In August and September, Hillary was surely deep in planning sessions for her 2016 "It´s Time for Leadership" campaign, assuming Mitt would win. These intense sessions prevented her from getting involved with stuff like a proper security team and reinforced walls at our Benghazi consulate, al-Qaeda, and the chemical weapons in Syria. She is a leader, doing a man´s job better than a man, not someone who gets bogged down with minutiae.
Besides, she was starting to get pre-concussion fainting spells that caused upset stomachs and what her staff called the "vapors". She couldn´t possibly solve every problem when she had difficulty even remembering where Bill was spending the night.

Why did Preident Jarrett choose not to help the Americans she put in danger? We know Obama doesn´t make deciions. And, let´s watch to see what plum jobs Obama´s friends give to the State Dept. jerks taking the fall here.

Michael Hirsh asks the basic question.. Where is Obama on This? U.S. Intelligence is only as good as those who choose to use it and it appears that both he and Hillary choose not to use it. #Benghazi.... ps: Note how all of this is just coming out after the election.. How convenient.

The only question that needs to be answered in all of this is - who gave the orders to stand down? We all know the answer but it needs to be truthfully answered in public. There is only one person with the authority to give those orders and he´s about to embark on a long expensive vacation in Hawaii.

LONDON- Two British men of Nigerian descent accused of hacking a soldier to death on a London street in revenge for wars in Muslim countries were known to security services, a source close to the investigation said Thursday. One man, filmed calmly justifying the killing as he stood by the body holding a knife and meat cleaver in bloodied hands, was named by acquaintances as 28-year-old Londoner Michael Adebolajo - a British-born convert to radical Islam. President Obama will announce Thursday that the White House plans to lift the ban on sending detainees from Guantanamo Bay to Yemen, Fox News confirms, a move that could effectively resume efforts to close down the prison. That effort, however, has been stymied because many countries don´t want the detainees or are unwilling or unable to guarantee that once transferred, detainees who may continue to be a threat will not be released. There are currently about 166 prisoners at Guantanamo, and 86 have been approved for transfer as long as security restrictions are met.

Newly uncovered court documents reveal the Justice Department seized records of several Fox News phone lines as part of a leak investigation -- even listing a number that, according to one source, matches the home phone number of a reporter´s parents. The seizure was ordered in addition to a court-approved search warrant for Fox News correspondent James Rosen´s personal emails. In the affidavit seeking that warrant, an FBI agent called Rosen a likely criminal "co-conspirator," citing a wartime law called the Espionage Act. Rosen was not charged, but his movements and conversations were tracked.

One of two men allegedly being questioned in connection with the Boston Marathon bombings was shot and killed by an FBI agent in Florida on Tuesday, (Snip)A friend of Ibragim Todashev said he and Todashev were being investigated as part of the Boston bombings. He said Todashev, 27, knew bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev because both were MMA fighters. The man claims he and Todashev were interviewed by the FBI for nearly three hours on Tuesday. The friend said he left the interview, and when he came back to the apartment he found that there had been a shooting.

Lois Lerner, the head of the exempt organizations division of the IRS, won’t answer questions about what she knew about the improper screening – or why she didn’t reveal it to Congress, according to a letter from her defense lawyer, William W. When you get right down to it, the political targeting and stalling of tax-exempt applications by the IRS was an effort to defund the Tea Party. Rick Santelli, one of the Tea Party founders and my CNBC colleague, was the first to make this point. House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell Issa said embattled IRS official Lois Lerner waived her Fifth Amendment rights and will be hauled back to appear before his panel again. The California Republican said Lerner’s Fifth Amendment right to avoid self-incrimination was voided when she gave an opening statement this morning denying any wrongdoing and professing pride in her government service. “When I asked her her questions from the very beginning, I did so so she could assert her rights prior to any statement,” Issa told POLITICO. “She chose not to do so — so she waived.”
