New Hampshire Legislator: We
Need to ´Restrict Freedoms´
of Conservatives

Breitbart´s Big Government, by Warner Todd Huston

Original Article

Posted By:KarenJ1, 1/4/2013 2:06:24 PM

A New Hampshire legislator wants her constituents to know that she feels conservatives are the "single biggest threat" her state faces today, and she wants to use her powers to legislate to "pass measures that will restrict" the freedoms of Granite State conservatives. In a blog post made last month on the left-wing site Blue Hampshire, 3rd District State Representative Democrat Cynthia Chase advised her fellow legislators to use their positions to make New Hampshire less welcoming to any conservative or libertarian planning on moving to her state—not to mention those already in residence.

Comments:
Leftists are not only dangerous they are insane. Just imagine if a Republican had said this about leftists. The entire world has gone mad.

Is there a conservative legislator in New Hampshire bold enough to counter this legislation with one calling for the removal of all liberals from the state? How about NH calling for higher taxes on all registered democrats, since they are the one`s advocating higher taxes for ever increasing social programs.

Learn how to fight back republicans and conservatives!!!!

All ugliness aside (and thats not easy in this case), it shows the mindset of our enemies. Not only are they tyrants, they are tyrants who feel safe showing exactly who they are.
This may be a good thing.

As noted elsewhere today....the Loonie Left´s Closet Crazies are feeling mighty safe and secure about giving voice to the true agenda of the left.

Warm fuzzy good intentions.... patchouli incense.... a snowcone splief and the truth comes out.

All of your major dude messiah dictators got their start this way.

But this time it´s gonna work out really cool for the nice people.

It´s Democrats who are looking to restrict and control your life, as they see fit.

It´s Democrats who´ve advocated for scrapping the U.S. Constitution.

It´s Democrats who don´t like America - and feel a need to change things.
Yet, people are risking their lives to come to the country they want to change.

Let´s propose a 50% tax rate on all Democrats, and that would be on all the benefits provided by the gov´t too.

She will NEVER get away with this -- at least until NØbama gets to flip one or two conservative Supreme Court justices.

Then the lie-berals can do pretty much anything they want, since they will have a Supreme Court that will automatically approve anything lie-beral legistures or judges decide to do.

Elections have consequences. The consequences of the last election are the death of our republic.

Just bend over and pray that NØbamacare provides free vaseline for the reamings we are about to start taking on a regular basis!!!

#11. Even Supreme Court Justices can be impeached, and I think we are getting close to that point as they take away more and more of our INDIVIDUAL freedoms.
If they are unwilling to protect the Constitution, they will be removed..one way or another.

#8 made me laugh, as I had a similar reaction. That face quite literally stopped me in my tracks. I actually felt compelled to study it before reading the article. I examined the features and hair carefully, looking for clues as to whether I was looking at a male or female face. Upon concluding that it was most likely a male face, I began to read the article and learned the awful truth. Nobody looks that hideous without working at it.

Defense Department (DOD) officials decided to stop covering a certain form of physical therapy for the disable children of military members, despite an administrative judge’s ruling that the treatment is covered under the law. “For my daughter, this therapy means life, death or some horrible surgery, but she’s not alone — there are 27 other military families who use the center where Kaitlyn goes,” Jennifer Samuels told Military Times. "Let´s face facts: the American media is in an abusive relationship with Obama." So marvelously said Dennis Miller on Fox New´s the O´Reilly Factor in a discussion about the Internal Revenue Service scandal Wednesday (video follows with transcript and absolutely no need for additional commentary): DENNIS MILLER: Nobody in the press is going to bear in on this. Let´s face facts: the American media is in an abusive relationship with Obama. They don´t quite know what to do. If you take the New York Times, you could refer to it as "Fifty Shades of Grey Lady."

