My first thought is does Obama know how dense Biden is? Or does he know and wants to manage the commission from the White House? Every time I want to give Obama an opportunity to show that he is growing into at least a C level president, he dashes my hopes.

But a word to the wise: Don’t leave him alone with a firearm or any sharp objects, including scissors. Also, appoint a special detail to re-orient him at least daily as to century, location, time, place and person.
