| Rising Costs: How often did the president promise the Democrats´ health care reform would bend the spending curve downward? Now the media that´ve coddled him for years are finally talking about ObamaCare´s costs. The media that endorsed ObamaCare as a cost-control watershed are now beginning to actually report on its effects. Over the weekend, the New York Times noted that "health insurance companies across the country are seeking and winning double-digit increases in premiums for some customers, even though one of the biggest objectives of the Obama administration´s health care law was to stem the rapid rise in insurance costs

Poster 1 that´s obama´s objectIve too. A video exists where obama says, "I´ve always been in favor of a single payer plan." There is no end to the trouble we are up against with this hood.

How is it that a law that is passed - or rather rammed - under false pretences, allowed to stand? It´s sort of like, what if they DID find out obama was not a US citizen. Would they make him relinquish his crown - or let him finish his term because he Won? They knew doggone well that health costs would skyrocket, but they lied about it. And why have Repubs seemingly given up fighting about it?

Most of the serial mediots wouldn´t know the truth if it walked up behind them and gave them an atomic wedgie!!!! For the most part, if they reported that the sky is blue, grass is green and fat babies fart, I´d have to check for myself to verify it.

Liberalism contains no truth. No one with an ounce of sense would believe that the government providing "free" condoms through insurance would be less costly than buying them at the drugstore. Lower cost was never the objective. Government control was the objective.

Health insurance companies have raised the rates over and over. Affordable coverage is a myth.
Don´t feel bad for insurance companies; they took the money from agents to make up for that cut in admin costs.

The corruption is total. Cover-ups and lies are all they do. "Tell us the truth" is now the diametric opposite of the MSM. Whatever depths it takes to advance the Democrat crusade to replace the Constitution with Socialism, they will sink to it.

So...the drive by media was a big supporter of their messiah and his demonrat cronies and lied time and again to the public. Now the cost of fiasco is coming home to roost and they´re discovering the price they´ll have to pay and are now telling the truth. They´ve finally discovered they´ve been had.

A former Philadelphia police officer, once hailed as a hero and given a seat next to the first lady at a 2009 speech by President Obama, has been arrested and charged with rape and other crimes. Authorities allege that Richard DeCoatsworth left a party with two females early Thursday and took them to another location, where they allege that he produced a handgun and “forced the two females to engage in the use of narcotics and sexual acts.”(Snip)DeCoatsworth was hailed as a hero after he was shot in the face during a traffic stop in September 2007 but still

Treasury officials were made aware in June 2012 that the IRS inspector general was reviewing the office that handles tax-exempt applications, but a letter from October shows that the inspector general did not highlight the audit as a top concern for the agency. In a memo dated October 15, 2012, to then-Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner about IRS challenges for 2013, Inspector General J. Russell George noted other problem areas, but made no mention of the investigation taking place at the time of the agency´s intense scrutiny of conservative groups seeking tax-exempt status.

It eventually comes down to who — who at the IRS was responsible for targeting conservative and Tea Party groups for special scrutiny. Because, after all, you can’t put a “system” in jail. You can’t put a report in prison. You can’t indict a department for corruption. At the end of the day it’s people who are responsible for using the enormous powers of the Internal Revenue Service to go after other people and groups because of their political beliefs. U.S. Rep. Kevin Brady (R-Texas) told the tale of one of his constituents who applied for tax-exempt status for her Tea Party group in July 2010.

Flesh-eating bacteria amputee Aimee Copeland now uses the latest technology in prosthetic hands to chop vegetables, pick up tiny items like Skittles, and comb and iron press her hair. With the bionic hands, Copeland is looking forward to cleaning her house -- she´s a neat freak, she tells CNN -- and cooking her own food. She´s something of a foodie but has been able to eat only microwaveable foods, she adds. WASHINGTON - There were new questions Saturday night concerning if anyone in the White House was aware of the IRS´ targeting of conservative groups. Inspector General Russell George said he informed a deputy at the Treasury Department in June of 2012 about the probe into the IRS. The Treasury Department confirmed the timeline but said they did not know the details of the investigation until last week.(Snip)Marcus Owens ran the tax-exempt division at the IRS for 10 years. In House testimony Friday, former Acting IRS Commissioner Steven Miller explained that the IRS mistakes in handling applications for non-profit status from tea party groups were due, in large part, to a flood of applications following the Citizens United decision. Miller said the targeting was a botched attempt to centralize the process to account for the increased workload. There were fewer applications in 2010, when the IRS began targeting conservative groups, than the year before, however. (Snip)Moreover, the IRS reportedly abandoned the targeting in early 2012. It presumably had little trouble handling the increased number of applicants

House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) wants to know “who’s going to jail” over the IRS scandal. But ousted acting IRS commissioner Steven Miller says no laws were violated when the agency targeted conservative groups. So who’s right? Did the IRS’s conduct take a step beyond mere “wrongdoing” and venture into criminal territory? (Snip)Essentially, there are three types of laws that might conceivably have been broken, as Attorney General Eric Holder acknowledged in his testimony before a House committee Wednesday:

Obama administration officials who were in key positions on Sept. 11, 2012, acknowledge that a range of mistakes were made the night of the attacks on the U.S. missions in Benghazi, and in messaging to Congress and the public in the aftermath. The officials spoke to CBS News in a series of interviews and communications under the condition of anonymity so that they could be more frank in their assessments. They do not all agree on the list of mistakes and it's important to note that they universally claim that any errors or missteps did not cost lives and reflect "incompetence rather than malice or cover up.

In the wake of one of the worst abuses of government power in recent history, many are rushing to frame the Internal Revenue Service scandal as simply an attack on conservative activists. That view risks creating a partisan political football and misses a fundamentally scarier abuse that exceeds the scandals of Watergate or any other prior government abuse. The IRS has admitted that since May 2010 it targeted grassroots-conservative organizations that had applied for tax-exempt status, unfairly subjecting them to rigorous scrutiny due to their political leanings. Such groups were told they were required to comply with IRS requests,

Treasury Secretary Jack Lew on Friday urged congressional leaders to raise the debt limit and insisted that the White House is not going to negotiate over the increase because lawmakers have "no choice." "We will not negotiate over the debt limit," Lew wrote. "The creditworthiness of the United States is non-negotiable. The question of whether the country must pay obligations it has already incurred is not open to debate." Lew said that while President Obama is willing to discuss plans to reduce the nation´s deficit with Congress, those talks must be kept separate from any effort to raise the nation´s debt cap.

Washington – Sen. Claire McCaskill, D-MO, issued a video statement Friday in response to reports that the Internal Revenue Service unfairly targeted conservative nonprofit groups. The Internal Revenue Service´s watchdog told top Treasury officials around June 2012 he was investigating allegations the tax agency had targeted conservative groups, for the first time indicating that Obama administration officials were aware of the explosive matter in the midst of the president´s re-election campaign. The disclosure to the Treasury general counsel and the deputy secretary was a cursory one, according to J. Russell George, the Treasury inspector general for tax administration. He said he didn´t reveal conclusions of the probe, which was in its early stages, and his disclosure came as part

The lawmaker leading the charge to investigate the Benghazi terror attack on Friday subpoenaed the co-author of a report that slammed the State Department but didn´t interview Hillary Clinton. House Oversight Committee Chairman Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) formally demanded that retired ambassador Thomas Pickering submit to being deposed by the committee next Thursday. The subpoena comes in the wake of a series of acrimonious public exchanges this week between the two men. Issa didn´t issue a subpoena to former chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Michael Mullen, who co-authored the Benghazi report with Pickering.
