Flash mob at Mall of Louisiana
goes horribly wrong when
massive 200-person brawl

A flash mob at the Mall of Louisiana turned violent last night, causing the shopping center to be evacuated. As many as 200 young people were in the food court of the Baton Rouge mall for an apparent flash mob, but things turned ugly quickly. Around 6pm Saturday night, police officers responded to calls that there was a fight in the second story of the food court.[Snip]As the altercation escalated, the woman said that people started overturning tables and jumping over them. She told the station that she grabbed her child and ran as fast as she could

Comments:
A and I have avoided malls for about 15-20 years now. Like the TVs, we don´t miss ´em.

I´ve wondered when this kind of thing was going to happen. Some people are just jerks.

Don´t even have to ask. The only people who act without regard to any of the rules of civilized behavior, civility, or restraint upon their lusts are muslims, leftists, and blacks. Since I assume there weren´t mobs of muslims or leftists in Louisiana, that leaves...
Muslims, leftists and Africans will apparently never become civilized because of tribalism. Warfare, slavery and hatred of others is all they know.

It´s rather less than amusing how often ´flash mobs´ have been destructive or violent - how often they´re comprised of a ´certain segment´ of society...

...and how absolutely hell bent that society is against either reporting or discussing it in any honest fashion.

Well, except maybe for Bill Cosby...

When I see a group of "young people" congregate I head the other way. Never know when "ongoing tensions" will cause guns to "go off" all by themselves.

It´s this behavior that is a big part of the reason that enclosed Malls are being replaced by outdoor shopping centers. Security and liability costs have become too high in these crime magnets. In the new ´outside malls´ there is no inconspicuous place for the mobbers to congregate ahead of time without being really obvious. No place for the gangs to lounge around. Get rid of - or at least better police -the food courts, however, and you may save some the Malls.

I am making a biased guess here that the mobbers were Obama voters. The Romney mobbers were likely from this crowd:

How many of these "young people" are the offspring of welfare families and/or themselves head up a welfare family. I´m on to the Democrats when they cry for "compassion" when faced with criticism of the welfare state they created. Most of the time, these are the "victims" they´re talking about. As a result, I along with many others, have lost all compassion for them. If we want to balance the budget, throwing a whole lot of these people off welfare is a good place to start.

Whaddaya mean, "went wrong"?

The riot was the point.

And if you read the article, you see that every step the "authorities" took [e.g. "Once police managed to gain control of the situation, parents could pick up their children in designated locations."] was about as wrong as could be.

I stopped for fuel in Baton Rouge the other day driving through and found myself surrounded by Obama voters. Its a long story but it was a very unpleasant experience dealing with rude locals. They didnt cotton to my type around there, apparently.

When I saw this headline I immediately envisioned Baton Rouge... Sure enough I was correct. Obama´s America.

The Mall of Louisiana is a huge mall, lots of great stores, I love it. My son was outside the mall when this happened and yes, the rioters were all black, which has gone unmentioned in the newspapers. The rioters fled, many to a beautiful shopping area nearby, to avoid police. No word yet on any damage to that area.

A uniformed French soldier on anti-terrorist duties in Paris had his throat cut by a knife-wielding man tonight. The savage attack follows the murder of a British soldier by two men using weapons including knives and a meat cleaver. One of the suspects said they were acting in the name of Islam. Today there were fears that the Paris attack was a copy-cat crime and that a radical Muslim might once more be responsible. French Defence Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian said he believes the attack was aimed to kill the soldier. French president Francois Hollande said authorities were investigating any

Barack Obama announced an end to America’s war on terror last week. In future, he declared, he would restrict the unmanned drone attacks that had been his own signature anti-terrorist initiative, and he would really, really make an effort to shut down the prison camp at Guantánamo Bay--as he had promised to do way back when he was running for president the first time. Presumably, this pronouncement was designed to win back the favour of the liberal media, which has been energetically disowning him ever since his administration staggered into the most spectacular series of Washington scandals since Watergate.

