Anderson Cooper, Kathy Griffin
double down debasing CNN brand
two nights straight

Baltimore Sun, by David Zurawik

Original Article

Posted By:earlybird, 1/2/2013 10:39:51 AM

Kathy Griffin´s desperate efforts to get some shock buzz New Year´s Eve on CNN were so obvious that I vowed I wouldn´t write about her (Snip)So, why am I writing about it now if I made that vow on New Year´s Eve not to? Because Tuesday night, Cooper had Griffin back on his show, and the two acted like a couple of adolescents celebrating how naughty they had been the night before. And this went on a long, long time, with video highlights and Cooper letting Griffin plug her next junky special.

Comments:
Zurawik thinks Tuesday night was worse than Monday. And makes it clear Anderson Cooper more than approved of her and her antics.

These two ultra left winged dolts must have been celebrating the increase in taxes they will be paying in 2013 and thanking their President for letting them help pull the U.S.A. up from the doldrums HE put us in. s/o

CNN is finished. And, what a shame that nice Jake Tapper went there - he should have gone to Fox.

Kathy Griffin has always been nothing but White Trash. I would have thought Anderson Cooper had better upbringing than to allow himself to be embarassed on live TV. I think BOTH of them should be fired NOW!

If Cooper is homosexual, why would he enjoy a female kiss in his nether regions?

Just more debasing of anything and everything that should otherwise be wholesome, informative, and uplifting to the human mind and spirit.

Another example of the banality of vulgarity.

Did anyone really need this reminder of how CNN sees us, sees itself, and sees the country? It´s contempt for us?

Well, they´re getting the "buzz" they wanted, at least.

#6: Don´t be fooled. Tapper may have had a few good moments [as Juan Williams seemed to have], but he´s still a Left-winger. And Juan went meekly back onto the plantation.

Coopers likely to be replaced by Ann Curry. If he get´s lucky he´ll co-host a morning show with Erin Burnett. According to Zucker gossip. Kathy Griffin will have to find a spot and MSNBC. She´d make a perfect sidekick to Rachel Maddow.

The woman should be called what she is: a filthy, repulsive, disgusting, piece of trash allowed to pose as a comedian to justify her unconscionable behavior—behavior that is then passed off as entertainment licensed because it´s "comedy." Nothing, and I do mean nothing permits this pig of a woman, or anyone else, the right to do what she does and then hide behind "if you don´t like it, turn it off." That´s the curtain being used to hide behind to shove this filth into the public knowing it will pull an audience. There is no right or wrong standard (s) anymore—what they used for defense is supposed freedom of speech. Pure, unadulterated lies from start to finish. Is there anyone who saw and heard this hideous woman and her willing sidekick who was unable to judge what he or she witnessed? And Cooper? He and CNN could have stopped it at any time. CNN has finally hit rock bottom.

AUSTIN — Documents related to Sen. Wendy Davis’ work as a lawyer for the North Texas Tollway Authority are part of an FBI inquiry of the agency, Travis County officials say. It’s not clear whether Davis’ work for the tollway authority is a focus of the FBI or only part of the material collected in connection with its look into tollway agency operations. The Travis County district attorney’s office said last month that details from its review of a 2012 complaint that a rival filed about Davis’ legal and political activities were “the subject of an open investigation” by the

Jindo, South Korea -- A passenger describes women screaming in the darkness. A father learns his child is trapped. A son, fearing death, tells his mother he loves her. Investigators haven´t said what caused a South Korean ferry boat carrying hundreds of passengers to capsize on Wednesday. But as rescuers searched frigid waters for nearly 300 missing people, text messages purporting to be from missing passengers surfaced, describing the harrowing moments after the ferry started to roll.(Snip) On Thursday, the semi-official Yonhap News Agency reported that police now believe the messages supposedly sent after the ferry sank were fake.

WASHINGTON — Stepping into a heated debate within the nation’s intelligence agencies, President Obama has decided that when the National Security Agency discovers major flaws in Internet security, it should — in most circumstances — reveal them to assure that they will be fixed, rather than keep mum so that the flaws can be used in espionage or cyberattacks, senior administration officials said Saturday. But Mr. Obama carved a broad exception for “a clear national security or law enforcement need,” the officials said, a loophole that is likely to allow the N.S.A. to continue to exploit security flaws both to crack

LAS VEGAS -- The Bureau of Land Management has announced it will stop the roundup of cattle owned by rancher Cliven Bundy. The BLM says the animals have been illegally grazing on public lands for 20 years. The BLM made the announcement Saturday morning, a week after rangers started gathering the animals from land near Gold Butte. The agency says it is concerned about the safety of its employees and the public. Earlier this week, BLM officers and supporters of the Bundy family were involved in a scuffle. Cliven Bundy´s son, Ammon Bundy, was tased twice by federal agents. Another woman said

President Obama addressed the White House press corps today, announcing that with the final numbers in, Obamacare´s exchanges have attracted eight million sign-ups -- 35 percent of whom are "under the age of 35," he said. Several elements of his comments were misleading: (1) At first blush, the 35 percent stat is both significant and impressive. As recently as last month, the share of "young invincibles" signing up for plans was struggling in the 25 percent range, far short of the actuarial target of nearly 40 percent. A leap into the mid-30´s, while still shy of the goal, would constitute a major step, and would bode well for the risk pools'

The White House is going to war with another fox — and this time, it’s personal. The Wall Street Journal reports that a red fox has been causing chaos around the White House, tripping security alarms, digging up Michelle’s garden and distracting the president from his duties. The Secret Service won’t give any details about how often the fox trips the White House’s obviously sophisticated security alarms, but rest assured, officials say, they’re watching. President Obama was apparently “stunned” to see the fox roaming freely down the oft-photographed White House colonnade, home to the world’s shortest, but most dramatic, outdoor strolls. Imagine a vendor on the National Mall, selling burgers and dogs, who hasn’t paid his rent in 20 years. He refuses to recognize his landlord, the National Park Service, as a legitimate authority. Every court has ruled against him, and fines have piled up. What’s more, the effluents from his food cart are having a detrimental effect on the spring grass in the capital. Would an armed posse come to his defense, aiming their guns at the park police? Would the lawbreaker get prime airtime on Fox News, breathless updates in the Drudge Report, a sympathetic ear from Tea Party Republicans?
