| There can be riches in standing up for the working class: The Boilermakers union president earned $506,000, plus hundreds of thousands of dollars more for travel expenses, while the Laborers union president made $441,000. The Transportation Communications Union leader made $300,000, bumped up to $750,000 with business expenses. Patrick W. Flynn makes $435,000 a year in his capacity as treasurer of a 13,600-member Teamsters union local, and the $30,000 in business expenses he collects on top of costs associated with carrying out his duties

Similar results for charities American Cancer Society, March of Dimes, Crusade of Mercy. See their IRS 990 forms which must show salaries etc for top 10 employees. Big labor, big charity and big government are big business. Look up your favorite charity. Look up what college administrators make. New Sen. Liz Warren made 1/2 a mill teaching one class at Harvard.

Just start getting more of their thug behavior posted to YouTube, word is getting out. Start posting their names and addresses, intimidate them back.
It would be sweet justice if the unions disintegrate under the Obama regime. They deserve it. The head goons should be perp walked to their nearest jail.

The latest reporting in the matter of Fox News Channel’s James Rosen indicates the Obama administration fought to keep the search warrant for Rosen’s private email account secret, arguing that the government might need to monitor the account for a lengthy period of time. Thank you, Ryan Lizza. And one more thing. Despite Eric Holder’s his protestations of ignorance regarding the Rosen matter, NBC reports that Holder himself authorized the warrant application. Hmmm. WASHINGTON — Haynes Johnson, a pioneering Washington journalist who won a Pulitzer Prize for his coverage of the civil rights movement and migrated from newspapers to television, books and teaching, died Friday. The FBI has arrested a San Antonio man on charges he lied to get into the United States and tried to get a sensitive Defense Department position. A FREE press in a democracy demands a delicate balance. The First Amendment means the media must have the right to inquire without hindrance. The government has a legitimate interest in keeping some national security information secret. When these come into conflict, the balance often has been struck this way: The media are free to pursue secrets, but it is up to those in government to keep them. When the media come into possession of information that, if disclosed, could be damaging, the government can plead the case for secrecy — and the media generally are open to persuasion.

The brutal murder of an off-duty soldier by two Muslim activists continues to dominate the news in Great Britain. The scene was utterly bizarre: in broad daylight, in a busy section of London, the two Muslims apparently ran the soldier down with a car, within a block or two of his barracks, and then attacked him with knives and a meat cleaver. A day after insurers complained that Kathleen Sebelius and the Obama administration had pressured them to fund Enroll America, a House committee sent them a request for more information on the matter. President Obama delivered an address today at the National Defense University called “The Future of our Fight Against Terrorism.” Actually, part of the speech was about the past, including much self-congratulation and some shots at President Bush. This part of the speech is revisionist rubbish. As Max Boot explains: Obama said, for example, that after he came into office, “we unequivocally banned torture, affirmed our commitment to civilian courts, worked to align our policies with the rule of law, and expanded our consultations with Congress.” Umm, actually all of that happened in Bush’s second term.

Conservative radio host Mark Levin is very skeptical of the idea that President Obama had absolutely no idea about the IRS tea party targeting before the story broke in the news mere weeks ago. Levin declared adamantly that it is a “flat-out, bald-faced lie” that Obama didn’t know beforehand, citing prior reports by a few conservative news outlets picking up on the news well before the 2012 presidential election.
