bottom line on benghazi...we know nothing...hillary is hiding..obama is doing his usual I DONT KNOW NUTTIN´ same with fast and furious....used exec privilege and no one even questions it.........they have lied to the american people and they all play stupid....why did three people resign from the state dept....where are the people who survived benghazi???? why havent we heard from them.....who ordered the stand down.....could go on and on...WE KNOW NOTHING....and no one in this REGIME is telling us anything.......and you people relelcted this horrid man.....i didnt vote for him.............my hands are clean

From the article..."Assistant Secretaries are just high up enough to take the fall but not quite high up enough to do anything to defend themselves," as Foreign Policy´s Josh Rogin tweeted, summing up the power game. A sad sham.
I wish they would call Charlene Lamb back to testify now that she has been forced to take the fall for this. Someone had to have told her to deny Benghazi additional security. I doubt she would have dared to make this decision on her own.

National Security: The U.S. knows who and where five of the Benghazi terrorists are who murdered Ambassador Christopher Stevens and three other Americans. The Obama administration´s ideology keeps them free. Remember when, in the summer of 2008, soon-to-be Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama charged that President Bush´s strategy was to "engineer the distraction of the war in Iraq at a time when we could have pinned down the people who actually committed 9/11"? He was making several serious charges: • Bush, since he was the president, could have lit a fire under investigators to catch the 9/11 terrorist enablers.

CHILLING footage has emerged of a man with bloodied hands armed with knives speaking into a camera phone - just minutes after a soldier was allegedly beheaded. The tall black man talks brazenly with a London accent to the shocked onlooker who filmed the knifeman making a series of twisted rants after the terrorist attack. The knifeman and his accomplice are believed to have killed serviceman in the brutal knife attack after ramming the victim - who was wearing a Help For Heroes t-shirt - with a car. The two suspected terrorists were then shot when cops arrived.

Earlier this week, in a feeble attempt at humor on Facebook, I posted: “If you haven’t been audited by the IRS during the Obama administration, can you even call yourself a conservative?” Given the scale of the abuses, I should probably just shorten it and say, “Only RINOs don’t get audited.” My wife and I got audited in 2011, with the IRS examining every inch of our adoption the previous year. The process was painful, but we got through it, and our refund may have been adjusted by a few dollars (the amount of the adjustment was so small, I don’t actually remember).

Between Benghazi, the IRS badgering the Tea Party, and assorted other brush fires, it’s hard to imagine President Obama will have time for a vacation this summer. But apparently he will. There’s been no official word from the White House, but we’re hearing the Obamas have their eyes on a house in Farm Neck on Martha’s Vineyard. During three previous visits, POTUS and FLOTUS and their daughters Malia and Sasha stayed at Blue Heron Farm in Chilmark. But British architect Norman Foster has since bought the place for $21.9 million.

RUSH: There´s a blog post here at the Washington Post by a guy named Ed Rogers. And his post basically says that a special prosecutor in the IRS matter is inevitable. "This administration’s management of the Obama Internal Revenue Service scandal so far consists of a slow-walking, rolling disclosure of facts; equal parts equivocation, amnesia and indignation from IRS witnesses; deer-in-the-headlights non-responses by the White House press secretary; parsed, lawyerly statements from the president himself; and now one of the central key players is taking the Fifth.

The wheels came off the Obama administration yesterday. We learned of a startling assault on freedom of the press by the Department of Justice, following the revelation last week of the unprecedented information-gathering foray by that department against The Associated Press. Then, a few minutes later, the Justice Department’s inspector general released a report declaring that the US attorney in Arizona used the leak of a confidential memo to try to discredit a whistleblower in the notorious “gun-walking” scandal known as Fast and Furious (which got two federal agents killed). The leak was called “egregious.”

WASHINGTON – A top IRS official in the division that reviews nonprofit groups will invoke the Fifth Amendment and refuse to answer questions before a House committee investigating the agency’s improper screening of conservative nonprofit groups. Lois Lerner, the head of the exempt organizations division of the IRS, won’t answer questions about what she knew about the improper screening – or why she didn’t reveal it to Congress, according to a letter from her defense lawyer, William W. Taylor 3rd. Lerner was scheduled to appear before the House Oversight committee Wednesday.

One of two men allegedly being questioned in connection with the Boston Marathon bombings was shot and killed by an FBI agent in Florida on Tuesday, (Snip)A friend of Ibragim Todashev said he and Todashev were being investigated as part of the Boston bombings. He said Todashev, 27, knew bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev because both were MMA fighters. The man claims he and Todashev were interviewed by the FBI for nearly three hours on Tuesday. The friend said he left the interview, and when he came back to the apartment he found that there had been a shooting.

House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell Issa said embattled IRS official Lois Lerner waived her Fifth Amendment rights and will be hauled back to appear before his panel again. The California Republican said Lerner’s Fifth Amendment right to avoid self-incrimination was voided when she gave an opening statement this morning denying any wrongdoing and professing pride in her government service. “When I asked her her questions from the very beginning, I did so so she could assert her rights prior to any statement,” Issa told POLITICO. “She chose not to do so — so she waived.”
