0´bama is using this to punish small business and not specifically to stop illegal immigration.

They will prosecute the business and let the illegals walk!

I am all for curtailing illegal immigration including e verify and fines, but this Administration goes after them for the revenues and does nothing to the illegals, who presumably carry on elsewhere with their forged papers which accounts for many these illegals being hired in the first place. They are not undocumented workers. They are illegal immigrants, in the country illegally,and working illegally, so they should be deported without fail. But Janet, Eric and President Revenge are dedicated to ensuring the "rights" and benefits of illegal immigrants in their creation of this welfare nation.

That´s right, #1. The illegals will be painted as the victims in "a failed system in dire need of repair."

We know this jerk, and we know what he´s trying to do.

Next, the hammer will fall on those same hapless businesses that will be charged with discrimination if they fail to hire anyone based on suspicion of being illegal. I swear this admin has learned it´s maneuvers from hyenas. Fake left, split right, panic the herd, go in for the kill, kill, kill.

Like "plaintiff´s lawyers," Obama´s looking for some deep pockets to hit. That´s all he wants.

Zero wants amnesty followed by keeping them on the dole. More dim voters for the future.

I suspect they´re punishing mostly republican-leaning businesses, taking names of the illegals so they can offer them help.

It is well-known in Southern Oregon that a certain vegetarian, organic food production company hires mostly illegals. You see this Kitchen´s products all over your grocery store in the "organic" section and in the freezer aisle. They made a big hoopla with the governor and the media when they expanded here about all the local jobs they were creating. Of course, once the governor and media left, they fired all the locals and hired in illegals. Where are the feds?

What will happen is that most of their "audits" will find that most all employers have complied with the Form I-9 process that they must complete whenever they hire anyone.

They will also find that there are lots of illegal aliens employed by way of beating the Form I-9 process by showing employers all sorts of bogus, counterfeit, false, or fraudulent ID.

Since the vast majority of those located illegal aliens will have not been convicted of serious violent felonies, a Obama administrative requirement that might trigger deportation proceedings, for the most part, they will simply leave the illegal aliens alone, as if they tell the employer to fire the illegal aliens, the Hispanic communities that voted heavily for Obama will not be happy.

So you can see that the current state of immigration law enforcement is a joke.

Just more of the administration´s work against "evil corporations," "big corporations, "millionaires and billionaires." The purpose of the office is to suck money out of private business, not to stop illegal immigration. There is probably some extortion going on as well: if the company donates to the Democratic Party, then the auditors will skip past them, or at least find them "in compliance." Only the evil Republicans will be out of compliance.
