And don´t forget in January 2010, 16 teen-agers were gunned down while attending a birthday party in Ciudad Jaurez, Mexico. The guns used were part of the ´botched´ Fast and Furious scheme.

Uriel Patino was one busy gun buyer. 700 weapons. I doubt this woman was a human shield. She was more likely part of the gun battle.

#1, you are mistaken. If it hadn´t been botched you would not know about it. Of course most of the time the people who use the word "botched" with reference to Fast and Furious mean that it allowed guns to get into the hands of criminals, which is indeed not a botch at all. However, if Fast and Furious had not been botched the Administration would be able to use guns like this one turning up at the site of a murder to push limiting access to guns.

I give Sharyl Attkisson a free pass for using the word "botched." She must be the only CBS reporter who has integrity.

The horrible action of a lone lunatic is non-stop news and cause for dramatic legislation, but the calculated, criminal malfeasance of the executive branch is ignored by the pathetic old media.
