According to the CDC - over 10,000 americans died from drunk driving accidents last year.
At least 3,000 of those were killed by Illegal Aliens.
An additional 3,000 to 4,000 Americans were murdered by Illegal Aliens last year.
What happened in Connecticut was horrendous. But, no one will even whisper about the elephant sitting on our chests.

That address last night was pathetic. The fact that he had to give a 20 minute address during the football game was telling. He could have taken time during the 6 0 NEWS hour, but I guess he´s too important for that. He really didn´t say ANYTHING. We´re all adults. We know what happened and we are reacting to it in our own way. It appears that The President was, once again, going for the most impact for his Photo Op! Shame on him! Also, he needs to watch some video of Clinton crying. He was much better at tears on demand that Obama was the other day during his first news appearance.

His first ever visit to Connecticut...? Ironically, the SS# he uses that was never assigned to him (according to E-Verify) was apparently harvested from there.

I was in Israel last month and observed many armed soldiers and guards around many public places. They have learned how to protect innocent people for terrorist acts.
I´m in the camp of allowing teachers, administrators, janitors, and bus drivers to carry. Why is it so hard for so many people to see that "gun free zones" attract mass shootings?

Obama asked "Can we say that we’re truly doing enough to give all the children of this country the chance they deserve to live out their lives in happiness and with purpose?"
Do you mean by protecting and expanding abortion?
The only thing this monster is concerned with is using this tragedy to secure the long sought Liberal goal of eliminating the 2nd Amendment.
All I can say is Molon Labe.

Every two weeks it happens in Chicago. How many of those children would still be alive if the principal and teachers were armed and trained for something like this.

Every time we hear the statements "These Tragedies Must End" or "This can never happen again" it is followed by some very poor laws. It´s often law that makes the problems worse instead of better. Or law that has unintended consequences that are worse than the original problem.

Thank the ACLU for fighting against some mental cases to be in institutions. They were all set free to fend for themselves or for families to take care of. Many families have suffered tragedy while taking care of a mentally disturbed relative. Many who are homeless now is because there is nowhere for them to go and be treated. From what I understand CT. rejected a bill last Feb. that would have taken some of these people into an outpatient type of treatment.

The tragedy in Connecticut is just a busy weekend in Chicago. The next time some liberal demands more gun control in response to one of these shootings, ask them why it is that you never see one of these deranged characters attempt a mass killing at a police station? The answer of course, is that there are a lot of people there who will shoot you if you tried it. So, is the answer to these shootings to further restrict the ability of law abiding citizens to protect themselves, and, in this case, the children in their care? Or is it to not only allow, but encourage, people to have the means to protect themselves and others from violent predators?

That fool of a president never ever speaks for me. Had he truly represented ME before those grieving families and friends, he´d have stayed home or at the very least bowed his head and bent his knees before the Lord to pray for ministering blessings of comfort. Obama NEVER speaks for me when he shows up like the ghouls in the media with their voyeurism. Teachers and administrators should be provided weapons training (like their precious diversity training) and allowed to conceal and carry. Problem solved.

Bow-Boy et al are cowards and fools.
There were an estimated 5,709,329 Jews killed in World War II, going to their slaughter "as lambs" because they were defenceless.
Read this headline:
"Principle confronts, shoots, and kills 20-year-old gunman in elementary school hallway before he could get of a shot."
Instead, we´ve got the opposite.
Massacres happen because those mowed down are unable to defend themselves and further, have nobody to defend in their stead.
Want to do something Bow-Boy?
Shut up.
Want to do something communities, towns, and cities?
Know how to defend yourselves, and those you love, with deadly force when necessary and also provide those who can with the tools and skills to provide any and all required defense.
Otherwise, continue to suffer your lambs being led to the slaughter.

EXACTLY #5 and #27! While I´m not in any way minimizing what happened on Friday almost 50 million children have been murdered via abortion. So.....
"Can we say that we’re truly doing enough to give all the children of this country the chance they deserve to live out their lives in happiness and with purpose?"
I would say the answer is ´NO´.
Let´s put this in terms that 0bama can understand..... due to the left´s ´sacrament´ of abortion we now have millions upon millions of lost TAXPAYERS. We know how the left loves to tax. Goodness, if these children had been allowed to be born and to grow up many would be in the workplace paying into ´SS´, buying homes, autos, and other goods and services. Not to mention the voters who don´t exist either. (how many future progressives were lost). HHHHMMMMMMM??????

