This administration and Washington Democrats are out of control. When can the U.S. military step in? Surely the Joint Chiefs must be pretty disgusted by now.

Hobby Lobby can stop providing health insurance to its employees and pay the Obamacare fines; it´s cheaper. If you kill off employer provided health insurance, you pave the way to single-payer. That´s the plan. The Democrats want a unionized government run healthcare care system modeled after the appallingly bad NHS system in England. Almost all NHS employees vote Labor (i.e. Socialist) and the NHS is the 3rd largest bureaucracy in the world after the Chinese Red Army and the Indian Railways. It is all about power and control for the Left. It has nothing to do with improving healthcare.

Just the merest slight trickle coming out of the dam face. I can imagine that Hobby Lobby will close down for the duration rather than pay that fine. So will many others big and small.

One thing is for sure, having to pay a fine for not providing what was a perk for many years is not going to go over very well. Company funded health care is on it´s way bye bye.

Is the $1.3 million per day penalty an example of what Roberts referred to as a "tax?"

hire only men because they don´t get pregnant and the insurance isn´t needed because it´s a forced on us women´s right with men not included.
All women who intend to use the free be´s should have to register and publicly declare their status so men can look beyond them for

Maybe Hobby Lobby should close - that kind of action brings it home to the sheeple in no uncertain way.

All they need to do is move their headquarters to one of the states that has opted out of the healthcare exchange and suffer no fines for not offering corporate insurance. The states that have opted out cannot fine corporations or individuals without insurance. Let the federal ecxhange handle their coverage.

I wonder if it would be possible for Hobby Lobby to make every store into its own LLC, thereby keeping the number of employees under the Obamacare minimum. Of course, they could also incorporate in Bermuda, thereby leaving the US altogether. Corporations aren´t stupid, and even a 3,000 page nightmare law has loopholes.

Hobby Lobby is headquartered in Oklahoma City and Oklahoma has decided not to set up an Obamacare health care exchange.

Okla has opted out of Obamacare. HL HQs is in OKC.

Sounds like they had a bad lawyer in front of a worse judge. Take some of that $1.3 mil per day and hire a better lawyer who can present the arguement to suit the demands.

As Jay Sekulow mentioned in an interview this morning, the First Amendment doesn´t mention "non-profit." In any case, Christianity is not "non-profit," for what does it profit a man if he gains the whole world, but loses his soul?

There is no opting out of Obamacare or the HHS decrees, except for those orgs whose waiver applications are approved.

My church currently has a prayer vigil for Hobby Lobby. We support them for their position.
No one should be forced to provide birth control. What we need to work on is eliminating access to birth control, abortion and promiscuity.

The federal government has no business issuing birth control directives.
