| According to the Austin American-Statesman, the City of Austin, Texas and Travis County are both looking at proposals to limit gun shows in their jurisdictions. 1. The weapons used in Sandy Hook were not bought at gun stores.
2. The real reason liberals don´t like gun shows in sales by individual persons do not require ATF paperwork, which makes their planned confiscation marketedly more difficult.

Greg Abbot on the Joe Pags Show stated Yesterday that if Washington bans guns of any kind Texas will nullify the ruling and also take them to Court. He already has 16 Law Suits against them anyway. Austin is full of Gays and Drug addicts so he has his hands full.

Austin is not Texas.
But we let our children play there for a few years before putting them to work in the real world.

Just another bayonet point driven long march toward progress here.
Austin used to have 3-4 gun shows a month in either the City Coliseum (razed) or the old Palmer Auditorium - both being right down town.
In the late 90s the unelected Socialist Scums who control the city issued a Diktat banning all firearms from city property and effectively pushed gun shows out to private venue, which there aren´t many here.
We are now down to 1 luke-warm show a month at the old beat up Travis County Expo Center out at the seedy edge of town where the ´Blue Sanata´ mob from adjacent counties sets up a road block to collect $2 ´donation´ at the entrance to the parking lot.
The only decent shows left are in Dallas or Houston.

The Senate voted down an amendment to the upper chamber´s immigration bill proposed by Sen. David Vitter (R-LA) that would require a full biometric visa tracking system placed at every land, sea, and air port of entry in the United States before legalized immigrants could receive green cards. Charlie Rose last night asked President Obama his new Syria policy. The president first objected to it being called a new policy. "I´m not sure you can characterize this as a new policy. This is consistent with the policy that I´ve had throughout," he said. Obama then explained the goal is regional stability, and especially in Syria.