On Wednesday, CNN anchor Jake Tapper dug into the controversial way in which members of President Barack Obama’s administration have apparently tried to intimidate whistleblowers in the government and the journalists that would investigate their stories. Tapper said that some, including the New York Times editorial board, have described the administration’s actions as “threatening fundamental freedoms of the press.” He warned Obama’s supporters to remember the precedent his administration is setting when a Republican next occupies the Oval Office. Tapper noted that the scandal surrounding the subpoenaing of Fox News reporter James Rosen’s personal telephone and email

Even though 132 members of Congress sent former Internal Revenue Service Commissioner Douglas Shulman letters about the IRS targeting of conservative groups, Shulman reiterated Wednesday that he did not have the full story until the inspector general’s report came out. “In the two years that this targeting was taking place, did any member of Congress contact you? Write you? About this particular subject? Ohio Republican Rep. Jim Jordan asked during a House Oversight hearing. “Did you get letters from Congress?”

The chief judge of the District’s federal court issued an unusual order Wednesday, apologizing to the public and the media for not making certain court documents widely available online. The gesture of transparency by U.S. District Judge Royce C. Lamberth comes at a time when the Obama administration is under scrutiny for an unprecedented number of leak investigations, including one showing that the Justice Department had secretly probed the news-gathering activities of Fox News reporter James Rosen. The investigation of Rosen was first reported Monday, after The Washington

In some other universe this would be shocking. In this universe it’s par for the course, and I don’t mean the golf course, but the guy who makes the golf course his second home. The US Attorney for the District of Columbia, Ronald C. Machen – the man responsible for the aggressive surveillance and phone record scrutiny at Fox News – is also a big donor to the Obama Campaigns. At the time of his appointment, the Washington Post wrote a profile on Machen including this tidbit: Over the years, he has donated $4,350 to Obama’s campaigns.

The dam protecting the IRS scandal began to crack today when Lois Lerner, the IRS official who announced, and apologized for, the improper singling out of conservative-leaning organizations by IRS employees under her command, announced through her criminal defense lawyer that she will not testify as scheduled tomorrow before the House Oversight Committee. Rather, she will assert her Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination. This marks an enormous milestone in the IRS investigation. It can now be taken as more or less established that crimes were committed by Obama administration employees. Lerner’s lawyer tried to minimize the significance

The wheels came off the Obama administration yesterday. We learned of a startling assault on freedom of the press by the Department of Justice, following the revelation last week of the unprecedented information-gathering foray by that department against The Associated Press. Then, a few minutes later, the Justice Department’s inspector general released a report declaring that the US attorney in Arizona used the leak of a confidential memo to try to discredit a whistleblower in the notorious “gun-walking” scandal known as Fast and Furious (which got two federal agents killed). The leak was called “egregious.”

WASHINGTON – A top IRS official in the division that reviews nonprofit groups will invoke the Fifth Amendment and refuse to answer questions before a House committee investigating the agency’s improper screening of conservative nonprofit groups. Lois Lerner, the head of the exempt organizations division of the IRS, won’t answer questions about what she knew about the improper screening – or why she didn’t reveal it to Congress, according to a letter from her defense lawyer, William W. House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell Issa said embattled IRS official Lois Lerner waived her Fifth Amendment rights and will be hauled back to appear before his panel again. The California Republican said Lerner’s Fifth Amendment right to avoid self-incrimination was voided when she gave an opening statement this morning denying any wrongdoing and professing pride in her government service. “When I asked her her questions from the very beginning, I did so so she could assert her rights prior to any statement,” Issa told POLITICO. “She chose not to do so — so she waived.”

Former Democratic National committee chairman Howard Dean considers the controversy over Benghazi a “joke” and “silly.” “Benghazi is a laughable joke,” Dean proclaimed twice in a discussion with Republican National Committee communications chairman Sean Spicer last week. “With all due respect, governor, when four Americans die serving this country, that’s not a joke, sir,” Spicer responded. “Oh, stop it,” said Dean. The former Democratic presidential candidate also said that there were “no serious questions being asked about Benghazi” and brushed it off as an effort by Republicans to score political points.
