| New York–More information is being learned about a couple who were arrested over the weekend after police said they found weapons and bomb-making materials inside their Greenwich Village apartment. When Morgan Gliedman and her boyfriend Aaron Greene were arrested on Saturday, police found a container of the powerful explosive HMTD in their living room, CBS 2 reported. Three buildings in Greenwich Village were evacuated as a result. HMTD was believed to have been used during the 2005 London bombings.(Snip) Gliedman, 27, is the daughter of a prominent real estate agent and a top-rated New York oncologist,

Ms Gliedman is lucky she didn´t end up like Diana Oughton - girlfriend of Bill Ayers.
Oughton was blown to bits in another Greenwich Village townhouse ... some 30+ years ago, along with bomb builders/co-Weathermen Ted Gold and Terry Robbins.
Oh and don´t forget who escaped from that exploding townhouse ... Kathy Boudin, whose son "Chesa" (named for fellow terrorist) Joanne Chesimard was raised by Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn while Boudin was in prison for murdering a police officer and a security guard in the 1981 Brinks robbery.

The magic words "daughter of a prominent real estate agent and a top-rated New York oncologist" means no charges will be pressed and if they are, no jail time. NY has a history of punishment such as 6 weekends of jail time and a couple of years probation. After all, it´s not the criminal´s fault and if you´re an elitist, you´re home free.

The British army has more horses than tanks and must stop opposing spending cuts, a senior Treasury minister said today.
