The Connecticut Bill to
´Out´ Gun Owners Shows Us
a Nationalized Issue

American Thinker, by Jack Kemp

Original Article

Posted By:magnante, 1/10/2013 8:22:37 AM

In 2000, Rosie O´Donnell´s bodyguard applied for a gun permit in Greenwich, Connecticut, presumably so he could protect O´Donnell´s child on the way to a public school. The gun permit was, Rosie claimed, sought by the security firm of her bodyguard and not O´Donnell herself -- but she did not veto the decision. O´Donnell was therefore a partner with, an enabler of, the one who paid (indirectly) for this application for gun usage, regardless of how she attempted to compartmentalize the decision in her mind as someone else´s action and responsibility.

Author is Jack Kemp, not Steve McCann.

I wonder if we will see more incidences such as that experienced by Richard Burgess, where anti-self-defense bullies try to make a scene in public over a law-abiding citizen who is legally armed.

If the media "outs" gun owners then they should also "out" Muslims. On 9/11 Muslims murders far more Americans than law abiding gun owners ever have.

Maybe there should a list of those that do not own guns, that way criminals would target them and not risk being confronted by a gun owner.

How about let´s out voters? The unions don´t want you to have a secret vote. They want to know how you voted. They want it to be public.

So, let´s change the law so that how people vote is a matter of public record. Who do you think would be more interested in hiding how they voted, democrats or Republicans?

The day they ´out´ legal gun owners is the day I predict home break-ins will escalate and all those legal guns will be reported as stolen.

Fine, post your list and entitle it Molon Labe.

The homes are insured by Smith and Wesson. No trespassing. Survivors will be prosecuted.

Pleases out me.

Please please please

Why?

Because it´s "illegal" to tell the yayhoos "I´ve got a gun and am willing and trained to use it on you"

Let the State and the newspapers do that for me.

#3 -- Don´t equate not owning a gun with opposing the Second Amendment. I went into a line of work incompatible with owning my own gun. So I chose to give away my gun.

But I never rescinded my fully-paid life membership in the NRA, nor changed my belief that a person has an unalienable right to defend him/herself with a gun if needed.

´Retaliate´ against this CT bill by ´outing´ people who oppose others´ right to keep and bear arms. People who support that right, but freely choose not to exercise it for themselves, are with us -- not against us.

I like the idea of "outing" those who have had abortions. Let´s get a map posted of those people who really HAVE killed someone instead of the law abiding gun owners who haven´t.
Last year planned non-parenthood performed 334,000 abortions. Yep, P n-P performed an abortion on one out of every twenty women of child bearing age in this country last year.

Meanwhile, 80 million law abiding gun owners killed no one...

We should use the 10 to 1 method that perhaps Nazis the Japanese used in WWII while being occupiers: For every one category the liberals out law abiding citizens, conservatives or Christians, we will force lists to be published for liberal membership groups. Some of the first members that should be outed are: everyone who is a member of Media Matters; CPUSA; and remmants of Acorn(or whatever chameleon name they´ve adopted since their exposure for illicit deeds); Black Panthers, former Underground Weathermen; CAIR. Let´s go looking for members of the Muslim Brotherhood/USA! So here we have seven groups now but need three more.

Why do they attack us? Why do they hate us? Why must they have our rights and our privacy? Why do they think and act like they own us? On national TV they joke about killing those few of us who dare exercise God-given rights recognized under the constitution. They seem to think that now is the time to compel us to board the USS Welfare and be set out to sea forever.

I am thinking of a little bit of data mining.
A list of personal property tax bills ranked from largest to smalles.

A list of high value car owners by manufacture.

A list of private plane ownership again by model and manufacture.

I´ll bet a certain segment of society would love to know when the private plan of an owner of a Mercedes 550 happens to depart it primary hanger.

#11, Rosie and her wife just greeted the arrival of a new baby girl.

I´m not surprised at the effort to "out" gun owners--and shame them. Many years ago, our pediatrician questioned me about guns in our home. When asked what business it was of his, he told me the American Academy of Pediatricians was recommending that all doctors ask this of their patients´ parents as a public health issue.

Commies are writing the bills, they legislate them, and their media will publish the lists.
Even if by chance the bill to oust abortions would pass commie media wouldn´t publish the list. Just as well they are not "interested" in what happened in Benghazi, or any other topic negative to commies. Pure fascism!

Twiddle twaddle even the suggestion of all these lists is a compromise with individual freedom.
If the anti minions don´t like private gun ownership acknowledged openly let´s see how they fare if it all goes underground.
Send the Feds a bill of sale --I no longer own this gun --- that is secured and not findable.
My grandfather made sure everyone knew he had sold his during the last ownership flareup. WW 1 disabled vet and one of the first US test pilots -- flying Jennies

map showing where every welfare recipient lives.

map showing where every person receiving food stamps lives.

map showing location of every person receiving social security disability.

An predictable result will be disgruntled neighbors ratting out their neighbors who appear to be defrauding the public...

Alas, another reporter asked me the same question I have been repeatedly asked for the past five years. “As an African-American, why are you a member of the Tea Party?” It dawned on me to ask the reporter, “If you are a thinking patriotic American, why are you not a member of the Tea Party?” It is stunning that reporters cannot see the absurdity and racism against white voters in their assumption that Tea Party membership (pushback against Obama's agenda) equals racism. For the first time in U.S. history, are Americans required to submit to their president's agenda or suffer the mainstream media and Democratic party branding an R on

Since then, I have continued to study the facts and have drawn some conclusions. Here they are. First, it must be admitted that legally, Bundy doesn’t have a leg to stand on. The Bureau of Land Management has been charging him grazing fees since the early 1990s, which he has refused to pay. Further, BLM has issued orders limiting the area on which Bundy’s cows can

People love that Scottish brogue so much, they don’t mind that he has it when he plays Juan Sánchez Villa-Lobos Ramírez, an immortal Spaniard in Highlander. Casual marijuana use may come with some not-so-casual side effects. For the first time ever, researchers at Northwestern University have analyzed the relationship between casual use of marijuana and brain changes – and found that young adults who used cannabis just once or twice a week showed significant abnormalities in two important brain structures. The study’s findings, to be published Wednesday in the Journal of Neuroscience, are similar to those of past research linking chronic, long-term marijuana use with mental illness and changes in brain development. Although the Civil Rights Act, the landmark legislation which just reached its 50th anniversary, made great strides in desegregating the economy, economic discrimination is still widespread, and anti-discrimination legislation alone can never rectify the economic damage inflicted upon blacks by slavery and our Jim Crow apartheid regime. The Civil Rights Act was a mild reform, all things considered, but one conservatives fought with vigor and one many conservatives are still bitter about to this day. When the Civil Rights Act passed in 1964, the primary purpose was to root out discrimination in public accommodations (like hotels and movie theaters)
