Mark Levin Goes Off On ‘Tyranny’
Under Obama’s ‘Imperial Presidency’
To Fox’s Megyn Kelly

Conservative radio host Mark Levin appeared Fox News’ America Live this afternoon to discuss how his “fury” over President Obama‘s “tyranny” in his use of executive orders. “He keeps telling us he won re-election,” Levin said of the president. “Congratulations! But guess what, the Constitution wasn’t up for election, it wasn’t for a referendum,” he continued, before rattling off the list of ways he believes the president has expanded his office into an “imperial presidency,” including “unilateral action” on immigration, the tax implications of ObamaCare, “attacks on religious liberty,” and the potential use of executive

Comments:
It´s clear this author does not agree with Mark Levin and is mocking him. Those who ignore the extreme danger of Barack Hussein 0bama do so at their own peril. "Once we lose the Constitution, and we’re losing it big, what’s left?" Levin is absolutely correct in what he said.´

Levin is right, of course.

Barky is urinating on your shoes and

calling you a liar for not being willing to

think of it as just a touch of rain.

He is the definition of the abusive husband / boss / politician.

All take......no give.

Mark sir, DuhwØn is just doing what a tyrant does.
You should be ´´furious´´ with the Republican Party. THEY are letting him get away with his tyranny.

#2 Of course you´re right, but I´m mad at everybody. This election was so wrong on every level. This president is so undeserving and corrupt, and the fact that so many like it and voted for it, and those that didn´t know what they were voting for distresses me to no end.

As much as we don´t want our precious country to change, it is changing before our eyes and nobody seems alarmed enough to stop it. It freaks me out.

#3 I share your pain and frustration.
I am shocked when I read the comments after articles praising the idiot kenyan or blaming Reps. How can these folks think zippy is good and right and just etc? They call us prudes and right wing extremists and borderline terrorists (which is ironic given libs apparent love and tolerance for real terrorists).
I can´t believe we aren´t already protesting in the streets.
I fear this is a national case of the frog in boiling water.......

Although I don´t have any doubts about Mark Levin´s passion and patriotism, I continue to be confused by his refusal to touch the birth certificate issue. He obviously cares deeply about the Consitution, as do I. And obama´s failure to prove his Constitutional eligibility is the most serious atack on and erosion of our Constitution. Imagine a guy in office dismantling our Founding Principles while ignoring the Constitution who is possibly a complete FRAUD and Constitutionally ineligible to even be in office.

The Republican party is NOT allowing obama to get away with tyranny...Its the DEMOCRATS...HE IS thier guy..they put him into the WH..he is their CANDIDAte...all the lies, the non vetting...the back door deals for obama care..the covering up of all his chooming, socialist marxist and believe me...muslim faith.....its not the Republicans...its the DEMOCRATS...

#5 Mark knows he would be immediately labeled a certified nutcase if he questioned obama birth certificate. By democrats and Republicans. By liberals and conservatives. It is no longer an issue. The voters said so. I believe the Jackass was born in Kenya BUT I would never bring it up in conversation with anyone but my very close friends and that isn´t many people.

As any lawyer knows, and Levin is a brilliant lawyer, if you can´t prove it, shut up about it (meaning the place of birth situation). When you´re in a trial, don´t ask the question unless you know the answer. No definitive proof has been found --not that it´s not there (and I don´t know), but it´s not been found. Forget that -- go on to something that will work.

The last paragraph in Mark Steyn´s latest contribution says it very well regarding the birth thingy.

Mark is 110% correct.
We should be in the streets but all the mainstream wants is to recognize third-rate celebrities who hate America, freedom, good sense and our Constitution.

We cannot allow ourselves to be cowed and shut down by fear of ridicule. Some level of courage is required here. This is a matter of inegrity and a matter of demonstrating a real commitment to the Constitution. It´s not enough enough to just say you support and defend the Constitution. Sometimes you actually have to do something to support and defend it. At the very least, we HAVE to speak out when an outrage is being committed against it. We are not saying obama is ineligible. We are saying he MUST PROVE his eligibility. However, because he has resorted to CRIMINAL activity (forgery) to avoid having to prove it, I am now convinced that he is NOT legitimate.

What ticks me off the most is being called "extremist" because I want politicians to honor their Oath and preserve and protect the Constitution.
We are fighting not only democrats, but the media and dipwad so-called "moderate" Republicans. I get exhausted just thinking about it.

Looks like Ms Kelly, who is a lawyer and well knows that Mr levin is absolutely correct in his assertions, is taking her lead from Obama, which is, change the subject and blame someone else. Obviously she has forgotten what she learned in law school or she just didn´t pass Constitutional law. Or, Heaven forbid, she wants to instigate controversy to make her program more interesting. Put people in front of a camera and they are more interested in being celebrities than they are in the truth. Mr Kevin knows the Constitution inside and out. Incidentally, He did criticize President Bush, also. He represents truth and justice, not a ideology. and he is color blind ( racially speaking ).

Please know #2 that Mark Levin never lets R´s off the hook. He holds the stupidity/cowardice of the Republicans very responsible for their part in this mess. Mark had only so much time and I would say he responded brilliantly to the dumb script Megyn was given to use.

Since I believe that Obama Senior was merely a Renta-Dad used to cover the sins of the real black father - and that father was very likely an American citizen, revealing the truth would actually strengthen the case that Barry is Constitutionally qualified.

But such a revelation would do a number on the Obama mythology. Hence we will never see the real BC, unless the press turns on their Messiah.

I agree with so many comments here. I suspect that Miss Megyn was trying to be "fair and balanced" in her comment about Bush. Someone in the control booth probably was getting nervous by Mark Levin´s brutally honest points about Obama, and she was told to point out a Bush fault (could have been the producer). Fox News, IMO, carries the "Fair and Balanced" slogan too far sometimes.

