| Chuck Hagel, a candidate for secretary of defense whose record on gay-rights issues has come under fire in recent days, apologized on Friday for remarks he made as a senator that an openly gay man nominated for a diplomatic post should not represent the United States. (Snip) “They do not reflect my views or the totality of my public record, and I apologize to Ambassador Hormel and any L.G.B.T. Americans who may question my commitment to their civil rights,” Mr. Hagel said. “I am fully supportive of ‘open service’ and committed to L.G.B.T. military families.”

Comments:
Hagel has plenty of reasons to be thumped about by both sides, but "this" apology seems to be the most important to the agenda driven dRATS. Their candidates for the Supreme Court and other Senate confirmation hearings require that they pass the narrow rose-colored prism of the gay lobby. Be very worried for our children´s future, as many of them won´t be having their own.

I am not sure what is more embarrassing. Chuck´s original comments or his retreat from tbhem years later when it is politically expedient to do an about face.

If you want a job, you must adhere to the "one in charge" - and that would be Obama!
I wonder if Hagel will "retract" this statement when we eventualy stands before His Maker?
God has stated in His Word "exactly" how He feels about this activity/lifestyle!
I also dare say they were not born that way either because God does not create man to disobey Him, that is our "personal" choice!
