This law had nothing to do with healthcare,it was a way to "punish the enemies".If you keep in mind that Obama and the left hate people who have a decent standard of living,then it makes sense to strip those people of their financial resources to maintain their lifestyle. Then they self-exclude themselves from the wrath of the law.Ask a unionized worker to kick in their own money to help pay for it and watch the look on their face.
Of course when the liberals pass a scheme like this they expect people to just roll over and comply.Instead of admitting they screwed up,they´ll blame business of being greedy and cheating their employees.
Now you have 1000´s of businesses that have to make gut wrenching decisions on workforce reductions to survive the costs of this idiotic program.
Obama lied about the cost of this to weasel it through congress. They only looked at what it would cost the government anyway,not the cost to people.

And all those "low-information" part-time workers that voted for Barky are in for more fun. Not only are their hours going to get cut to under 30 (assuming they are not fired outright), their taxes have just gone up. The hew-and-cry has already begun, but just wait until the 15th when they all get the shock in their pay check. Hopefully these people will learn that "social justice" = "bending over".

Thousands of people with serious medical problems are in danger of losing coverage under President Obama´s health care overhaul because of cost overruns, state officials say. At risk is the Pre-Existing Condition Insurance Plan, a transition program that´s become a lifeline for the so-called uninsurables -- people with serious medical conditions who can´t get coverage elsewhere. The program helps bridge the gap for those patients until next year, when under the new law insurance companies will be required to accept people regardless of their medical problems.

April has been a freakishly cold month across much of the northern USA, bringing misery to millions of sun-starved and winter-weary residents from the Rockies to the Midwest. "The weather map ... looks like something out of The Twilight Zone," Minneapolis meteorologist Paul Douglas of WeatherNation TV wrote on his blog last week. WASHINGTON - There were new questions Saturday night concerning if anyone in the White House was aware of the IRS´ targeting of conservative groups. Inspector General Russell George said he informed a deputy at the Treasury Department in June of 2012 about the probe into the IRS. The Treasury Department confirmed the timeline but said they did not know the details of the investigation until last week.(Snip)Marcus Owens ran the tax-exempt division at the IRS for 10 years. He said it isn´t difficult to figure out who´s doing what at the agency.

Treasury Secretary Jack Lew on Friday urged congressional leaders to raise the debt limit and insisted that the White House is not going to negotiate over the increase because lawmakers have "no choice." "We will not negotiate over the debt limit," Lew wrote. "The creditworthiness of the United States is non-negotiable. The question of whether the country must pay obligations it has already incurred is not open to debate." Lew said that while President Obama is willing to discuss plans to reduce the nation´s deficit with Congress, those talks must be kept separate from any effort to raise the nation´s debt cap.