#16 is probably correct - BHO,Sr. was quite possibly a Rent-a-dad and the real daddy is Frank Marshall Davis, which would have been an embarrassment for Stanley Ann´s mother, Madelyn, a Bank of Hawaii VP. That would have been embarrassment No.1.

Also, I surmise that Zippy was born in Canada, in British Columbia to be exact, in a home for girls who are sent there to have their illegitimate babies. Probably the faux wedding of Stanley Ann and BHO Sr. was to remove some of the awkwardness of the baby´s arrival. The fact that BHO Sr., an exchange student from Kenya studying at the University of Hawaii was kind of exotic and somehow would have made Madelyn as little more comfortable with her friends at the bank and in the Hawaiian business community. Back then everything was about appearances - it was 1961 for gosh sake.

Mark Levin speaks the truth regarding ´our dear leader´ and nobody says it better than Mark. These thoughts and words come straight from his heart and soul. I´m so thankful for Mark Levin, as he says what I´m thinking almost all the time. He´s a true American patriot and, to my mind - a national treasure.

Thank you, Mark. We´re with you all the way.

Mark Levin is a great and patriotic American. In my opinion he is doing more to wake up americans to the obama disaster than anyone else. His analysis is always focused and to the point. Some drones are impossible to reach and he recognizes this right away and does not waste time on them. If anyone can be reached he will devote a serious effort to each one individually. He reveres the constitution and educates the nation on it´s importance when so many are shredding it. He is indeed a national treasure.

DENVER — Colorado sheriffs upset with gun restrictions adopted in the aftermath of last year’s mass shootings filed a federal lawsuit Friday, challenging the regulations as unconstitutional. The lawsuit involves sheriffs from 54 of Colorado’s 64 counties, most representing rural, gun-friendly areas of the state. The sheriffs say the new state laws violate Second Amendment protections that guarantee the right to keep and bear arms. Opponents are criticizing the lawsuit as political maneuvering. The filing targets Colorado laws that limit the size of ammunition magazines and expand background checks. The regulations

WASHINGTON – Jay Devereaux hadn’t paid much attention to the daily drumbeat of partisan politics in D.C. He wasn’t a Washington nerd, and didn’t know who said what during congressional hearings -- nor did he care. But when news broke that the government was using taxpayer money to bail out Wall Street banks, he started paying attention and didn’t like what he was hearing. So the Florida father and information technology specialist decided to form a group, Unite in Action, to educate people in his area about the issues, he said.

First Lady Michelle Obama has expanded her anti-obesity campaign to museums, enlisting them to offer “healthy food options,” and change their menus. Mrs. Obama’s “Let’s Move!” initiative is now calling for museums, zoos, gardens, science and technology centers to “join the call to action,” to decrease obesity among children. The first lady is recruiting these institutions to join the “Let’s Move! Museums and Gardens” project because of their power to “influence real and sustained behavior change” on the eating habits of kids. “With their impressive reach and great potential for impact, museums and gardens can launch community

"Their question, specifically asked from the IRS to the Coalition for Life of Iowa: ‘Please detail the content of the members of your organization’s prayers,’" Schock declared. “Would that be an inappropriate question to a 501 c3 applicant?” asked Schock. “The content of one’s prayers?” “It pains me to say I can’t speak to that one either,” Miller replied. After Schock pressed him further, Miller explained that although

WASHINGTON — Congressional Republicans, not resting with the Internal Revenue Service scandal, are moving to broaden the matter to an array of tax malfeasances and “intimidation tactics” they hope will ensnare the White House. Republican charges range from the clearly questionable to the seemingly specious, and they grow by the day. On Friday, lawmakers sought to tie the I.R.S. matter to the implementation of President Obama’s health care law, which will rely heavily on the agency. Whether they succeed holds significant ramifications for Mr. Obama,

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services says it wants as many as 20 percent of its workers to "telework," use an "alternative work schedule," or do both, in order to "reduce green house gas emissions," decrease "employee stress," and give these government workers more time for "planning and preparing healthy meals." So says one of the HHS "performance measures" detailed in an appendix to the department´s latest strategic plan. HHS´s performance measure "4.D.05" says: "Increase the percent employees on telework or on Alternative Work Schedule." Telework means working from home via phone and computer.

Bloodletting, in the form of firings, dismissals, resignation, and expulsions, is a tribal rite in political Washington. It is most often used by the powerful on anyone less powerful as a symbolic sacrifice. Steven Miller, the now former acting commissioner of the Internal Revenue Service, is the latest victim of ritual sacrifice. This week the Obama White House demanded his resignation to demonstrate the president’s “anger” at news that the IRS targeted conservative groups applying for tax-exempt status for added review and slow approval. Next, we’ll watch as Congress takes up the bloodletting knife.

Nice try, Mr. President. Feigning anger, firing an unknown bureaucrat and fleeing the podium won’t cut it with voters, or stop the hemorrhaging of the scandals that have spawned a Watergate-like feel around the Obama administration. There was a certain panicky look about the way the president quickly delivered a rare evening White House statement to try to quell the growing outrage over the IRS targeting of Tea Party groups. The move showed how damaging the scandal has become to Obama’s second term and maybe even his presidency. But Obama took no questions and, more importantly,

STANDING BEFORE reporters Thursday, President Obama declined an invitation to compare the recent scandals weighing down his administration with those that forced President Nixon to resign in 1974. So allow us to do the work for him: There is no comparison. Nixon, in a series of crimes that collectively came to be known as Watergate, directed from the White House and Justice Department a concerted campaign against those he perceived as political enemies, in the process subverting the FBI, the IRS, other government agencies and the electoral process to his nefarious purposes. Mr. Obama has done nothing of the kind.
