Graham seeks delay to
confirmation of Brennan until
Benghazi questions answered

Fox News, by Staff

A top Republican senator called Monday for a delay in the confirmation of President Obama´s pick for CIA director until more questions are answered on the deadly attack last year on a U.S. consulate in Libya. (Snip) "I have not forgotten about the Benghazi debacle and still have many questions about what transpired before, during and after the attack on our consulate," Graham said. "In that regard, I do not believe we should confirm anyone as director of the CIA until our questions are answered." Graham is specifically concerned about U.N. Ambassador Susan Rice´s talking points

Comments:
Is Graham doing this to fill the vacuum of leadership in the RINO House or to get more invites to the Sunday morning talk shows? Interesting, either way.

But Hillary´s done with her brain clot. That means Benghazi is over. None of the networks other than Fox will cover this any more.

Lindsey talks tough, but he has always caved in the past. We have no reason to think this time will be any different. Sure would be nice if he´d find a spine, though.

Graham is up for election in 2014 and Trey Gowdy looks very good.
Hilary, petrelus, Panetta, McDonough, Donilon must all testify under Oath on Benghazi before Hagel brennan and Kerry? are confirmed if at all.
Is there any connection between the sanitizing of Obamas passport file at State, lt. Harris unsolved murder and John Brennan?

It would be nice if Graham would stick to his guns on this issue. (No pun intended.)

susan rice influenced bill clinton not to kill or arrest bin laden...he didn´t...clinton already had blood on his hands for 24,000 americans killed in vietnam AFTER he organized an anti-american protest on foreign soil & then "visited" the enemy in the soviet union...now rice & clinton both have blood on their hands for the 3,000 americans murdered on 9/11...rice & hillary clinton did nothing while our ambassador was raped, tortured & murdered along with 3 other brave americans...all democrats are immoral liars...some are evil.

Senator Graham occasionally does something very good. He has been very firm on this position for several weeks. I think he will stand by his statement. We need all the information relating to the deaths of four Americans. I am a little surprised we haven´t heard anymore from any of their family members.

Inre: #10- Indeed.

I´m generally a law-and-order type, but Brennan gives me the creeps. I heard this morning we wiped out another eight "suspected militants" (not ´terrorists´) with a drone strike in Pakistan. Something tells me Mr. Brennan and Barry are a little too comfortable with the joystick.

Seriously, does anybody even bother to listen to Graham anymore? He needs to just go back to his primary role of being McCains´s sock puppet.,

Even a broken clock is right twice a day and even a blind squirrel can find a nut! Goober has stumbled onto something that will actually be helpful --- if his feckless Republican colleagues back him up. I´m very disappointed in many things Mr. Gramnesty has been involved with but it´s amazing how a re-election can focus the mind! I hope he hangs in there and earns some forgiveness for past sins.

Oh, boy (man/woman, blah-blah), how PO´ed am I!
News, all news, are utterly debilitating. Here comes huge tank, called obozo´s agenda, and all the conservatives have is a sling-shot with torn rubber. My fingers hurt repeating the same: we need conservative mainstream media! At all times the opposition knew they needed propaganda machine. This idea was perfected by hitler/lenin/stalin/mao/chavez. But American conservatives are refusing to acknowledge this FACT. That´s why we lost education, public opinion, and, subsequently, the power!

Oh, forget Susan Rice and her talking points and whoever shoved her out to the shows with them. Just tell us what happened at Benghazi and why four Americans are dead. THAT´s what they should be harping on non-stop.

See Lamecherry and Benghazigate...

"The three following quotes from British Intelligence and America Special Operations forces prove that Chris Stevens was sent in to become a hostage, so Barack Obama could send in SEALS again to become a chest thumper hero.

The Obama regime deliberately did not create a safe room. CIA has now been caught CYA lying several times from the smart bombs Obama provided these terrorists to the magical timeline of Benghazi.
When one places people into terrorist controlled areas, takes away all security, does not set up a safe room, one either is positioning for a mass murder or one is creating a hostage situation.
There can be no other reality than this, and as murder has not assisted Mr. Obama in he has run from the Benghazi crimes, it then as Sherlock Holmes in Arthur Conan Doyle taught, leaves only the one probability and that must be correct, in Barack Obama meant to have Chris Stevens taken hostage with the SEAL CIA team murdered for accent.