There has been a sixth night of rioting in Sweden´s capital, Stockholm, despite police reinforcements being deployed. Cars were set alight in poor suburbs inhabited largely by immigrants, although the unrest was reportedly not as serious as on previous nights. The rioting also spread outside the capital for the first time on Friday, with youths torching vehicles and buildings in two towns. [Snip] It is believed they were sparked by the death of an elderly man nearly a week before, who was shot by police after he allegedly threatened to kill them with a machete.

The leader of the Lebanese Shia militant Hezbollah movement, Hassan Nasrallah, has promised his supporters victory in Syria, where his fighters are backing President Bashar al-Assad. Mr Nasrallah said Hezbollah would stay in the conflict till the end. Syrian rebels in the besieged town of Qusair say they are under heavy bombardment from Hezbollah combatants. The town is close to the Lebanese border, a conduit for both the government and rebels to get weapons. [Snip] He said his movement could never be aligned with Syrian rebels who, in his view, were supported by the United States and Israel.

One of the men suspected of murdering a soldier in Woolwich, south-east London, was detained by police two months ago, Sky News has been told. Local shopkeepers say Michael Adebowale was part of a group of Muslim activists who had been reported to police several times. They were told the authorities were aware of him. It comes as a preliminary report into what the intelligence services knew about Adebowale and his fellow suspect Michael Adebolajo is set to be handed over to an inquiry next week. Sir Malcolm Rifkind, chairman of the parliamentary Intelligence and Security Committee, said he had

Hundreds of German football fans fought with each other today ahead of tonight´s Champions League final at Wembley. [Snip] More than 150,000 fans of both clubs have descended on the capital for club football´s biggest game, with many gathering in central London this afternoon. The YouTube footage appears to have been taken outside Wembley and shows fans initially goading each other after getting off coaches. Rival supporters then start throwing a number of different objects at each other. But as the supporters come together a number of fans start fighting, with many kicking and throwing punches. BBC London´s Home Affairs Correspondent Guy Smith spoke with Assistant Commissioner Mark Rowley, former Metropolitan Police Commander John O´Connor and Roger Gray, a former firearms officer.

Conservative radio host Mark Levin is very skeptical of the idea that President Obama had absolutely no idea about the IRS tea party targeting before the story broke in the news mere weeks ago. Levin declared adamantly that it is a “flat-out, bald-faced lie” that Obama didn’t know beforehand, citing prior reports by a few conservative news outlets picking up on the news well before the 2012 presidential election. Levin said, “I don’t believe for two seconds that Obama wasn’t aware of this.”

President Obama on Thursday nominated Victoria Nuland, a State Department official involved in the editing of the administration´s talking points on Benghazi, to be the next assistant secretary of state for European and Eurasian affairs. Nuland, a career foreign service officer who was until recently State´s top spokesperson, had long been expected to be nominated the post to replace Philip Gordon, who Obama picked to serve as Middle East coordinator for the National Security Council. Nuland´s nomination -- which requires Senate confirmation -- could come under scrutiny from Republicans who see her as playing a central role in shaping

Haunted by scandal surrounding his sexually explicit online communications with women, the Democratic former congressman sought treatment for his compulsive behavior from mental health professionals at the Gabbard Center. According to its website, the facility provides “3-day outpatient psychiatric evaluation,” particularly to “professionals who are in personal or professional crises.” While Weiner did not disclose

Washington rumor has it that Obama wants to be U.N. Secretary General. There are several reasons that make that likely, and if it´s true, it throws new light on a lot of Obama´s oddities -- including his Royalty Bows, his Apology Tours, his Muslim Sellout, and the Benghazi Cover-Up. But first -- why would Obama be planning to become the chief of the U.N. before he has even finished his second term?

On Wednesday, Drummer Lee Rigby of the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers, a man who had served Queen and country honorably in the hell of Helmand Province in Afghanistan, emerged from his barracks on Wellington Street, named after the Duke thereof, in southeast London. Minutes later, he was hacked to death in broad daylight and in full view of onlookers by two men with machetes who crowed "Allahu Akbar!" as they dumped his carcass in the middle of the street like so much roadkill.
