Banks "allegedly" spent $1.5B to go after wrongdoing in their industry, which they found little. Now, the Feds are giving them $3.3 billion to those who lost their homes and $5.2 billion is for loan modification. Like Hurricane Sandy relief funds, there as always, seems to be no fair way to know what is a real or false claim and most importantly [besides the banks] who is made "whole" from this debacle. It is simple extortion with no intent to serve justice in any way.
Who gets the money? Lawyers who then recycle to DNC
States through their attorneys general who trasnfer it to fund a) general expenses disguised as programs to serve those impacted by the housing crisis and slush funds for pols.
The looting of America continues, the problem remains after squandering trillions.

I vividly recall Bawney Fwank figuratively slapping in the face a panel of bank executives and calling them racists for not making loans to high credit risk minorities. I was shocked that he was not called on this. I am less naive now, but to make the banks villains for succumbing to Dem pressure is extreme hypocrisy. The MSM never mentions Frank´s performance that day. Surprise, surprise. It makes me sick.

When you get right down to it, the political targeting and stalling of tax-exempt applications by the IRS was an effort to defund the Tea Party. Conservative radio host Mark Levin is very skeptical of the idea that President Obama had absolutely no idea about the IRS tea party targeting before the story broke in the news mere weeks ago. Levin declared adamantly that it is a “flat-out, bald-faced lie” that Obama didn’t know beforehand, citing prior reports by a few conservative news outlets picking up on the news well before the 2012 presidential election. On “Fox News Sunday” last weekend, White House aide Dan Pfeiffer was asked about President Barack Obama’s whereabouts the night of the Sept. 11 attack in Benghazi. This was the night when we lost our first ambassador in 30 years, and when three other Americans were killed in an attack that lasted all night long at multiple locations within the eastern Libyan city. Since the president is commander in chief, one would think where he was and what he did during such an event would be of obvious public concern.