Only cameras were sent for the specific reason this blog stated for footage of this for the Obama election digitals to set all of this electioneering up.
Weapons and security would get in the way of the hostage taking. This had all been coordinated with Obama´s al Qaeda on the ground.

One former Special Op now employed by a private company in Benghazi said that even the safe room wasn´t properly set up. He said "the safe room is one of the first measures you take" and that he is "not sure how you can set a safe room without fire suppression and ventilation in case of fire." He also said, "Ambassador Stevens would likely be alive today if this simple and normal procedure was put into place."

Reply 19 - Posted by: TruthAndJustice, 1/8/2013 11:07:34 PM     (No. 9106166)

"British intelligence sources said that unarmed drones routinely flew over Benghazi every night in flight patterns and that armed drones which fly over chemical sites, some a short flight from Benghazi, "were always said to be on call." American sources confirmed this and questioned "why was a drone armed only with a camera

Into this comes the Muslim nation of Turkey which has been the Obama conduit to funnel money and weapons into the Mideast fire zones Obama is creating to cash to Muslim Brotherhood Egypt to al Qaeda butchers in Syria now armed with American Stinger missiles.

Turkey has now been outed in this expanding Turkeygate as RUNNING THE OBAMA KIDNAPPING OF CHRIS STEVENS THAT Obama lost operational control over as he was out bid and can do nothing about it, but lie and pay bribes to try and cover up these crimes."

He was arrested for aggravated battery this month, according to police records, after getting into a fight with a man in a parking lot. When the FBI agent and others arrived at his apartment early Wednesday, the law enforcement officials said Todashev initially was cooperative. Kaitlyn Hunt was arrested Feb. 16 for having a physical relationship with a younger classmate, who was her girlfriend at the time, mom Kelley Hunt Smith wrote on Facebook. Under Florida law, Hunt could see up to 15 years in prison and must register as a sex offender. A plea deal, however, remains on the table that would give Hunt two years´ house arrest and one year of probation, her family said. “Does my daughter deserve to lose her life for

As the impasse over Tehran’s nuclear program worsens, those most likely to be directly affected by an Iranian bomb are showing greater alarm. While the media fixates on Israel and its possible reaction, other regional players have no less at stake. Despite Riyadh’s long-held advocacy of making the Middle East a zone free of weapons of mass destruction, there has been much speculation in the past few years about the possibility of its acquiring, or developing, nuclear weapons should Tehran obtain the bomb. In the words of Saudi King Abdullah: “If Iran developed nuclear weapons (...) everyone in the

The dam protecting the IRS scandal began to crack today when Lois Lerner, the IRS official who announced, and apologized for, the improper singling out of conservative-leaning organizations by IRS employees under her command, announced through her criminal defense lawyer that she will not testify as scheduled tomorrow before the House Oversight Committee. Rather, she will assert her Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination. This marks an enormous milestone in the IRS investigation. It can now be taken as more or less established that crimes were committed by Obama administration employees. Lerner’s lawyer tried to minimize the significance

House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell Issa said embattled IRS official Lois Lerner waived her Fifth Amendment rights and will be hauled back to appear before his panel again. The California Republican said Lerner’s Fifth Amendment right to avoid self-incrimination was voided when she gave an opening statement this morning denying any wrongdoing and professing pride in her government service. “When I asked her her questions from the very beginning, I did so so she could assert her rights prior to any statement,” Issa told POLITICO. “She chose not to do so — so she waived.”

When you get right down to it, the political targeting and stalling of tax-exempt applications by the IRS was an effort to defund the Tea Party. Rick Santelli, one of the Tea Party founders and my CNBC colleague, was the first to make this point. I’ve taken it a step further: The IRS was taking the Tea Party out of play for the 2012 election, as it looked to avoid a repeat of 2010 and another Tea Party landslide. There are a lot of numbers out there.

Former Democratic National committee chairman Howard Dean considers the controversy over Benghazi a “joke” and “silly.” “Benghazi is a laughable joke,” Dean proclaimed twice in a discussion with Republican National Committee communications chairman Sean Spicer last week. “With all due respect, governor, when four Americans die serving this country, that’s not a joke, sir,” Spicer responded. “Oh, stop it,” said Dean. The former Democratic presidential candidate also said that there were “no serious questions being asked about Benghazi” and brushed it off as an effort by Republicans to score political points.
