| A Washington attorney says that Environmental Protection Agency Chief Administrator Lisa Jackson’s resignation and investigations into the EPA’s use of secret email accounts are not coincidental. “Life’s full of coincidences, but this is too many,” Competitive Enterprise Institute Senior Fellow Chris Horner told FoxNews.com. “She had no choice.” The Justice Department also plans to release emails Jan. 14 in which EPA Chief Jackson’s alias account discusses coal regulation. According to Horner, this clearly is a factor behind Jackson’s decision to leave the agency.

“12,000 emails from Lisa Jackson’s ‘secondary’ email account that discuss the Obama administration’s war on coal....”
In an alias email account in the name of Richard Windsor in order to avoid FOIA requests.
These people are rotten. In the real world, they´d all be in prison. This was a blatant conspiracy to destroy the coal industry and put this country under the thumb of higher taxes and outrageous utility bills in order to push eco-energy garbage. They should be prosecuted under the RICO act. But by whom???

#1 "Looks like Jackson is / was doing her best to support obama´s goal of putting coal out of business. "
Lisa Jackson is just a spoke in the wheel. Obama´s goal is to put the U.S. out of business. Remember, he grew up in a country which commonly refers to us as the Great White Satan.

Of all the terrible people in this regime, Jackson was the worst; worse than Cass Sunstein, which is saying a lot. Jackson had disdain for the country and the congress. Can you imagine how much time was spent attacking the coal industry if her secret alias email account was used to send 12,000 messages?

Great point, #2--they should be prosecuted, but by whom? Just another ho hum story that will go under the rug. There´s no story here. People die and the story goes under the rug--this administration is so guilty of so many crimes, but who will prosecute--NO ONE!

There´s a RED FLAG here:
The Justice Department also plans to release emails Jan. 14 in which EPA Chief Jackson’s alias account discusses coal regulation.
The DOJ is doing this? Doesn´t that make you suspicious? Are they throwing her under the bus to hide something bigger or to hide a MAJOR offensive against capitalism in general?
We already know the DOJ will do nothing to harm Obama and his agenda, so one must ask why they are doing this.
So, one of the most virulent communists in this Administration is leaving to, among other things, "spend time with her family", usually code for Get Out Of Dodge. If the DOJ is ready to toss a heavy-hitter like Jackson under the bus (if that´s what they´re doing), what they really want to hide must be really, really big.

Why is it that when liberal blacks are in charge of anything we see rampant corruption. Conservative blacks bring straight as an arrow honesty to government. Could it be that liberals have an attitude of entitlement and a religious zeal for their agenda? And that liberal blacks even more so? When will we learn that liberalism is a cancer that destroys all it touches. It has already destroyed the black culture and family. Liberal blacks don´t care as long as the white liberal power base gives them their rewards.
And it is in the final stages of destroying us all.

Without a latter-day Bradlee-Bernstein-Woodward combat team in the Washington Plop committed to Obama´s destruction, as the originals were committed to Nixon´s destruction, the present Ministry of Truth will ignore this. As for the release of sanitized Jackson e-mails by the Ministry of Social Justice: move on, nothing to see here. Why single her out? Is there one AA appointee in the Obama administration, including Obama himself, that is actually doing an okay job and not helping to kill the country? The diversity crowd got their fondest wish of having a minority in every corner of every room but we are certainly paying the price today. Skin color means nothing to most of us but it is everything to them, including the excuse to fail.

This will be interesting on a number of levels. Reminds me of the old Kremlin watchers following the latest intrigues between the various factions of bloodthirsty Soviets. There are no good guys in this, only bad guys battling it out between themselves inside Robbers Roost.
My take is that Jackson, in her battles with Sunstein, forced the little wimp out of the nest. He got beat up by a girl. But, uh oh, he´s an old UC pal of Obama, and Jackson has no Chicago Force Shield, so Obama is having Holder get payback on HER.
The release of her private emails will be great entertainment for the muggles, like disclosing transcripts of communications between Darth Vader and the death star. The MSM will go crackers with the storyline, portraying it as Eric Holder as Han Solo and Barack Obama as Luke battling evil at the highest levels in the Empire. But remember, there are no good guys in this. Only thieves and pickpockets quibbling over how to most effectively fleece us.

There is no honor among thieves.
How much has the EPA abused it powers? How many more scandals wait to be uncovered in the EPA.
Fire everyone in the EPA. Rehire any people that were not involved with any of the abuses. Probably very few. Rebuild from scratch, and redefine their mission.

