for my entire life.

But it was only a brief sighting since she didn´t stay long at a House hearing to further probe her role in how some IRS workers came to target conservative groups seeking tax-exempt status. When you get right down to it, the political targeting and stalling of tax-exempt applications by the IRS was an effort to defund the Tea Party. Rick Santelli, one of the Tea Party founders and my CNBC colleague, was the first to make this point. I’ve taken it a step further: The IRS was taking the Tea Party out of play for the 2012 election, as it looked to avoid a repeat of 2010 and another Tea Party landslide. There are a lot of numbers out there.

On “Fox News Sunday” last weekend, White House aide Dan Pfeiffer was asked about President Barack Obama’s whereabouts the night of the Sept. 11 attack in Benghazi. This was the night when we lost our first ambassador in 30 years, and when three other Americans were killed in an attack that lasted all night long at multiple locations within the eastern Libyan city. Since the president is commander in chief, one would think where he was and what he did during such an event would be of obvious public concern.
