For those to young to remember Ed was a much beloved actor on TV who outed himself as a clueless Commie and sent his career into free fall. I always preferred Ed the Talking Horse better, as some might remember. Wilber.

I have to start to wonder if the reason so many of the Senators and Congressmen will say that torture does not work is they know it´s a lie but they are part of a disinformation campaign directed at the enemy.

McCain said it didn´t work and then later when he talked in a candid moment about his own experiences he admitted that it worked on him.

I really have no interest in seeing Zero Dark Thirty, but it seem all the wrong people are trashing it for all the right reason. I may go after all just to give them raspberry.

I went to see Zero Dark Thirty. It was OK, not great. Any American would or should be proud that our military carried out its duty and got OBL, so that part of the movie was the best part. But that part seemed disjointed from the rest of the movie, which was about the female CIA agent. And the camera work was a mess. The camera was too close, too jerky, too out of focus. You´d think that with all the modern technology, that they could at least make a technologically competent film. I can understand why the director did not get a nomination for an Oscar.

Asner was positively charming with the late Lois Nettleton in the Hallmark movie, "The Christmas Card." It was a Christian-themed movie and one of our new favorites at Christmas. Can´t believe Ed is such a political loon.

Asner´s still breathing? I thought he joined the Deceased Commie Actors club a few years ago.

Who cares where he added his voice? Nothing´s come from his pie-hole since at leat Mary Tyler Moore Show days that´s even been worth hearing, anyway...
