| Labor Secretary Hilda Solis has resigned, opening another spot in President Obama’s Cabinet. Good riddance! I can only hope she´ll be frog-marched from the front door of her DC office all the way back to California.

Why bother with any department secretaries, czars, czarinas, etc. when the all the man has to do is deliver a dictatorial edict, called an Executive Order, and his will is done.
Congress is irrelevant. Drudge is on point with the pictures of 2 of history´s infamous gun grabbers.

We now know that the Justice Department kept exceptionally close tabs on Fox News reporter James Rosen in 2010, following his trips in and out of the State Department, hacking his personal emails and phone calls. Normal newsgathering activities are being treated as criminal activities by the White House. But consider what the same White House had to say about Fox News back in 2009. You might remember the concerted effort by White House officials to brand the right-leaning Fox News as a bogus news outlet, unworthy of attention.

Stuart Varney said this morning on "Varney & Co." that one of his producers was given a questionnaire with some surprisingly intrusive questions on it when he switched doctors. One of the questions was whether he/she was concerned about unsecured weapons in the home. Another asked whether he/she was "in a relationship in which you have been physically hurt or are you afraid of your partner?"