Let´s talk politics for a few minutes. As in winning the White House after two dismal showings by the Republican Party. The Chicago Democrat, who still sneaks smokes when no one´s looking, is president again in large part thanks to Republican errors. But in 2016, Democrats will nominate the tired old face of Hillary Clinton. [Snip] And Washington Republicans are doing just about everything they possibly can right now to ensure that Bill Clinton, the impeached Philanderer-in-Chief, will become the nation´s first First Man.

It´s great, isn´t it, to see Barack Obama, the ex-state senator, getting along so well with Vladimir Putin, the former Russian KGB chief? Things must be hunky-dory between the world´s top two nuclear powers, just as Obama promised during his secret whispers in Seoul last year. Why wouldn´t the two be smiling for the cameras? Hi, everybody. This Sunday is Father’s Day, and so I wanted to take a moment to talk about the most important job many of us will ever have — and that’s being a dad. Today we’re blessed to live in a world where technology allows us to connect instantly with just about anyone on the planet. But no matter how advanced we get, there will never be a substitute for the love and support and, most importantly, the presence of a parent in a child’s life. And in many ways, that’s uniquely true for fathers.

Sen. Lamar Alexander gives the Republican Party Weekly Remarks I’m United States Senator Lamar Alexander. This is the season for high school graduations. And more than two million of those graduating are going to college. Both Republicans and Democrats agree that college is the surest ticket to the middle class and we want to help by making it simpler and smarter to get a student loan. [Snip] But we have a major disagreement about who should be in charge of our 100,000 public schools that educate 50 million American children. An amazing scene in Boston yesterday. Barack Obama returned to the city of one of his biggest triumphs (his 2004 Democrat convention speech) and one of his worst political spankings (the 2010 repudiation by Massachusetts Senate voters of his candidate). Those were tough days for the ex-state legislator, you may recall. Virginia voters had just rejected Obama´s choice for governor. New Jersey voters had just rejected Obama´s choice for governor. Once upon a time Barack Obama was known as a good speech-giver. That´s how he debuted in 2004 and why he almost always relies on a teleprompter; so he can concentrate on delivery, not content. Does he even know how often rote he sounds? Watch him on these day-trip photo ops. He´s a tired actor in a long-running Broadway play, reciting the same lines over and over with less and less conviction. For the summit with China´s new president, America´s first lady didn´t bother to go. [Snip] Turns out, Obama might sound good. But he´s actually an awful communicator.

A group of whistleblowers, including a number of aviation experts, have come forward in a new documentary to claim that the official explanation for the crash of TWA Flight 800 was wrong and a gas tank explosion did not bring down the flight off the coast of Long Island 17 years ago. However, the six whistleblowers, all part of the original investigation team, stopped short of saying the plane was shot down. Flight 800, a Boeing 747, had just taken off from JFK airport with 230 people aboard on July 17, 1996 enroute to Paris when it exploded

An attorney whose firm represents two Benghazi whistleblowers said Gen. Martin Dempsey, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, lied to the Senate when he said there was never a “stand down” order during the Benghazi attack on Sept. 11, 2012. “What was fascinating is that he explained his lie to them,” Joe DiGenova, an attorney representing one of the whistleblowers, told CNSNews.com. “He actually said they were sent to Tripoli. They were needed in Benghazi,” said DiGenova, a former U.S. attorney, now with the Washington firm of DiGenova & Toensing.

Amid a steady rise of backlash, Edward Snowden, the 29-year-old former National Security Agency contractor who was the source of a spring of leaks about the agency´s surveillance methods, conducted a live chat on The Guardian´s website Monday morning. Judging from some of the pointed questions he´s been asked and the reaction to newly leaked revelations over the past few days, it´s clear that much of the sympathy and support Snowden had built up for his early exposures is eroding. Many Americans supported his decision to leak information about a pair of National Security Agency surveillance programs, which, he detailed, gathered information

Charlie Rose last night asked President Obama his new Syria policy. The president first objected to it being called a new policy. "I´m not sure you can characterize this as a new policy. This is consistent with the policy that I´ve had throughout," he said. Obama then explained the goal is regional stability, and especially in Syria. "Really, what we´re trying to do is take sides against extremists of all sorts and in favor of people who are in favor of moderation, tolerance, representative government, and over the long-term, stability and prosperity for the people of Syria," said Obama.

We’ll come back in a minute to Senator Rubio and Congressman Ryan. Listening to Barack Obama give his speech in Belfast on Monday, it was hard not to stifle a yawn. I kept waiting for the part when he would say something interesting, but, about three quarters of the way through, realised it wasn’t going to come. Judging from television pictures some of his young audience felt the same, after the initial rush of euphoria of receiving the rock star president in their midst had passed. This is not surprising, for we had already heard this number about the inspirational role of the Northern Ireland peace process and the Emerald Isle’s