Guo Wang, 37 — whose brother Bangfu Wang is a section chief in the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs — walked into the Macy’s flagship store Thursday before noon, picked up several shirts and two dresses and took them to the fitting room, sources said. After a few minutes of fidgeting inside, she walked out

In Far Rockaway, Queens, the beloved Rockaway Taco is open again, peddling $3 fish tacos and fresh watermelon juice. Some 75 miles south, in Belmar, New Jersey, a new 1.3 mile boardwalk sports a fresh coat of “spiced rum” colored paint, courtesy of Captain Morgan. And in Seaside Heights, New Jersey, the rickety Jet Star rollercoaster, dramatically submerged in the ocean after Superstorm Sandy, has been demolished to make room for swimming and surfing. It’s the official kickoff of summer, and up and down the East Coast, tourism-dependent towns devastated by Sandy are declaring themselves back in business.

The comparisons were inevitable: two guys who became a national punchline after being caught in sex scandals make a bid for a political comeback from disgrace. But once you get past the astonishment and the snickers, the differences are more significant than the similarities between Mark Sanford, the Republican former South Carolina governor elected in a landslide to his old House seat earlier this month, and Anthony Weiner, the Democratic ex-congressman who formally launched his bid for mayor of New York on Wednesday. It is true that both pose tests of the electorate’s capacity for forgiveness. But Sanford

The deadly twister that raked through Oklahoma did an estimated $2 billion in damage, which puts it on track to be the most expensive tornado in U.S. history. That’s the preliminary damage estimate the Oklahoma Insurance Department released Wednesday, two days after a monster twister flattened the city of Moore and killed 24 people, including nine children. The figure was double an earlier estimate. Insurance Department spokeswoman Calley Herth said the monetary damage caused by Monday’s tornado could be greater than the $2 billion in damage from the 2011 tornado that struck Joplin, Mo.

The union representing U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services officials will officially oppose the proposed Senate immigration reform legislation on Monday, according to an advance statement obtained by the Washington Free Beacon. The National Citizenship and Immigration Services Council (USCIS Council) says the legislation fails to address its top concerns about the current system, including the pressure on USCIS officers to approve visa applications without thorough review and the bureaucratic barricades that prevent them from coordinating with Immigrations and Customs Enforcement officials. Sources say it is highly unusual for the USCIS Council to weigh in publicly on legislation.

WASHINGTON — I WENT to New York last week to cover the TV presentations for the new season, shows like “Scandal,” “Shark Tank” and a faltering “American Idol.” I may as well have stayed here. You know that the faltering American idol in the White House must be reeling in this scandalous spring. No Drama Obama is immersed in drama so over the top it could have been scripted by Shonda Rhimes and Karl Rove. Just four months after his second inauguration, the president is buffeted by gushing investigations, smug and deranged Republicans, and cat-who-ate-the-canary conspiracists.

Conservative radio host Mark Levin is very skeptical of the idea that President Obama had absolutely no idea about the IRS tea party targeting before the story broke in the news mere weeks ago. Levin declared adamantly that it is a “flat-out, bald-faced lie” that Obama didn’t know beforehand, citing prior reports by a few conservative news outlets picking up on the news well before the 2012 presidential election. Levin said, “I don’t believe for two seconds that Obama wasn’t aware of this.”

President Obama on Thursday nominated Victoria Nuland, a State Department official involved in the editing of the administration´s talking points on Benghazi, to be the next assistant secretary of state for European and Eurasian affairs. Nuland, a career foreign service officer who was until recently State´s top spokesperson, had long been expected to be nominated the post to replace Philip Gordon, who Obama picked to serve as Middle East coordinator for the National Security Council. Nuland´s nomination -- which requires Senate confirmation -- could come under scrutiny from Republicans who see her as playing a central role in shaping

Minutes later, he was hacked to death in broad daylight and in full view of onlookers by two men with machetes who crowed "Allahu Akbar!" as they dumped his carcass in the middle of the street like so much roadkill. Washington rumor has it that Obama wants to be U.N. Secretary General. There are several reasons that make that likely, and if it´s true, it throws new light on a lot of Obama´s oddities -- including his Royalty Bows, his Apology Tours, his Muslim Sellout, and the Benghazi Cover-Up. But first -- why would Obama be planning to become the chief of the U.N. before he has even finished his second term?
